Purchased my new truck from Steinle. I live 1.5 hours from Fremont and this was the fastest, smoothest, most pleasant experience I have ever and likely will ever have from a dealership. Collectively, I had interactions with Zack, Jennie, John, and Scott. They couldn t have been nicer or more professional. They had prepared a bouquet of flowers to give to my wife when we picked up the truck, each one of them took time to get to know me and make it feel like more than just a business transaction. I never felt an ounce of pressure or influence to make any decision regarding the truck, which I cannot say for other dealerships I have dealt with. By the time we were finished I almost felt like Zack and I were long-time buddies. I would give them 6 stars if I could, they have gained a family of lifetime customers.

Ask for Zack the salesman. Great customer service. Bought a used car from them. The car was everything I expected after seeing it listed online. All of the cars history documents were presented to me before the sale. All banks and interest rates are presented to you in the finance managers office for you to pick from. Again, ask for Zack the salesman.

I love steinles they always treat me well here and for least 15 years I've gotten great service here from buying a car from Scott Logan years ago with a great experience and now bringing my Rio here for oil changes. All departments are great and give friendly service.

In 2015 I bought a new to me certified GMC truck. With that it had a warranty and some free services that took me to Steinle's service department. Previous to that I had my vehicles serviced elsewhere. To date I'm going on the ninth year of having my truck serviced there. I keep returning year after because of the great service that Andrea, Lenora and the Steinle technician team provide for me. Thank you guys!

This was an absolute horrible experience with this dealership. I live out the country without a real major city to call my own right here in OHIO. I have been wanting a new GMC HD 2500 AT4 for some time now. I turned to the GMC website as they have a truck locator inventory search engine. I was looking for a certain color as well. I came across exactly what I was looking for at Steinle at the dealership. As of this posting it is still for sale to only certain clients. I called late in the day and talked with a salesman. I had everything lined up over the phone. They even sent me paper work and interest rates right to my phone. The salesman told me about the deposit and I had no problems with anything. I was ready and willing to even pay over invoice and all dealer add on if needed. I was told since it was late they would call me in the morning.They did call me in the morning alright! I get a call directly from Jennie the new car manager. She was calling me to tell me that my money was no good at the dealership. I was being discriminated against because of where I lived and they would not sell me the truck!! She instructed me that she wanted all her locals to have the chance to buy the truck over me.This is the kind of service that everyone should avoid.On a good note for myself, I was able to find a great dealership farther away that was very happy to have me as a customer.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would.The lack of communication and customer service from this place is terrible especially when you re having issues with a car you bought from them.The first time I dropped it off at the shop, the first sign there would be a problem was when they couldn t even figure out how to start my car because it has a clutch ..Then my clutch goes out randomly completely out. Turns out somebody decided to put some kind of metal wire on my hose instead of the correct clamp, causing my hose to pop off and ALL my fluid to drain. It was a $7 clamp. No excuse. They tried to say it wasn t them but I have paperwork showing that they worked on that area of the car . Paperwork of work that was NOT disclosed before they sold me the car and was only received after emailing 3 different people .Now my car is broken down AGAIN.And there has been no response about the last incident.Unprofessional. Shady. Will never work with this company and will be spreading the word.

Visited today expecting to negotiate in good faith. NADA values my trade at $18,000; KBB values it at $17,500. They offered $3,000... Luckily, there are many other dealers around and I will be taking my money to another dealership who is serious about earning my business. I encourage anyone looking for a fair deal to shop elsewhere too.

I had a great service experience at the Fremont Cadillac dealership. I took my 2010 Escalade to their service shop for a persistent whining noise in the drivetrain. They diagnosed it as a bad transfer case and even though $2700 is a lot of money to me I thought I got every Penny's worth. I believe the transfer case was about two grand alone and Matt did a great job diagnosing the problem and explaining it to me. He definitely went the extra mile in identifying and getting to the bottom of the problem, I really appreciated that. Andrea and Lenora were very helpful at the service counter also, they were a good Channel between me and Matt the mechanic. Now my 2010 Escalade with 93,000 miles and a great body feels a lot newer to me.

I was in bad need of a new car when I got one from Steinle. Super clean, just over 100K miles. But I d never bought a car before and felt pressured by Mr. Steinle to get it - even used the typical so-and-so many other people are looking at it line to get me to hand over my debit card. After I got the funding from my bank and signed the papers I was very happy with the car...till not even a week later when it was leaking fluids. I took it to Steinle to get it fixed and they found a couple issues that they wanted $800+ to fix, for a car I had JUST bought! I made my displeasure abundantly known by the agent i had worked with and he eventually said Steinle was willing to make a deal but didn t give any specific price. I told him to get specific numbers for me but i never heard back. I ended up taking my car to a guy who was able to fix it for only $300 and in the process found that a previous mechanic had broken a spring inside and just left it! It seems it was not as thoroughly inspected as i had been led to believe. This ordeal left a particularly bad taste in my mouth and I will not be doing business with Steinle again in the future. They seem to only be in it for the money and I would recommend others avoid them unless you enjoy burning a hole in your wallet.

We worked with Kyle tonight who was in a hurry to leave by 6:00 p.m. and had no interest in selling us a car. He met us at the car we were looking at and rushed through the details. He sent us on a test drive, and when we returned he never met us back in the parking lot...we had to go find him in the building. He never asked us how the drive was or if we even liked the car. The 1st question he asked was how much we were putting down.� We also were low estimated on trade in value and when we gave our numbers that we found on trade in value he told us the sale was pretty much over and we would never get that much.� As we walked out the door he told us to email him when we find somewhere to give us our requested trade in value because he wants to know if it really happens. He alao advised that we sell the car ourselves and bring the money in if we feel the trade in value is worth more than they were giving. Legit the worst customer service I have received. Ever.

NEVER purchase a vehicle from Steinle GMC. Here's why...I tried buying a 2022 Yukon SLT at the online listed price of $71k. I wanted to purchase this vehicle CASH. The sales man JORDAN told me that I would be stealing from his company if I did that. He would NOT be making any money off of me because I would not be financing through the dealer. He said I was welcome to purchase this vehicle if I was to make an offer of over $10k asking pricing due to the fact that a different dealer was wanting to purchase this same vehicle for around $80k. Jordan also said that if he was to sell this vehicle to me at $71k, we would all need to go to the doctor to get our heads checked because a used vehicle would be selling for over that amount.While I understand that there are not many vehicles on dealer lots, I do not understand his insulting comments to a serious purchase. I also did not know that it was a bidding war on vehicles on dealer lots.Jordan could of simply told me that this vehicle was already spoken for instead of being your stereotypical car salesmen trying to take advantage.

I have been to this dealership twice and both times they have wasted my time. First I called about a wheel alignment for my truck specifically told them I had a lift kit and bigger tires, they told me they could do it so I took my truck it as soon as I walked through the door they told me they couldn t do it even tho they told me on the phone they could. My second time I did a kbb instant cash offer on my truck and took my truck bad it, they made up some excuse saying my emission were changed when I got my lift put on, which it wasn t my exhaust system was 100% stock and nothing was changed. They then told me they were interested in my truck again wasting my time. After my kbb offer expired I did it again and they sent me another offer and a email and called me again, sorry I m not interested in having my time wasted a third time and they said they would Mark it down and not call again. Won t be back at this dealership cause it s clear they have no idea what they are doing their

The Sales-manager was really good, she made the purchase easy. She was really nice and informative. I had driven 6 hours to purchase this vehicle and didn t notice until I got home that the vehicle had paint overspray on the hood and down the entire drivers side. I take partial blame because I did not inspect it as good as I should have given it was a New $75k vehicle. I contacted them and they told me to take it to a local dealer and they would buff it out. They should inspect these new, expensive vehicles more closely before offering them up for sale. I would never have purchased it if I d caught this issue. I suspect the vehicle has been damaged on the passengers side and repainted, hence the reason there is paint overspray down the driver s side.

Thank you to everyone in the service department. I took my car in to have a sensor fixed and there was an unforeseen problem getting to that, They saw to it that I got home and back to pick the car up this morning before I had to be to work. They fixed my car beautifully, the price was good, They were very accommodating and a definite service with a smile. The service department is a definite five star. The person I later in the evening talked to in the sales department I will choose not to comment.
