Warranty forever to the rescue!!Bought our 2016 traverse 4 years ago from Kevin McCane and had a great experience! We have kept up on our maintenance with the service department since we bought it. A day after Christmas, our transmission went out and we were freaking out about the cost of repairs. We called in and spoke with a service writer, Tiffany Basilone about our issue and made an appointment for it to be looked at. Tiffany was truly amazing!! She got our vehicle right in and even got us set up with a loaner vehicle for my wife so she could get back and forth to work and transport all our kids around. Tiffany went to bat for us and got our transmission covered under the warranty forever! I m not sure where we would be without the hard work of all the Craig smith employees , and the warranty forever! As you can imagine having to pay 7000$ the day after Christmas was going to be impossible for our family of 7 to handle. I just want to thank Tiffany, Mark, and Brock in the service department for all of their help and understanding through this situation and a big shout out to Brian (technician) for the great repair on this big job! You guys kept our family rolling!! Great experience!! Thank you all !!

The whole team is absolutely amazing. Would like to specifically call out Kevin McCane as he worked with us directly. He took all the time we needed, was very nice, kind and professional. He went above and beyond to help us get what we need. The whole experience was super pleasant. I would rate it 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend this dealership and Kevin specifically if you are looking to buy a car.

I have purchased vehicles here for almost 20 years, with most being purchased from Tony C and some from Kevin M. I've been wanting a tractor for a few years now to help with my property projects. I set up an appointment with Gary and was very personable and informative with their inventory.The whole process was no pressure and smooth. Jeremy was great also with the whole process. Well a mark sharp told me the general manger would call Mon which has come an gone they did a scan of my silverado an couldn't even spot a bad battery plus when they did the air bag recall they did not secure wire harness up so it got caught on glove box and pulled wires out of connection needless to say air bag light came on.I would advise all to check your wires an definately dont waste your money on a scan for an engine light on.

The straw finally broke the camel s back in me writing this review. In August we drove here from Grand Rapids, MI (4.5 hours each way) to purchase a 2016 Toyota Prius. They were horrible about negotiations, and their financing was awful also we were pre-qualified with several lenders for under 8% and the best they could do was 11%. We decided to take the financing anyways, because they give you a discount for doing so we ultimately came home and refinanced. Then when we got home, we received a text that they forgot to have us sign some documents while we were there. And then were rushing us to sign the documents and send them back via FedEx asap. Fine, whatever, but still pretty unprofessional. Then, we weren t fast enough for them, so the salesman took it upon himself to look up my partner s work phone number (we never gave them this number) and call. When he got called out, the salesman backpedaled hard and made a fool of himself. But today, was the third strike. When we were purchasing the car, we were adamant that we wanted the tires to be in good shape we were spending good money on a car to be a commuter. The salesman told us ah yeah, these have got AT LEAST 40k miles left on them. However, today, after only 3,000 miles, we are at a tire shop because they have less than 3/32 of tread on them and we re going in to winter. So much for the 40k miles they had left, huh?At this point, we are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Though we love the car, we are extremely skeptical of everything they said and will be getting it inspected.

I m a rideshare driver and it s been very difficult to find a dealership that would accept this type of work. I came here in need of a quality car, at a reasonable price. I got that and alot more. The process was very smooth and they only ran my credit through the bank that they knew would accept my situation. After a month and a half long search I found the perfect car. Chris was very helpful and made the process so easy. I m definitely coming back for my next car.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Marmol. He took great care of me from the first phone call right through the sale. Had the pleasure of meeting with Craig Smith also. I've never had an experience like this, where Chris made sure we left with something. We had a list of things we were looking for. Chris literally got me everything I wanted plus some!! If your wanting above and beyond service go to Craig Smith and ask for Chris!! You won't be disappointed, I promise you that!!
