Had a Transmission Rebuilt and it really wasn't as costly as We thought it would be. They were really quick to get the car in and see what the Problem was and fixed it. Really Friendly people at this shop...

Pretty much saved me and almost made me cry. I love these guys.So my car has been overheating lately, I changed thermostat and got it scanned and was told it needed egr valve. I was buying parts and taking them to mechanics. One mechanic told me I need a new radiator. I didn t want to spend even more money so I figured I could take care of it myself. I actually got the radiator in and the last thing I needed to do was get the transmission line hooked up into it. Something was wrong and it wasn t screwing in all the way. Several shops told me they wouldn t mess with it because the job was already underway even though I had a good mechanic help me out. Earls said yes. I am about to start a new job too so I needed it done fast, Earls calls me back and says yup something is wrong with the radiator you re going to need a new one, I can try and get auto one to warranty yours out if you ll have us do it . Just him going out of the way to attempt this meant so much. I have the go ahead. He calls me backs couple minutes later: I got them to get a new radiator but here s the thing it won t be in until later today . I was expecting days, this is great so I ask I don t want to rush you guys but I start a new job and I really need this done quick, if you can t it s fine I m just really desperate . They say they will get it done by the next morning which blew my mind. They didn t get it done the next morning, they got it done the same day and I got to pick my car up and the problem was fixed. I have had a horrible string of luck before this, and just how fast and nice and caring they were to me, man, it was hard not to tear up, and the price was so much lower than expected. They are good people, they treat and talk to you like a friend, and they helped me so much I don t think I could repay them with just money, so hopefully this review brings them some business because they deserve it.

Great work by Tom and his crew.this is a stand up,bar none, The best transmission shop is Fremont Ohio.I told him what my issues were, the price I can afford, and a time line.they did the work,no surprises, just honest good workman's ship.5 star review.thanks again Tom.
