We have used Tireman in Fremont several times for multiple vehicles. They are always very kind and do their best to get us taken care of ASAP, even when they're busy. We recently had new tires on our van and it realigned, they did a great job. We will be back for our future needs.

Decent prices and quick to get in for appointments. I sat in the waiting room and every time they opened the door to the shop all you could hear was the workers sounding like high school kids playing around. At one point they were honking different cars in there at each other, the manager had to open to door and tell them to stop. I think they need to go over being professional, it just isn t a good look for a company to have people working on peoples cars messing around it makes me worry about things not being done correctly and could cause accidents or issues.

highly highly reccomend! i had a tire issue come up unexpected as most do, these guys were able to fix it the very next day. i had upfront pricing, and very good service. justin (assistant manager) was so helpful and was so easy to work with. great place, very satisfied!

My daughter, infant granddaughter, and I were moving from Maryland to Illinois and our tire was going flat. We made it in to Fremont and went to Tireman. They fit us in and within an hour and a half they had sealed the leak at the rim and had us back on the road. They did not charge us for this which was such a blessing when we had such a difficult day!! Highly recommend!!!

We were on a stop in Freemont on our way to Detroit to watch our sons college soccer game. We pulled into our hotel in Freemont and had a flat. They took us right in , installed us our new tires and on our way - quick so we could make our sons game, reasonably priced and excellent service! Thank you for helping us get back on the road safe and sound!

Excellent work, tires are quality and brakes with rotors all priced below others in the area. They advise, inspect, and give you a great idea of related components and conditions. They are professional as they send estimates, based on multiple scenarios, and my Lincoln is doing great after 2 weeks of operation following repairs and replacement. Management gets involved in the process and assures you within your budget.

Great service. They got me in next day for tires, alignment and an oil change and it couldn't have gone smoother. They took my explorer back right at my appointment time and no time was wasted. Customer service was polite and informative. I am very pleased with the service and I will definitely be back if my vehicle needs service.

Brought my vehicle in for an alignment on 3/3/23 after done had a slight concern about measurements. I conveyed my concerns and questions, they had me bring the vehicle back on 3/6/23 to recheck and address my concern of steering wheel not appearing centered. After the recheck they made a slight adjust, numbers look far better and steering wheel is straight. I appreciate that they heard my concerns out and allowed the recheck to check and fix my concerns/complaint. I am happy/content with final outcome/interaction.

These guys provide excellent service. I was in the middle of a long road trip when I got a small emergency. They were able to take a look at my car and fix the issue within a half hour, and I was back on the road. They were extremely kind and understanding, and very good at explaining what happened. I would definitely recommend them

No matter how busy the staff was on this Saturday (7/7/2023), from Justin (ASM) to all the mechanics they found time to squeeze us in for a tire repair along with other assistance.Very patient, professional and courteous staff at the W State St location in Fremont OH!!

From a different state and blew a tire on a road trip. These guys were nice, quick and professional even on a busy day and got back on the road in no time. Even had a my strange size tire in stock when other shops in town didn't! Not too pricy either, would recommend for anyone local or visiting the area.

Thank you so much for helping us out in an emergency when my daughter got a flat. Despite her being over dramatic the staff was extremely kind and helpful! You were able to get us a new set of tires and install them that day so she didn t have to drive around on a donut tire. Thank you again for getting her back on the road!

I appreciate TireMan and the crew there. I ve got some big rims and tires on my truck and they get my alignment perfect. Customer service is also solid. I can always walk out of there knowing my vehicle was handled properly. Keep it up!

I took my 2016 Honda Civic here to have a tire replaced. I will give them credit that they replaced the tire in a timely manner and were professional regarding the tire replacement. The problem was the light came on for the tire pressure after the tire was replaced. They told me it would go away after a couple hours. A week later the light stayed on. I called the store back and reported that my tire pressure light was still on. I checked the tire pressure and everything else was accurate. They suggested that they had no way to turn the light off and told me I had to go to a Honda dealership. After a two minute Google search abs YouTube video I discovered that turning the light on took recalibration that was a press of two buttons on the home screen in my car. I found this to be unprofessional and I asked myself, if it was that easy for me to find the solution why did they not take the time to do it? My girlfriend took her Ford Explorer here to have a tire replace that had a nail in it. They did not put her hubcap back on correctly and she lost her hubcap a day later. I feel frustrated that I now have to purchase a hubcap because the hubcap was damaged because it was ran over after it fell off the car.I have had good experiences at this location but similarly I ve had a negative experience (twice now in a two week period). I feel it is hard to find a mechanic or a mechanic shop that is thorough and professional. (4.27.2022)I want to add an update to my review. After initially writing my review, I was contacted by Jason Evans. He was very professional and precise. He apologized for the inconvenience I experienced with my Honda Civic and offered to reimburse my girlfriend and me for purchasing new hubcaps. I am changing my rating from two stars to five stars. I can appreciate it when a business makes a mistake and then goes out of its way to fix it. I will now be taking my car here in the future. Great Customer Service! (5.13.2022)

Staff was nice. I was told an hour to an hour and a half for an alignment. Was there for 3 hours and 26 minutes. I was told the alignment was spot on and every number was perfect, but they were unable to provide me with an post alignment report as the tech did not save the info. I left with no proof other than the word of the staff that my alignment was in spec. I was provided pre alignment report prior to the alignment. I was referred here by a dealer who's alignment table was down at the time. Staff did take 20 dollars off my bill. Was unable to make another appointment I had scheduled due to the alignment taking longer than expected.

Overall, EXCELLENT.Came into my appointment 1/2 early they adjusted and started working soon after. They identified and corrected the vehical issue right away and took care of a few additional minor issues.Great service, fair price. Highly ReccomendedTom

Found myself in a tough situation. I had a very important appointment out of town and as I began to drive I quickly became aware I had a flat tire. I pulled into Tire Man not knowing if they were able to help because they were busy. The gentleman I spoke too was very polite, and professional. I ended up needing a tire replacement because of the location where a nail had entered, the tire was non repairable. I mentioned that I had just bought this set of tires not too long ago. He suggested I call where I got them to check if they were under warranty. They went above and beyond in MY opinion by wrapping the tire and neatly rearranging what I had in my trunk before placing it. It's the small details like this that I pay attention too and appreciate. I do not feel I even waited very long for the tire replacement, I was notified when it couldn't be repaired and then notified again that they were almost finished. The price of the new tire I felt was reasonable! What a great experience in a difficult time!

All went well and other than the new tires my car had a tracking problem. The service person explained the problem so I understood then repaired it. The price was fair and now I'm a happy camper.

The staff at TireMan in Fremont, OH is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast and efficient, helped me make an informed decision about a new tire and returned a fee I paid from a previous visit without having to ask. I have had similar experiences each time I ve been there.

I had scheduled my oil change and tire rotation 2 days prior. The staff i met were friendly, efficient and knowable. My service took less than 1 hr. This was my first visit there, however my son has been happily going there for the past few years which is why i decided to try them. I will return there for my next oil change also.

Kyle was so helpful helping me understand and supporting detail about extra things found on the car that needed taken care of. I was skeptical of fixing but so glad I did. When I took the car in it needed a sway bar. Kyle sent pictures to my phone showing the wear of the old parts and I had no doubt after seeing how bad it was. When I picked up the car I noticed how good it even looked sitting higher than normal by replacing all that was recommended to be replaced. He and Robert also helped direct me to a collision and salvage companies and jotted the numbers down so I can further more care for what I need. The car was done in a timely manner! Thank you for your excellent service!

Always amazing service, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Every time I ve stopped in, the employees are always hard at work to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of their customers. It s also a nice place to meet new people while sitting in the lobby/waiting area; I ve met some very cool people that have kept me entertained while I wait. Definitely recommend for tires, oil changes, and any other maintenance essentials!

Zach and Justin were wonderful and I didn t feel like a woman being ripped off because I don t know much! It was a very smooth and great experience! I had my car back in less than 24 hours and a lot of work done.

On August 2nd, 2022, I had my vehicle into the Fremont, OH Tireman Auto Service. I have used this facility for many, many years for all of my vehicles needs and repairs. I am a 69 year old handicapped lady and my ex- brother -in-law has worked for this facility for many years. Brian, will pick up my vehicle the night before the appointment date and time and return my car to me the following evening on his way home from work. To be a facility that goes out of their way to help the handicapped people and under privileged people of the community, means so much in today's world. More places should be like this and hire people like Tireman does, and the world would be a much better place. My car is always fixed to my satisfaction and to a price I can afford. Kiddos to a great company with great employees!

I came in to get a full set of tires with no appointment and was informed it would be a wait because they had just taken in all their 8 o clock appointments. I was all done and out in under two hours for less than I was quoted anywhere else. Great experience

My mom had her car inspected from another place and was told she needed brakes and tires. I chose tireman to do the work based on previous work they had done for me. Not only did they do a great job with the tires, they called to let me know that she did not need them, thus, saving her money. Great place to do business with.
