Baumann Auto Group has always been a pleasure to work with. Albert did an amazing job helping me find a vehicle to fit my needs. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I love that he has checked in on me after I bought the vehicle to make sure I had everything I needed and to answer any questions I had. This is not the first vehicle I have bought from Baumann Auto Group and I am sure it won't be my last!

Ben was phenomenal in assisting me. I had a budget in mind as well as some features that I'd preferred to find, but wanted to buy used. Ben found me a few options and had them delivered to Fremont so I could test drive. The whole process was SO easy, much faster than I expected, and an all around positive experience. Baumann's truly did treat me like family. 10/10, I'll be going back when it's time for another ride!

Was told 4 times are car was "almost done" called at 12 and was told they were finishing up and would call after cleaning. Call 3 1/2 hours later and am told the same thing? They only needed to attach one of the name plate things..not 3 1/2 hors of work. Theyvhad alread had yhe car 10 days for monor body work. Ridiculous to basically lie to us. You cant be almost done multiple times!

My Dad visited this dealership last week and found a Mustang he was interested in. He asked me if I wanted to go check it out today. I said why not and we headed to the dealership. They were about to close but their salesman Chris Beck didn t hesitate to grab the keys and start it up. After a brief discussion and very little arm twisting from me he decided to buy it. Chris stuck around (after hours) as my Dad drove back to get the vehicle he was intending on trading in. They ran the numbers and struck a deal. They even got Marty to come back from another lot to come and do the paperwork so he could take it home today! They stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing to put my Dad in his dream car. I also believe the sales manager Matt hung around to help close the deal. I can t convey to them enough how great of an act this was. Now I know they wanted to sell a car but they very easily could ve said come back Monday, they didn t. My Dad has focused his whole life on taking care of his family. Seeing the staff treat my Dad as he would ve treated him was very heartwarming. Guys, thank you so much for going the extra mile for my Dad, now I know where we ll be buying our next vehicle. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

My truck has been here for almost 2 months. parts have supposedly been ordered but weren't ordered,Were overlooked.I keep getting bounced back-and-forth between the mechanical shop and the bodyShop.each one saying the other ones got it going on... I am totally done I was here today part of still laying on the counter which I was told over three days ago that the guy was getting on to it... Today I get the song-and-dance that we've got so many jobs, counter work and blah blah blah going on. Too many jobs and as someone stated to me, more than likely they took on more business than they should have...

Alec Snodgrass was excellent to work with, I will definitely be recommending him and this dealership to others. I came in for one truck and Alec ended up showing me another option. I believe I got a great deal and walked out with the perfect vehicle. Very happy with my purchase and experience!

Every person we encountered at the dealership was fantastic! RJ Willey is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Pat Furlong carefully went through the Chevrolet App with me, fully explained it and answered all of my questions. The paperwork process with Marty Messmer was very smooth and thorough. He fully explained every document I signed, making sure he answered all of my questions.We can get a Chevy Vehicle at a number of dealerships closer to home (Toledo Area) but prefer to drive Al Baumann Chevrolet-Buick in Fremont! You have a top-notch team at this location!

The good news: I still like my car! I purchased a vehicle from the used car side of Al Bauman. I want to thank both Andy and Ben. Andy was my main dude and Ben stepped in for a brief moment in Andy's absence. Both of them were a top notch and respectful. I was very researched when I went into this process of car buying and prepared for the stereotypical "sales sharks". I personally couldn't find one here. They were all great! I did not steal a great deal, but I did get a fair price on a car I still thank the Good Lord for every time I sit behind the wheel!The bad news: It will be a while before I am back guys.....but I highly recommend them, and Andy will treat you right!

Saw the truck I've been wanting for some time. Stopped and took it for a drive. But before I left the dealership, Alex opened the hood and all the doors so I had a good look at everything. They went above what I expected. From the test drive down the financing it was a pleasure

Had a really good purchasing experience until the financial paper work. I was told 7.19 percent financing in the end it was 7.30 percent. I was never informed about that part of the financing until it was time to sign the paper work. It appeared to be a hidden portion not to be disscussed. I believe R. J. Is the best sales man in the state of Ohio. The guy makes things happen for the customer. I really enjoyed working with R.J. During the vehicle search.

Had transmission troubles in our 2016 Gmc Yukon, Brought the truck in and you suggested a remanufactured trans with 3 year warranty. Cost $7600. for a transmission? I couldn't afford that and told them that. I had it towed to a local transmission shop and told me the the GM torque converter failed and took out the pump But trans is ok. Just need flushed and new pump and aftermarket torque converter installed. $2800. Lost my business forever. And we bought a few cars there.

Bought a car there.Ben was great he is a used car salesman but ended up selling us a 2024. Really worked hard to get in to our budget. The whole staff worked hard and was nice to deal with but especially Ben Rice. I recommend seeing him if you have a vehicle need. We'll go back for sure

Sloppy Workmanship - May 2023 Car serviced, driver side tan carpet terribly soiled, tire pressure not corrected after rotating tires.June 2023 - Different car serviced, tire pressure not corrected after tire rotation.July 2023 - Same car serviced in June 2023, requested tire pressure be corrected since wasn t done correctly last month & to replace valve stem cap that wasn t put back on. Tire pressure ranged from 33 - 37 lbs. They corrected it ranging from 33 - 39 lbs. Correct tire pressure is 35 lbs. in addition, terrible film/oil was on outside windshield after they completed brake & transmission flushes. I could not remove with windex, only smeared. Took it to car wash so I could see out my windshield. I have been going to Baumann for several years. This year has gone down hill. Now I am concerned if the maintenance is being done correctly.
