Very friendly and helpful. They were fast but not rushed. Best thing is they didn't try to sell me on everything. They checked everything out and left it at that. Some shops can be crooks, definitely not here, and I will be back to have them service my vehicle again.

These guys are great I ve brought all my vehicles here to be serviced it might cost a little more but it s quick you don t get out of your car and they do a lot of free stuff they don t mention

10 out of 10 recommendI brought my company vehicle here to get serviced. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.They charged my oil, cleaned my windshield, topped off all my fluids, checked the air in my tires and change my air filter in 20 minutes.

Fast, efficient, friendly. This place is the only place I'm talking my vehicles to have them serviced. I went to one of there competitors first, only to be told it would b a THREE Week wait for an oil change. Are y'all serious...Pioneer Quick had me in and out in 20 minutes tops. And did a very professional job. Thank you guys,job well done.

Passing thru on our way to Wisconsin, they all were very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Asked about our transport business and the dogs we deliver. Would have given 5 stars, just for me the location was a bit off the turnpike. Would definitely come again if in the area. Thanks guys!!

.I use to really like this place. Nice guys and good service, until one thing happened that I thought wasn't very nice. My brother is from out of town. He was on his way back to Athens Ohio. He had a tire that was really getting low in air. It had been just repaired . As he was going through Fremont he stopped at Pennzoil which had just closed. The doors were still open and cones put up to keep people from coming in. He stopped and asked if they could put air in his tire just to get him going down the road. It usually stays full of air for awhile.The guy who I guess was the boss told him no. He was closed. Don't get me wrong, I know when you're closed, your closed but this was kind of an emergency of sorts. The tire was really getting low just driving from Bellevue. I couldn't believe that this guy wouldn't give him some air in his tire for God's sake! I l also realize that if you do it for one maybe more will come and expect service. I still think that they could have helped a man in need. Shame on you Penzoil!

The guys were polite. They informed me of what they were doing, asked me if anything else was needed. The price was comparable. The only drawback was they over inflated my tires. For those complaining about wait times, they do more than just change oil. I d guess the typical service call is 15- 20 min. If you re in a line of 3 - 4 cars, you do the math. If you re in a hurry, come back when there isn t a line. I was behind 3 cars and the bays were full when I got there, it took 35 min for me to get in, which I thought was good.

I love going here for all my vehicle needs! I love that I can sit in my car instead of a waiting room. I get to be comfortable and it's almost always done quickly. Everyone who works here always seems happy and they are super helpful.

This was my first time here. I had to wait a while, but I expect that with staffing issues because of covid, just like every other business, Other than that I have no complaints. The guy that I spoke with was VERY nice and explained everything to me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Unfortunately since it was a Saturday morning, i had a wait of at least one hour, but the service was OUTSTANDING ... they were very thorough and professional ... much better service than i got at the dealership ... VERY PLEASED !!!

Best oil change place in town. They always do a good job and their prices are very competitive. They do not try and sell you things that you do not need. They show a genuine interest in your car and service. Highly recommended.

If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. Just took my car in for leaking oil to discover not only was the filter completely loose but I ve been driving my car for about a month with over a quart of oil extra. One and only time I will waste my money there. Completely unacceptable. I should have known when the employee tried to reach in the hood of a hot car to put the filter in and burnt himself rather than going from underneath.

People were waiting for oil changes while employees did their own oil changes employee looked at me and told me I tried cutting in front of people when I was there an hour and 45 minutes waiting my turn. Employee would not give me his name and was not wearing a name tag.
