They was nice and polite till they got the job.Then it was like pulling teeth to get any one to get back with you.never finished job. Said parts was on back order took to another shop had part in no time at all had car back by end of the week. Avoid this place . Good chance you ll get screwed.

I absolutely love Fosters. They are so nice and do an excellent job. Customer service is outstanding. I tell everyone I know, if they need body work done, there's no place better and I personally wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely abysmal business and customer service. Took over a month before they were able to work on the car. Very very slow getting estimates. Terrible communication skills. (Good luck getting them to return and email or phone call) and then the work wasn t even finished. Huge scratches that were barely repaired. Seams in the body work have huge gaps. My insurance company isn t please and neither am I. Currently taking my car to another body shop to inspect this shoddy work and finish the repair correctly. Avoid at all costs.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Shop is unorganized and filthy. Rude front desk lady can t mind her business. Take it somewhere else.

Wife was in a accident with her car. Foster Auto body in Fremont Ohio on State st. Were quick with our repairs done to the car. The car looks just as it did before the accident. They did an amazing job on the car and keeping me informed on what was going on during the repair time with phone calls every week. Really appreciate the work they did. I would definitely return for any repairs needed.

Went in for an estimate on some window tinting. Receptionist was very helpful in explaining the process. Comparable prices to others, will probably be scheduling this within the next week. Gave a 5 star for now and will update when I get the windows done.

Awesome customer service and great work on our car. They went above and beyond to help us out and made sure we had our car back on time for our family vacation. We are from out of state and I would bring any vehicle back in a heart beat for repair work. Thank you again for all you did for us. Amazing!!!

Called from across the street only needed help with a jump ,they wouldn't help. Lucky for me my friend went to another garage and borrowed a jump box.
