I had a 9 am appointment nobody was there no car but mine and still had to wait 2.5 hrs for a 15 minute oil change after I was assured I wouldn't wait more than 30 minutes because I made the appointment. Very unprofessional and having a designated appointment time is useless.

If I could give ZERO I wouldArrived at 6:20. (They close at 7)All I needed was a flat repair, nothing major .Guys were in shop when I pulled up.Said they were closing up for the night and offered me no assistance. Told them it was a simple flat repair nothing major.I will not be going here anymoreIt s a 10 min job . Still gives you 30To sit around and close up shop when it s POSTED that you close . Not 6:20Rant over . You get what you pay for anyhow

It is amazing how slow the auto service center is. They have absolutely do not value the customers time. Everyone in here is complaining about how long it takes to get an oil change. I was told there was one oil change ahead of me and I would be next - should take about 45 minutes. Well, an hour and 25 minutes later they have not even started on the car. Be honest with how inept you are so people can plan their day and stay on schedule.

The woman at the desk took 20 mins to get the handheld needed to get my information then took another 20 to get me logged in. I was then quoted a price for a service that they couldn't perform on my car which they had already started. With my car jacked up on their riser I was informed the service would be almost twice as much and that they had already emptied the oil from the pan so I couldn't take the car until I agreed to the new service. Almost 2 hours later I'm typing this while sitting in their tire center and I have seen 3 people leave after standing around and not being so much as acknowledged. Will not be visiting again.

It took them 2 hours to change my oil. They added extra fees for simple inspection. After a couple of days my muffler started making lots of noise. Not sure but I'm thinking they poked a soft spot in the muffler. My muffler was only 2 yrs old. So go figure.

You ever have days where things just keep getting worse and worse and one person makes you feel 100% better.without getting into useless details my car battery had died while i was at work because I'm a moron. I have very little experience when it comes to cars so obviously when something goes wrong, its time to panic. With other things going on in my personal life, it just felt like I couldn't win that day. The only other time I had a day like today I almost mustard gassed myself on accident and it was a nice lady at a mattress firm that turned it around. And i didn't review. I said "not this time"D.J was my mattress firm lady. He was kind enough to make me feel comfortable and welcomed, which for somebody so high in anxiety its a feat on its own to get me to not sit in a corner till I get to leave. When my battery was replaced i thought to myself, "already???" I didn't even notice time had passed. He helped me have a better day, and as somebody also in the customer service industry i know that's the mission.

Horrible process to get tires mounted - no same day appointments because of "policy", told to book appointment first - called all day and no one answered the phone, went back then clerk at desk said you had to book appointment on person, first appointment offered was after 12pm because they didn't know who was going to show. Spoke with customer service they forward my number to automotive manager who hasn't called. I needed to get tire mounted before going out - they left me with no options.

Oh my God know if you value your car and you want to keep it around without any problems then don't go to them ever close them down seriously if people would stop going there they wouldn't have the tire Auto Center Care Center at all. I took my Avalanche there I just bought my Avalanche it was new okay yes it was 2013 new but it was still one owner new I came to get an oil change there was nothing wrong with my Avalanche when I first bought it I bought it from a dealer and actual dealer with great reviews nothing wrong I looked over it everything was fine nothing leaked nothing was wrong with it I take it over there to get an oil change and then Hell Breaks Loose they destroyed my oil valve's all that stuff I'm now having oil leaks because of them and then I've got other problems now and even though they admitted it's their fault they won't fix it because they say that that needs extra and they can't do it there and there's nothing they can do about it and I would just have to take it somewhere else but they won't fix it and they said that if I was to sue them or put a police report on them it wouldn't matter because there's nothing that they could do so I'm stuck I'm now stuck with having to go get a new engine for my Avalanche because of what they screwed up on

If you need an oil change, go to the Middletown Walmart. It is only a few miles down and well worth avoiding this location.They took forever getting our information and even longer getting our car in the garage. They quoted us a price for an oil change, and then told us that we couldn't get that type of oil only after they had drained all the oil from the car.The oil we had asked for was what the Middletown location had put in our car previously, but this location insisted that they were unable to use that oil in our car.They then listed off a bunch of extra services, making it sound like we had approved those services without having even asked us if we had wanted them. We declined all services. This was about half an hour after we had been checked in.For the next hour and a half, we watched customers that wanted oil changes leave due to slow service or lack of acknowledgement.We finally located a store manager, who instantly came back to help us out. He went over the ticket with us, and they had added a service we had declined earlier. They also had the original oil we had wanted rather than the more expensive oil they told us we needed on the service form.The manager gave us a nice discount on our service and we got our car back almost immediately after he got involved.

i like others think they are way too slow. How long does it take to go out and check the mileage before an oil change? 7 minutes. How long does it take for a basic oil change? 1 hour, after they pull your car into the bay. Why so long? Got no clue. The only thing good was the price of an oil change. If you dont mind waiting,it is worth it.

Do not go here for an oil change. My fianc�e went here recently, and they didn't even put enough oil in to be in between the marks on the dipstick. That's $50 they robbed from her.

The guy at the desk was fast an helpful. But once the order was put thru the guys in the shop spent more time playing games an having fun rather than working. The tire they replaced leaks air i have to fill it up every three days. Not a place i will go back to.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I have never seen people move soooooo slow in my entire life! No sense of urgency!! There were 4 people in front of me and one just wanted his wipers changed. Took over 4 hours. Two people were doing the oil changes as well. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Was hoping to get 4 tires on my car as I had two at end of tread-life and one not holding air and going flat in 15 minutes. Before they got started I mentioned that a front shock was missing a bolt and asked if they might be able to look at it.Was immediately told that they will not replace my tires until the shock was repaired. A missing bolt was not causing any issue with tire replacement but since that was their policy just replace the back tires, where I had the most problems (the tire that would not hold air at all).Was rudely told absolutely "no", their policy somewhere states that a missing bolt or any other car issue that I informed them of beforehand would prevent them from even doing a tire repair, oil change, or any other service.I went to the tire center early enough that they actually had open bays and employees waiting on cars to work on, and their refusal of changing a back tire that would not hold air because I was missing a bolt on a front shock told me one thing loud and clear; they will turn away customers for the slightest of reason so they do not need to work.So I had to drive quickly to the next nearest Walmart location, I guess filling the fast leaking tire to get me on my way was also something they would not do. Other problems there but will review my experience there separately, at 2900 Towne Blvd.The previous day I attempted to call the store 10+ times but they do not answer their phones, ever it appears. If they would have answered I would have known this before wasting my time.This experience was at Walmart Tire & Lube in Franklin, Ohio, 45005 at 1275 E Second St.

Came in at 9:20, was told an hour. Cool, come back an hour later and three cars ahead with freezer food now thawing out in the cart. Front desk is great. The mechanics are garbage

I could do a better job working on your car... (I'm a hairstylist and I paint houses) Yea, thanks for the tire warranty! Thanks for not knowing how to get the full size spare off my truck because the tire that had your warranty couldn't be fixed, and since you didn't have that size in stock, you would have to order it and it was going to cost more money.. What the ?!?!

The employees were nice and the work was good, but even though they wrote a note to call us when the car was done, they didn't and we had to pick it up at open the next morning

What happened to basic customer service? Called them about a problem with my car that they were supposed to have fixed and I get a condescending attitude along with passing the buck. Seriously? What happened to "please bring the car back and we'll check it before we tell you it's not our fault." Never taking my car here again.

Joe at the front counter was helpful, nice, made great conversation with everyone and the guys out back flipped my wheels for me quickly. I took my truck there on a whim to have the wheels flipped to steel wheels for the winter and I ll bring my other truck back in the next week for the same thing. Thanks guys!

Went there at 7:00 a.m. to get 4 tires and an oil change... I guess all of their help decided to call off... Had to go 30 mins out if the way to another Walmart... after a 3 hour wait I got my tires and no oil change... I couldn't spend the entire day there and have called several days about the same with the same wait times. Smh

They need to let people make appointments. Tried 3 different times to go in and get a tire change and very long waits. They opened at 700 AM on a Saturday and got there at 705. They told me it would be an hour and a half before they could even get to me.

This place is terrible woman beware . My mother went for tires and and oil change. Car was leaking oil when she left. No other fluids were checked . Lack of concern for your vehicle and lack of qualified personnel. 02/01/18 also I recently got under the vehicle to lube and notuce the oil filter was not changed at all.

Waited four and a half hours on a synthetic oil change that was quoted at a 1.5 hr timeframe. The men are always super nice though!
