The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating in helping me find the right parts for the job at hand. They made sure I had all the parts I needed to get the job done and done right.

Great service!! The part that I needed was at the other store, they called the other store to reserve it for me and have it pulled before I reached the other store. Great team work and customer service!Plenty of parking!

It depends on the assistant as to how much help of if the help is accurate. Replaced a brake line and was sold the wrong parts. If the employee would have used the computer instead of his imagination it would have saved 4 1/2 hours and about 25 dollars. Such a shame!!!

These guys are always helpful, seem to be more knowledgeable than the staff of their competitors. And 9 times out of 10, they have what I need. Being that I build bicycles, not cars, I'm usually looking for some pretty odd stuff but they have my oddball stuff there.

My last visit was great they were slow and the gentlemen came out and help me change my headlights. It was night time so it was hard to see he brought out flash light and it was nice. Other Visits I've had were not like this one thats the reason i gave a 4 star. I go here because i live on east side and its convenient for me. I've gone in here before and not treated the same way as this last experience. It seems like they have hi turn over not the same people in here

Great place to get auto parts. They have coupons all the time for percentages off purchases. Plus instore pick up. Good layouts easy to find items and a decent selection.

They claimed to have a part in stock so we drove 30 minutes to pick it up in an emergency situation but it turned out it was an error in their computer. Not reliable service.

These ppl don't know anything about cars they need to hire ppl who know wat there doing. Have had to take wrong parts sold everyone we go in

Bad experiences with Advance Auto parts I have sales records and I could not get refunded over 100.00 dollars for parts because of poor management, parts were not opened
