This location was very helpful! I needed to renew my out of state membership. The lady at the counter had it all taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Other staff were there ready to help customers with travel and more. Very clean, modern looking location. Lots of travel items for sale as well.

I don't very often stop by the AAA office but today I did and asked about getting a Trip Tik. This is AAA custom map print out. Jennifer offered to do a custom map for me immediately. She took down our information about our RV and where we were going, check the roads and look for low bridges weight restrictions traffic. Finally she printed out the entire trip for us and put it into a nice booklet. Fallen out a very friendly and helpful visit to the local AAA office.

Jennifer Siler is an excellent travel agent/ Manager at the Fremont Facility! Jennifer is always up front, and Spot on with her guidance!! Please consider giving Jennifer a merit raise!

I have gone to the Fremont Ohio AAA for many years for all my travel plans. They do an outstanding job of arranging the perfect trip. Andra Lavoy has planned most of our trips, and they are always even better than I could have imagined. All the arrangements are flawless. We have never had any hotel, flight or cruise have any problems or mistakes. Thanks for making travel so fun and trouble free!

I had the chance to call on AAA two times in one week and I am extremely disappointed with the whole service or non service I received. My car broke down in Michigan ( and I'm from Ohio) and after 6 hours waiting on AAA to tow me back they tell me there's no one to tow the car. Then 5 days later I call to have the car towed again to a different place I waited for 4 hours for them to show up and when they did they refused to tow my car. I will definitely be dropping AAA and finding another agency.

The shop was very clean, and welcoming. The layout/decor was very inviting and positive as well. The employee was friendly and helpful. It made having a membership feel like a very good investment.Very professional and knowledgable.

Terribly disappointed with my recent visit to inquire about assistance in planning a gift trip. Never invited to sit down, no encouragement in providing options since I didn t have a specific date for a potential whaling excursion. I explained that I wanted a Triple A recommendation to make sure I found a quality outcome. Representative didn t even exert herself to give me literature about possibilities if I did secure a date at a later time. Twenty-five years a member and I walked out the door knowing the full burden of planning was on me. Just very disappointed knowing Have a nice day didn t carry much meaning.

I had a very nice experience at the Fremont AAA office, I needed maps and information for a trip we are taking. They had everything that I was looking for and the ladies there were very nice and very willing to help.I have been a AAA member for a very long time and I think this was the first time I went to get some maps and travel information. I will be sure to go back.

I recently visited the Fremont AAA to get information about a weekend getaway in southern Ohio. I had a great experience with this visit. Not only did I get all the information that I was looking for, I also got some other ideas of where to visit. I love the new store and the state of the art things there is to research what you are looking for.

Very helpful, we have used AAA Fremont for several trips and have never been disappointed. They are great for finding deals and exactly what your looking for no matter where your traveling.

Fast and efficient. Called first to explain what information I needed and agent said to come in and she would be able to help me. Arrived and was directed to agent and I was done in about ten minutes. Always have received fast and efficient service for over 40 years.

My husband and I went in to our local AAA to get our passport pictures taken. The customer service was great and we were told when we went to process our passports that the pictures were perfect.
