Great customer service!Enthusiastic person willing to help choose and find parts.The door location or entry point is not as clean and welcoming (may be door racing the parking lot would be more welcoming)And the hours of closing at 6pm sounds little short.

We were broke down in our tour bus and in need of part this Napa had. They were the only Napa open on a Sunday within an hour of where we were. The gentleman on the phone at the store said he would stay there and wait for us so we could get the part and he did! We showed up 10 minutes after closing time and he was there waiting for us! This level of service is rare to see these days and we're super grateful for it! He was willing to go above and beyond his "job" and because of that we were able to fix our bus and get back on the road. Thank you Fremont Napa!!!

I broke down on the tollway when my caliper bracket bolt fell out. Tony at NAPA stayed two hours after closing to help me get the bolt I needed and assisted in getting it back on my car. Unbelievable service, and I would recommend this location highly!

Well I bought my parts for there. Guy over the counter JD said he can put on my rear brakes for 60$ I said sure! Why not! Broke the caliber off now I m out more money. And the guy isn t giving me back the 60$. Since JD don t wanna give me my money I m disappointed. And I m very upset honestly That s bad business.

Are these actual reviews of the local store? I've never had any issues with Fremont (Ohio) Auto Parts. Their prices are competitive with the chain stores and the parts always fit right the first time which doesn't usually happen at those places. I've also had them do machine work on blocks/heads many times with no problems. I actually just placed another order for some oddball parts and I'm confident that they'll be what I need.F.Y.I. they've moved the retail store to Potter Village shopping center but the machine shop is still downtown.
