I can't say enough good things about this shop. As a Canadian truck driver, whose truck decide to throw a bearing in the rear end at 2 pm on a Friday, these guys got me in, diagnosed the problem and had the part ordered with 2 hours of my arrival. The owner, Merritt, and his son Steve were great to me. They drove me to a hotel Friday night and picked me up Monday morning. As well as drove to Indiana to get the new rear end for no extra charge. And then there's Tyler ( Steves son) who did all the mechanical work. This young man stayed late Monday to make sure I didn't have any more down time to get the job done. This is a great family owned business, and they know their stuff. Highly recommended if you're in the Dayton/Cincinnati Ohio area and need service. And oh....I forgot to mention, they build diesel dragsters too. Google 3000hp Climate Change.P.S. don't be startled by the big pitbull in the office. Blues a big baby.

I took a diesel air compressor to this shop for a no start issue. The issue was not resolved, and the reason I was given was it was some sort of safety switch stopping the unit from starting. I was charged $217.00 and my machine was still not running. One of the mechanics in my shop, not a diesel mechanic, started tinkering with it, replaced a few fuel lines, and the unit has been working perfectly since. I called and talked to the owner, expressing my dissatisfaction. He told me I was lying, and that we would have to part ways, and HUNG up on me. Find another shop to take your stuff to.

Purchased an 05 chevy duramax dually from Steve Royalty. Three weeks later the transfer case went out in it. On the way to purchasing a refurb transfer case I stopped at Warren CO Diesel to see if Steve wanted to look at it as he had sold me the truck. He said he would and took the transfer case. Called me two weeks later and told me it would be $527 in parts and labor and that nothing was wrong with the transfer case. Immediately took the transfer case (after paying $450 to get it back) up to an expert in Jamestown (Nate Johnson) and had him actually take it apart.In taking it apart we had found that:The seals in fact had no been replaced.Most of the parts inside had not been touched or hacked together.This transfer case was opened then immediately shut.Steve will take you out of your money and have a smile on his face while he does it.Do not go here.Do not waste money.

Took my truck there today for a doser plug repair they said that they would start after 10 they did and did a excellent job and very efficient time wise and a great price can't say enough good things this place was tremendous

We were on a 3 week vacation from Texas when our motorhome started acting up. We still had 1 1/2 weeks left of our trip but couldn t find anyone to help us. We started at Freight-liner but our motorhome was over 7 years old so they sent us somewhere else the 2nd place didn t have equipment to work on our freight liner. They sent us to a 3rd place and the sent us to a 4th place which was Warren County Diesel. Tyler took him time, fixed all our issues, communicated with us each step of the way. The price was more than reasonable and we were on our way. Thank you Warren County Diesel and a big thank you to Tyler!!!!Bill & Lesia from Texas

What started off as good service didn t end well. The first time I took one of my fleet vehicles in I was given a repair estimate and time of completion and it held. 2nd time I took our vehicle in , explained what I wanted done and it that repair was not done. Instead they did something else they said needed to be done. Ended up paying for both services with a discount and chalked it up as an honest mistake. However, they did misplace my key but found it a few weeks later.This time, took fleet vehicle in and told them symptoms. He said it sounded like a clogged filter. Would get to it in next couple of days. Never received an estimate for repairs not one idea of cost. We do business with a lot of different companies and other mechanics outside of the diesel realm and I ve never done business with them that way nor have they us.A written estimate/proposal is just good business.Instead I received a it s $3500 and that s a good deal , check around.I love to prop up good businesses but this unfortunately is something I feel folks should be aware of.Demand a written estimate to avoid these problems.

"Merit" really has a (heart of gold). and the very best guy I have ever met..He also own this family business (Warren County Diesel) I would definitely recommend for anyone that need any Diesel Engines, Semi, Cars, Trucks work on and fix.. the best at what they do..

If I could give zero stars I would. This guy is a thief and a scam and when you call him out or try to get your money back for work he CLAIMED he did, he will block you. Do not do business with him. Contact the Attorney general s office. If enough people who ve been lied to, scammed or stolen from, file reports, he will be investigated. Nothing worse than a thief.

Driving our tractor trailer truck to Camden for a steel load and had a break down. Trevor came out to met us at the pick up site and diagnosed the issue which required us to drive slowly back to the shop. He followed us all the way back to make sure we made it there ok without another break down. We where then stranded and had no idea where to spend the night until the truck was fixed the next day. Trevor helped us find a hotel with are two little dogs that night. He went over and beyond great service. The shop did a great job truck and we where back on the road to Illinois that morning. Thanks again to everyone for helping us while we had a breakdown and special thanks to Trevor for quick service and taking the extra mile that night.

Had work done before and was well satisfied. Latest time, was sworn at and threatened for asking about the fuel system bleed procedure after a lot of patience over two weeks of failure to get the truck running right after only changing fuel filters. Fuel pump replacement was suggested as a possibility, a monster expensive job. Towed to another shop, 23 year old mech bled system and had truck back in 3 hours including tow time and 30 minutes of driving test. 8 weeks later and no issues whatsoever except had to immediately replace batteries, probably at least partly due to extensive cranking to try to clear air in fuel system, which was cured by loosening a fitting and bleeding air. Also NAPA parts are great but they don t go in Fords.

I was awakined by a truck hitting my frontend In my semi while parked at the pilot this morning bent my crossbar i was in a sticky situation because the pilot i was at didn't work on truck but they referred me to warren county diesel. They got me in and out did a phmomenal job and didn't stick me an outrageous bill. I'm am overly impressed and thankful for these guys they got me back on the road. Thanks so much.

Well I will say this these people are very friendly very quick it's family of family friendly I got me in an outer with minimal time and not too expensive I know if they've had a lot of bad reviews I don't know what these people know but this this family own business is great we need more them around

i was trying to get a mechanic to my truck driver that was 8 miles away stuck on the side of the road. ETA 45 min. 1 hr later my driver calls them - guy is 15 min away. 1.5 hrs later guy was 5 min away. 2 hrs later guy was still 5 min away and was a different mechanic. they swore they guy was on the way and should be there. finally i found someone else and they had already called my driver by the time I called these guys back to cancel. thanks for wasting all of our times.

Great experience. Truck broke down they arranged a wrecker a hotel room for the night and had me back on the road in no time. Excellent on trouble shooting, service and friendly staff. Got my in and out as quickly as possible as I use my GMC Sierra Diesel to ship my horses to race. Pricing is very fair for work performed! Very satisfied! Highly recommend!

I was literally fixing to lose my load of I didnt get a starter. My truck broke down at the pilot and I called these guys and they literally came right out and he told me he can have the starter on in less then 2hours. That they did do. I was highly pleased with these guys they could have took they time to get more money but they didnt. I recommend this shop to anyone in the Franklin area.

They fixed my truck and did a good job. Got to watch TV while I waited and they bought me food . A big safe parking area. Guard dog on duty while I slept there overnight. Good place for truck repair would definately go back.

This is a horrible company! I would stay away. We paid them $3700 for services that they never completed. They lied about everything and continue to lie. We actually had to pay another company to do the same exact job over and they did it right the first time. Do yourself a big favor and find someone else.

These guys are amazing, highly recommend any work needs done. Now I must warn you, this IS NOT your chain store, no fancy signs or store fronts, just honest work for honest pay.

Did a swell job on my truck. Got the truck in & out in no time. Drove my driver to and from the hotel. Didn't increase the prices over no foolishness. We are Real satisfied.

And good service in the past but this time around have my truck towed there to get diagnosed he told me it was an injector I told him I wanted to change all the injectors I gave me a price then they call me back and said your fuel pump was also out we already put one on there told me it would be $200 since I was getting my own injectors they would not get the truck done in time I went ahead and went and got my truck but I went to check out they try to charged me $385 final cost $250

What a joke took my 6.4 there to have an oil cooler put on it Still leaks did not flush the cooling system out Messed up my air conditioner while they were at it would not recommend them to anybody take your truck to Cincinnati diesel it was a waste of 4000 dollars and if you Use a credit card they will charge you a major fee

Had a hole in fuel tank took 3hrs to pump fuel out with a tiny pump which they charged me for put it in dirty barrels patched tank pumped dirty fuel back in made it about 50 miles filter plugged call them brought me a filter charged me for for a service call broke down in Kentucky had to get towed took out pump and all 6 injectors $10,000 plus and a week of down time .

Called twice never got a call back. Was told they were a great shop but I will never try again. Answer your phones next time..
