I needed help installing my windshield wipers, and the gentleman working there was awesome. I offered him a tip and he said it wasn t necessary. I think good (free) service should be rewarded. Anyway, thanks to the guy working today. Hope this brings you more business!

What a joke! Stop in to get oil and a filter and wouldn t you know this advance/auto parts store doesn t have either of the two things I need! (I forgot why I never even come here) The kicker is that they weren t even sold out they just don t carry it?!?!?! Whelp get to go out of my way now to Walmart who I know for a fact has everything I need! Such a shame.

Man behind the counter was very helpful. Even showed me how to replace the windshield wipers cause I didn't know how. (Don't judge me) Didn't get his name though.

Fast professional service. There perks program will see you some money. I love ordering through the App and then picking up in the store, usually within 30 minutes.

Went to buy hydraulic oil and the price tag underneath it said 699 went up to the counter they rang it up as 18 and some change went and showed the guy the 699 tag he said oh well I can give you 20% off and I said no you re going to sell to me for 699 because that s what it was marked as, then the other guy came over and said oh no somebody put the wrong tag out there for thatAnd I told him wrong tag or not that s what it was marked as that s what it gets sold as and they said no they weren t going to sell it at that price told them to put that back I ll go down the street to O Reilly auto parts and give them my business then

I needed a new battery. They had it in stock. When installing the new battery, Mike went the extra mile, cleaning and scrubbing the connections with great care.

I was looking for a part for my car AutoZone said they have it in the morning at 7:30 a.m. it was not in then they said at noon and at 1 it still wasn't in so I called all over Toledo looking for this part no one had it however Advance Auto Parts in Fremont had it if I wanted to drive to get it I did however when I got there there were three people behind the counter the first guy Dave I think his name was appeared to be busy and did not acknowledge me the second guy just took a customer the third guy was just standing there doing nothing so I went to him he waited until I got all the way to him then told me I had to go back to the first guy and get help so I did then he didn't know what I was talking about cuz I had them hold a part for me he asked the second guy who didn't know either then the third guy walks by and he asked him and it was him who took my call I was glad they had my part but didn't care for the service

Myself and another customer stood in line for 5 minutes while one associate helped a customer and the other associate just leaned on the counter and stared. Not helping anyone. I put my item down and walked out. Unbelievable.

My son & I rolled in during a bad storm with no windshield wipers and if it wasn't for the help of the clerk & his friend we would never had made it home an hour away . . Shout out to Danny thanks for taking your time to help stranded strangers!! My son says he owes you all a beer!!

Not a reliable computer service. Computers claim to have parts in stock they don't physically ask. Always make sure they have the part in hand when you call before you drive there.

Battery trouble- Amy came out to the car, put the tester on the battery and checked the alternator to be sure. Great service
