Not really a fan. Napa use to be a go to for harder to find stuff that seemingly no one else had or could get. After years of being away from the auto industry I tried Keller's form the first in a long while remembering that. Sorry but no... Not anymore. Perfect example is this. I use to drive an old Dakota In-law talked me into calling see if they had a coolant sensor. They did for over 40 dollars.... It got put in the glove box waiting for a day when the wind and rain to die down. Went to O'Reilly's they had the same made in Mexico product for 27 and change.... It's a coolant sensor not a rare hard to find part for an old 442 or a set of tourqe converter for an 94 Camry. Shop else ware. Yes it's good to shop local and keep money in town but that price difference in coolant sensors alone makes me hesitant to return or at least shopping around in exhausting all other options including online avenues before returning.

Just picked a block up we dropped off to have cleaned. There's still gasket material on several services, brought it to managers attention and was basically brushed off. Not impressed at all.

No way will I ever go there again. I called to get a bearing pressed. 1st it was 88 something. Then it was 90. Then it was 120. Finally ended up paying 140. Just because they put the BETTER bearing in. They will squeeze you for everything they can. They don't deserve anyone's business. Especially yours.

Steve will charge u almost double for parts. then other Napa store I price and air brake camber there I was told it was 58.99. online Napa the price was 38.99. for same part same part number and I have business account there which I will be closing.. and 3 other Napa price was 38.99...this isn't the first time it happened so I file complaint with corporate Napa the not happy with this. Steve act like friend then does this I was told by other business in gallon he does that to them...he nothing but a big liar...........his daddy gave that business so he work for it. like most of us.so if u truck parts orally the best for gallon...just remember look at price on Napa website before u buy there

Best parts store in Ohio. They go out of their way to help get parts you need, when you need them. Excellent customer service, why waste your time and energy going somewhere else?

The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is one of the last autoparts stores with a full service machine shop in the back. This Napa has a lot more to offer than your regular oriellys or advanced auto.

Every time I get something it's a wrong part I get the right one on second try! Why do I have to make 2 trips to get a right part?
