Helpful. The agent whom help us out was most knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Store was basically empty of customers. So it was a very quick trip. That's what gives Auto Zone their fifth star from me.

I needed to pick up Catalytic Converter Cleaner and I wasn't able to find it anywhere else but at AutoZone. They only had one on hand and I was told I needed 3 by our mechanic. I'm hoping that they will get more in soon.The store is organized, clean, and stocked for the most part. We usually go here first because no one can beat their prices.

I use this store for commercial sales. Very good commercial team. Mike bends 9ver backwards alot for my shop. Competing pricing and price matching keep me coming back and using this autoparts store. They stock alot of parts the other stores dont.

Came in after sunset looking for a car battery. They installed it for me when it was probably 20 degrees out with a 20 mph wind. Had a good attitude during the whole encounter. Highly recommend.

Well every time I visit.Salesman is always nice and courteous and always trying to help if you have any trouble with something big help you out a little I give them a 10

Kala and Ryan were awesome.. helped so much by attaching my new plates .. my husband has dementia and I didn t want to upset him IF he couldn t so I stopped & immediately got help .. thank you guys especially Kaka who went out in the cold to attach them

Did not like it. Felt like I was at a car being hounded by a salesperson. Didn't even get in the door and was being asked what I was working on make,model,yr and engine size.. Also treated me like I didn't know anything and they knew it all. Witness the same salesperson being rude to another cpl telling the they should've bought a more expensive part to get a better one with a better warranty. Maybe that's all they could afford at the time. Smh this was the 1st and last time I will visit an Autozone.

What a wonderful experience. The gentleman helping me was wonderful. He installed my new battery and was very friendly. Not to mention he called Walmart and matched their discount price. Did not have to wait.

I can say enough about auto zone in Fremont! Not only were they very friendly but went above and beyond! We broke down at a rest area- we were driving through from NH to Canada- and the alternator went. After being towed to this store, they hunted down the part- went and picked it up and even someone got an awesome mechanic to install it in the parking lot. They saved our trip! Awesome people! Thank you!

This store is one that I would regularly use for my auto supplies, so I really didn't think anything of it when telling my pregnant Fiance to go there for help when needing to add a quart of oil to the car. I was very proud of her to try and do this herself as she is normally not inclined with the want or even the know how, but never the less wanted to try. Let's just say she was struggling and need help, so what better thing to do than go for help at a place that she bought the oil from, well we were not only sorely mistaken and completed let's down for something that used to be considered normal customer service at a parts store, but to put icing on the cake it was done so in such a manner that was not only rude but with the attitude of the sales representative as being put off for the disturbance of her day. At what point did business or even people become so morally bankrupt that they are completely unwilling to assist some one in need with something in which it is in direct line in what they are selling or help someone in need that is right in front of them. What is wrong with this place?

The staff including store manager at this location Just seem very "Mad to be at work" or dealing with customers..which is fine..but I as a customer shouldn't notice this because it shouldn't be forefront... I feel this location need some customer service work..

Every time I go to AutoZone they go COMPLETELY go out of their way to help me! I went in close to closing the day before labor day because I had low charging and all kinds of message warnings appear on my GMC, by the time I pulled in and tried to start my car again it was dead. I had the kids with me and I need my vehicle, no car repair places where open, I wasn't sire what I was going to do. Chris (at the Fremont Ohio AutoZone) went above and beyond by staying on HIS OWN TIME and installing not only a new battery but a new alternator as well! He also showed me how to charge my air conditioning that was not working about a month before this and it works perfect! Thank you so much Chris, and AutoZone, you definitely have a customer for life! EVERYONE SHOULD SHOP AT AutoZone!!! %

My husband and I were on our way from New York to Wisconsin the Friday before New Years. My husband was suffering with the flu/cold and I was driving. It was our second day of travel. We woke up in the morning in our hotel only to find that the wiper fluid tubing was frozen solid. Route 80 was a mess -- the moisture spinning from the cars in front of us was leaving an immediate layer of dirty ice. Layer upon layer and only 15 minutes into the ride and we were not going to be able to go anywhere. Found Charles, the manager, at AutoZone. He immediate came out and spent almost half an hour defrosting and deicing and redirectly the fluid. He would not accept any monetary appreciation and did not charge us even for his time. I have never gone to an AutoZone before, but I will now! Thanks, Charles, so appreciate your kindness.

Performed an electronic analysis on my 2017 car.Report identified a loose/faulty gas cap.We adjusted the cap gasket which cleared the fsult code.He could have sold a new cap but offered advice insteadI will certainly utilize AutoZone again!

Chris and the other gentleman working with him tonight were a huge help they went way out of there way too help with a taillight and head light not working this is not the first time chris was a big help he installed a truck battery for us last winter on one of the coldest days of the year thanks for being who you guys are.

Unlike advance auto they actually know what parts to order. Great customer service and an overall very clean store. I love coming here whenever im doing a tune up or a major job. I always order my parts from this store and im always very satisfied.

My partner and I broke down on the side of the Turnpike and he had to walk 3 miles to this location. Anne not only hooked us up with the necessary transmission fluid, she drove him back to the Turnpike to save him from the heat. Thank you Anne!
