We are repeat customers. We have bought other campers here before. Customer service is great, our salesman Steve is always helpful with is. Finance Manager Mike works with us to get lowest interest rates on loans. Great prices on campers & trade in.

Our salesman Shawn was great to work with and so was the financial dept Mike. They treated us great with our previous purchase and we decided to go to Young's RV again since our previous camper was totaled due to the hail storm. Thank you Young's RV.

I have never filled out a negative review before. This place shouldn t even get one star. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. We are in the market to buy a RV and scheduled an appointment to look for one. The salesman (Sean) took us in a golf cart out to look around and leaves us to help another salesman out real quick and NEVER CAME BACK. We kept looking around and found a Salem that we liked, but ended up leaving after walking back to our car.

When asked to look at our Brand New park model there was no electric and no keys to open outside compartments. No instructions given as to not to lift the bed to look at storage when the head of the bed was in the up position. So when we lifted the foot of the bed it made a loud crack as if something broke. Told sales person Eric to make sure they look at it. When we received our camper we used the head lift twice and on the second time it broke. What broke was the wood that the hydro locks was screwed into. Notified young s and they wanted to charge $195 to come and take a look. CLEARLY it was never fixed from when we lifted the end of the bed and heard the crack even tho I was told they did. Had to have the new stove replaced and while doing so the linoleum had been torn and two small divets were made into it as well. No one came out to look. Wanted to tie that into them coming out to fix the issue they created with the cracked wool under the bed. Very disappointed, was told we had long lists that needed to be repaired or replaced and used up our one free service call. Everything was legit. Stove didn t work. No water in washing machine, blind didn t work, windows that would not open well or stay open (would fall shut), dented screen door, light switches not connected to correct lights (left that go). Bottom line, not honest about fixing crack wood that ended splitting and not being able to use the bed hydraulics.

We ve delt with this dealer for years, 3 RV s. Sales team has always done right by us, finance is always wonderful. Service well that s another beast. The techs are knowledgeable however it doesn t matter if your RV is new, old, in warranty, or extended warranty they will charge you a service call EVERY time no matter what. And they wait to bill until the end of season. In their defense, all RV service from any dealer is a challenge but getting hit with a large bill at the end of season is a shock to those of us on a budget. RVing is fun, know that it can get $$$$$$!!

Parents bought a brand new camper there. Less than a year old it started leaking, wiring was messed up in the slide. At first they were told that the bumper to bumper warranty that they purchased wouldn't cover those issues. Luckily the manufacturer covered it for them. They did have to pay for all of the recaulking and such. It took several weeks for these to be fixed, which I will say they got it in to fix earlier than they quoted. But there were several missed family times because of this.

I bought a brand new camper in 2021. It has been in the shop three times so far I just recently got my camper back. They were supposed to replace the roof the past two times and it is still not replaced. They have said that it has been replaced, but we have marked the roof and our markings are still there, I gave them a three page list of things that needed to be fixed and they have only fixed a handful of things. I am so disappointed in the service that I have received most likely I will be getting my attorney involved. Do better!

My wife and I were first time buyers and drove from TN to Fremont to purchase from Young's. The experience, pricing and service were outstanding and well worth the trip. Their no-haggle pricing is SO different from other dealerships, you know the ones where you have to enter through the "corral", get trapped with a salesperson and only get to see what THEY want you to see. We had an extremely tight timeline and the entire team worked to get us on the road as quickly as possible. Shawn and the team worked with us in every way, just a great experience!

Purchased a brand new unit 2022. Paid for the extended warranty and fabric paint protection. They applied the paint protection over dirt and all stickers. The refrigerator has kicked off several times losing our food. Air conditioner won't keep up with low 80's. Youngs service had camper for 5 months November 2022 to April 2023. They fixed all the little things and told us refrigerator and air conditioner was working properly. Set up I'm April and the refrigerator had quit twice air not keeping up and its not hot yet. I had to hire a professional HVAC company and make appointment with Youngs to send someone out for refrigerator. 3 weeks out. HVAC guy ran unit and within 10 minutes coils were fezzing over. He had to tap the unit and replace coolant. He stated may have a leak or just was built without proper coolant. Unit has been good so far having to pay for it. Today May 19th Youngs service window was from 8-5. We never received a call and they never showed. HVAC guy works on several RV items. He said our refrigerator is known for faulty boards. We opted for Youngs for Warranty work. There sales was awesome. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING BEYOND YOUR PURCHASE. SERICE IS NEGATIVE STARS. REGRET BUYING THERE! I HAVE A $55000 RV WITH EXPENSIVE WARRANTY THAT SO FAR SEEMS WORTHLESS.

So far so good, I have not yet purchased the camper as I am going tomorrow to walk through the unit. However I think it is important to give proper credit where credit is due. I had several questions on the 310BHI and he was the first salesman that did not just tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. But rather he told me he did not know but he would find out! And within an hour he called me back with the answer. All too often sales people will tell you what you want to hear and not what you need to hear. That is why I will be driving there tomorrow to look at the 310BHI. I hope we can do business together!

Not a lot of stock in the size of the camper we are looking for, just a lot of used campers. Was it worth driving out from Cleveland to look? No. The salesman was very attentive. I appreciated that aspect.

Quality campers and top rate service at a fair price, I've purchased several units from them over the years with 100% satisfaction.

Steve in sales gets a 5 star rating as does Rick in service. However, I wrote the manager regarding problems I encountered with the rv that literally left me out in the cold, and management did not give me the courtesy of a reply. Buy from a place who appreciates customers. I was advised to go elsewhere. Manager makes me wish I did.

We bought a 2022 Salem trailer at the end of the summer in 2021! When we received it it was missing a cushion for the couch in the bunk room, when the slide outs where in there was big gaps where you can see light, there was molding coming off, and dings on the cupboard doors! We had to take the camper back and they had it for months and I got the cushion nothing else got fixed and when we was setting it up at our camp site we turned the water on and the faucet sink started spraying water and leaking and couldn t turn it off! Had to shut the water off! They said they would fix it and since then we haven t heard back from them! My husband has left messages and no one calls him back!!6/8/2023-My camper isn t even two years old and I ve had to replace the air conditioner because the rude lady that answered the phone at young s says your camper is out of warranty! And now my sink just fell through in the kitchen! There has been nothing but issues with this camper since I ve gotten it and no one there wants to help! I think I bought a lemon! Mike the owner please contact me since when I call your dealership I don t get anywhere!

Do NOT purchase from this company. We bougt a brand new camper and it has MULTIPLE broken things, they kept our camper for 8 weeks to "fix" them, only 1 thing was fixed & NOTHING has been done since, I leave messages daily, and no one returns the call. Warranty is ready to run out, and NO ONE WILL DO A THING.

I have had a repair order OPEN for 1 FULL YEAR now still waiting for any repair to be performed. I have had to call over and over again, most often leaving unreturned voicemails. When I have spoken with someone it resulted in a wasted day off of work and a long drive for a repair visit that didn't happen or a flat out lie on the status of the parts (part here then next call we just ordered it last week) and a "commitment " to call me weekly with a status update which of course did not happen either. I held back from closing my camper since one of the issues is a failed slide out seal to prevent water intrusion, guess it's tape for me again this year..so glad I bought all that F&I product like an extended warranty that is useless if the service department doesn't do their job! SALES SELLS THE FIRST UNIT AND SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO SELL THE NEXT 5, seems repeat business isn't your model. Looking forward to a response from the dealer, ASAP. You want the One Star Gone? Then Fix MY CAMPERUpdate: Since my original review, Lindsay (hope I spelled her name right) did an incredible job turning my experience around! She immediately responded to my post and was able to resolve all of my concerns. Great Job Lindsay, and thank you!

Great service. They pay attention to the details. We purchased a new travel trailer there and Steve made sure everything went smoothly.

Rude service office staff. Disregard scheduled appts, never even looking at our camper for days. Higher price than quoted, and had more issues than before it was serviced . No one answers the phone, treated my husband like this was his first rodeo, and made excuse after excuse for faulty work. After taking it back in to fix the issue they created, they did other things that didn t need doing, without communicating it to us prior. This used to be a great place. Not anymore.

Had everything I needed! Saved me big time when we were camping at East Harbor State Park, which was about a half hour away. Discovered a water leak in our rig, my awning broke and I needed some specific parts, they had a great selection. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Was able to fix everything and then some for our 6 day trip. Thank you!

My husband and I have purchased 3 campers here and have always gotten a price that we felt was fair. We just looked at another 5th wheel and were basically told this is the price which was just 10% under MSRP and that was the price. Salesman did not even send us to see the finance man. We loved the camper but will not be returning to Youngs. Sad situation as we have always had great customer service here.Mike,We will return this afternoon and try to work something out. I do not like that our relationship with Youngs has been shaken as it has spanned for about 25 years now. Hopefully we can continue it.

We have a 3 horse trailer with a living quarters and took it in for a service. These guys got us in quick and got things working. We went back with a question, no fault of theirs, and they got us squared away.Great business.

We bought our first RV 9+ years ago from Mike at Youngs. He was the most amazing salesman we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only did he help in the sale and set everything up, he was always there to answer the phone, call back or email right away. We were so impressed from that sale and service of our camper, that we ended up calling him back 9 years later (and we now live 3 hours away) and felt so amazing that he was still with them. Mike didn't miss a beat, was super helpful and guided us through everything with amazing and quick communication.. I hope Mike stays there as long as I am camping, cause he makes buying a camper that much more easier.

Your hours need updated online! Google shows you're open until 3:00 on Saturday. We just arrived at 1:30 and there's tape over your hours and a paper on the door that you close at 1:00 on Saturday. Very inconvenient and wasted a trip for nothing.

For years now my family and I have been camping with my in laws in their camper. We decided this year it was time to get our own space and make the leap by buying our own camper! Originally, we looked at commercial camper businesses but didn't have such good experience. After looking online for a local business we came across Young's RV. We went there just to browse and came across a very nice guy named Mike! To my knowledge he is in finance but he went above and beyond to make sure our sales experience was phenomenal! We fell in love with a camper there and he ordered one for us and put it on hold. He kept awesome communication with us and updated us frequently (keep in mind he was just in finance and not sales) -The week it came in we randomly were looking on their site and fell in love with a bigger camper! We told Mike and once again met our needs. We came in and checked it out and said SOLD! So he ordered us one! We are so happy he let us switched bc we are totally in love with the new one. That same week it came in and we went and checked it out. A week later we met Mike and went over and signed all the paperwork. This all happened so fast because Mike made it happen! I highly recommend Young's RV! Even though Mike is just in finance he totally met our expectations in the sales process of finding us the perfect camper!Thank you so much to Mike and Young's RV for helping us make our first camper buying experience amazing! We can not wait to make tons of memories with our boys!

Very helpful and considerate. We bought an old, used camper and they have treated us like we bought a brand new $100,000 camper. Seem very concerned for our satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.

I worked with Shaun who showed me several campers until I found the one I want. They gave me excellent service the receptionist was very nice Amd Mike got me a great deal. I was explained how to use my camper all about the loan and it s details and Mike answered all our questions. Stopped by a chance and it was the best decision we could have made

Great people to deal with. Shawn our salesperson took his time with us. Very informative answered all of our questions. Not pushy, really new his inventory and what we were looking for. Mike in financing did everything possible to make our deal work. Definitely worth the trip.

We bought from Young's because of the promise for a good service department. Our four year old RV has developed a soft spot in the floor where there are no water lines, no evidence of a leak inside or out. The tech offered no help the day he came out even though it was obvious there was no subfloor under the vinyl tile. He only measured the space so I could go to home depot to get a piece of plywood cut. The solution from Young's was to tow my rig to their shop after the season to work on at his convenience. Then I heard him telling my neighbors what was wrong with my trailer.I have found someone who will fix it without moving.
