The original problem we had they didn t fix it. They had our vehicle for 2 months and I would call and finally get a call back. I wouldn t recommend taking your vehicle there. Very dissatisfied!! I know a close friend who also used them and charged them $700 and didn t fix their problem either. They took their vehicle back several times and they still didn t fix it. Not sure how these guys even have a good rating.

High quality service. Honest and friendly staff.They completed the work on 2 of our vehicles quickly with great pricing and checked in with us regularly on work that needed done. Both my husband and I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone we know. Terry was very accomodating, he went above and beyond to help me get my jeep to him for repairs. His costs are very competitive and he is HONEST. I was referred to Kokosing Valley Auto by another mechanic in town, due to the fact that the repair needed was beyond the scope of what my normal mechanic could perform. I transferred my vehicle to Kokosing Valley, and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, cost, timeliness and general friendliness. I came to find out from the owner that they do everything short of tire replacement and wheel alignment. That is impressive! I took my other vehicle for an inspection, and Kokosing Valley has earned a new customer. I don't mind paying for vehicle repair as it is beyond my skillset. My experience as per I'm sure everyone's experience was prompt..very informative..everything was straight forward rather it's what u wanted to hear or not.. however it's better to know then to be broke down later..his works STERLING to say the least highly recommend.

I was in for a transmission switch, I forget the actual name but they replaced it. The previous mechanic had merely adjusted the switch but charged me for a new one. I found that out when I told them it was the second one. They informed me that they replaced the original. This summer my AC was leaking. They replaced the needed part that afternoon. I highly recommend them.
