The dealership needed a little more time than expected to repair my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when they called and offered to provide me with a loaner car for the weekend. I had no need for the loaner, but the offer will be remembered.... In the past, a certain ford dealership in Marion Ohio (new car sales manager) told me when I bought my 05 Mustang GT that they would give me a loaner anytime I needed a repair. In just one month that promise became a lie... So, well done Fredericktown! As stated, the courtesy, respect and professionalism I received will be long remembered anytime I need a Chevy dealer...

I over corrected a turn and scrapped the entire side of my NEW Traverse on an electric pole. I had wanted this Traverse for a LONG time! Upset would be an understatement. Not only did The Fredericktown Chevrolet Collision Center fix my car quickly, but when I got it back, you could not even tell anything had happened. Thank you guys!

The collision center at Fredericktown Chevrolet executed flawless work on my 2016 Rav4. I had front bumper and panel replacement, and the paint job blends so well you would never know there was damage. The work was turned around in 6 business days and I was updated throughout. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of body work!

Worked to get me re-scheduled as I had a scheduling conflict. Fast service and friendly staff. Oil change and tire rotation done in less than an hour. Would highly recommend.
