Well this is a little overdue, but still very valid. A few years back we hired the RV Clinic for a full interior gut and renovation of our Airstream Classic motorhome. To say Josh and Jess pulled out all the stops to make our dream a reality is a massive understatement. I know they've posted pictures of it before, so hopefully a lot of people have seen the high quality work the RV Clinic can do. They basically built us a new motorhome. We have traveled over 25,000 miles since the renovation and everything still looks new, and is rock solid, which is a great testament to their skill. The bonus is they're great people, and they have great people working for them. People you trust, people you like.

Our class A Holiday Rambler need it's dump valves replaced. We scheduled an appointment. First thing that we liked is the appointment is for the day your work will begin. So many places gives you a date then keeps your RV For weeks while it is in their que to be worked on.Three days after dropping of the work was complete and we drove the RV home, Repairs were on time and completed quickly. No leaking dump valves. This work was done July of 2023.Now we jump ahead to October 2023. This is the First time we arrived in camp in the dark. While setting up it was discovered the wet bay Iights are not working. A quick check shows all the bay Iights are not working. Gave the RV Clinic a call and explained. They scheduled us in. They found a wire to the wet bay was not put back when the work was done. Everything was corrected and had the RV back in two days. They corrected it no charge. We will now only take our rig to RV Clinic for any future work.

They did great work and collaborated seamlessly with our insurance. We had a tight window to get the repair done and RV Clinic delivered as promised. I couldn t be happier with their service and wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

RV Clinic has done excellent work on our coach. They serviced our slides, replaced a broken black tank, and set our truck up to flat tow. They have a waiting list to schedule service, but it is worth the wait. Their labor rates are more than fair. S Morton

Speaking on behalf of Warped Wing Brewing Company, our experience with the RV Clinic has been nothing short of awesome! Last year we went to them with the idea to restore a vintage trailer and turn it into a mobile event trailer for pouring beer at off site brewery events. The RV Clinic was able to turn our dream into reality by restoring our 1957 Trotwood Trailer to it's original color and customizing it with refrigeration and 8 taps to fit our mobile event trailer needs. Would highly recommend and we look forward to working with them again!

Small shop that does good work. Needed a pressure release valve for the water heater on my C Class and they had one in stock. Looked like a pretty good selection of parts for a small place. My friend has used them in the past and he is very pleased with the service.

I took my 2008 Roadtrek to the RV Clinic on several occasions and am unhappy with their attitude and workmanship. On one occasion to asked that a water leak from the vanity faucet in the bathroom be repaired or replaced if necessary. They scheduled me an appointment for 2 months. When picked up the RV I found they had replaced the kitchen faucet . After I noticed this the RV clinic then ordered a new faucet for the vanity even after showing me a defective O ring. I had to pay for the new faucet and labor for the replacement. Now while preparing my RV for an outing I discovered that they have the hot and cold water reversed on the kitchen faucet. I feel this is a complete lack of attention and workmanship.Service: Transmission

Josh and his team are absolutely wonderful! I had some damage on my camper and they were able to get it completely fixed and looking good as new. They are a very busy place so it might take a while to get in, but totally worth the wait. Jessica who works in the office is also very helpful and goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for any RV repairs. Very good value and very good people. You won't be disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

If all RV repair shops operated like the RV Clinic, life as an RV owner would be so much better! I made an appointment for the Aqua-Hot service on my motorhome several weeks ago. Called in a couple of days ahead to reverify the details and they reconfirmed everything before I had a chance to quiz them . They were ready for me when I got there, did a great job, went over the details when finished, and had me out the door in no time. I just wish I lived closer so I could use them whenever I needed service.Service: Tires

Excellent service. Finished the work when promised and went out of their way to save me money by coming up with a different way to repair my RV rather than having to get a brand new part. Spend time with me answering multiple questions. I will definitely bring my RV service needs to them in the future.

The stuff here is helpful as it gets. I'm a lineman and live in my camper when away for work.... I sent them pics of my problems and they quickly replied with a quote and time frame to fix. I went in the other day and told them that the problem has worsened and I'm going to attempt to fix it myself. They were understanding and more than willing to work with me on parts/ knowledge to get my project complete. I've been there a total of like 5 times and haven't even considered anywhere else since. Good work RV clinic!New loyal customer

Not only does Josh do great work at a reasonable rate, he pointed out some towing mistakes we have been making for quite a while. So grateful to have the RV Clinic close by! Many thanks.

Josh and his staff are wonderful!!! Had some routine maintenance and one BIG problem with my generator. They diagnosed the problem, called me with options for the repair, and had everything finished in no time. When I picked up my RV, Josh even took time out of his day to walk me through the repair and gave me a quick tutorial on how to properly take care of my equipment. Thank you RV Clinic for a WONDERFUL experience!!! I will most definitely be back!!!

Charged me $435 bucks to put in a blinker switch in my RV and never tried to quote me an estimate with the famous that is easy not a problem to fix, should be terrible. Well, it was terrible, because for $435 I left The RV Clinic with more problems. They broke my windshield wiper motor and then went below the line and said, Someone else must have wired them wrong. But now it s right. We detached the wipers until you can get them fixed. I have never had a problem with my wipers ever until RV Clinic. So, going there is like going to the doctor for an earache and while they fix your ears, they send you away blind and say, It s not our fault, the doctor before us messed your eyes up and no one knew until we saved your hearing. All below the line and a general lack of professional responsibility. I literally have thousands to finish renovating my RV to my like and vision, I literally had all my renovation dollars slated for The RV Clinic, but I would be better off going to a back yard mechanic. On the good note. They re nice people, easy to talk to , makes you feel like you are gonna get quality work and professional integrity. And they are really good at telling you to go someplace else to fix their mistakes. I am always willing to pay to find out I never want to give them my monies in the future. Good luck. My hopes and dreams of working with this company are shattered.

If I could give six stars I would! I was passing through on my way from Phoenix to Boston and had a couple of small, my ignorance, problems. I called and they said come on over. Even just before the 4th of July weekend. When I got there they cane right out, made a few adjustments and thoroughly checked for proper operation. They charged me a very reasonable diagnostic fee and I was on my way. Everything has been working perfectly since. They're a small place but I can't recommend them highly enough.

I needed a replacement of a broken cover on the roof of my RV. Despite being in the middle of winter, they worked me in fairly quickly to protect my RV from any related leak, got the cover and it's base replaced and sealed, and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Quick, quality work. Great place to get done what you need, done right, at a reasonable price.

Our experiences with the RV Clinic have always been the best! Luckily, when we purchased our first new Class C RV a couple years ago, I picked the RV Clinic from the internet as our go to for RV repairs and service. How fortunate we are to have someone as knowledgeable and professional as Josh to keep our unit in top shape. No problems are too big or too small for him. All repairs have been made in a timely manner and at reasonable costs. RV Clinic is the best!!

I have been visiting RV Clinic for last few months. There are honest, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. They get the job done in shortest possible time. Their rates are reasonable. I recently had RV generator repaired and there were some window leak issues which they fixed. I will recommend them to every RV owner without any reservations.

I have been to the RV Clinic several times for custom work on my Coffee Truck.I found Josh to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He has given me a lot of free advice which has always turned out to be accurate.Josh and his wife have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs even when they are so busy.Building and working on custom vehicles is difficult and I would trust no one else. From the first time I went there I was impressed and after seeing some of their work even more so.Josh has taken time out of his busy schedule to help keep my truck on the road, it's my source of income.I have recommended the RV Clinic to my friends and will continue to do so.

We have a 2015 Winnebago 35F with a Norcold (or better known as a NEVERCOLD) fridge. We wanted to have a residential fridge installed and went about getting estimates. A place that will remain unnamed in Columbus wanted triple what RV Clinic estimated. Josh looked at the coach and asked questions and we bounced ideas back and forth. It was easy to tell he knew what he was doing. We made the appointment and dropped the coach off at the appointed time and the coach was done with the quality he promised. It did take a couple days longer then estimated but it was because they had to take the door off to get the fridge in and they found a propane leak during a test and I did ask for a roof inspection at the last minute wherein they found a cracked vent cover that they replaced.I came away feeling like we were treated extremely FAIR and HONEST and will look to the RV clinic for all repairs and work that is outside my level of expertise.Another important aspect of their business is the appointment time/date you make is when the work will be done. At other places I have been, it is just the date/time that you get a spot on the lot and NOT when they actually get you in a bay to start work.If you want quality work at fair pricing done in timely fashion, then RV clinic is your place without a doubt. The building isn't fancy and they don't have a waiting room with a baristas making coffee while you wait but you also aren't paying that overhead either!Service: Body & Trim

The customer service is outstanding. You may have to wait (like evewhere) to get an appointment but you won't regret it. I had maintenance completed on a newer Class B RV but would defintely come back for future mainteance/repairs.

RV Clinic got us into their busy schedule for a small job also at an unbeatable price. They were very straightforward about other potential repairs while also realizing not everyone wants/can afford a new RV. We will be using them again.

This was my first visit to The RV Clinic. Jessica, Josh, and Nelson are all friendly, knowledgeable, professional, super people who "walk the talk" and understand what customer satisfaction is all about. The RV Clinic Team did an outstanding job in diagnosing and replacing the black and grey tank valves & cables, a/c control circuit board, and light toggle switch & wiring. They inspected the roof & slide-outs, lubricated the tv antenna and all slide-outs, and sprayed the room seals. In addition they installed LED lights and performed other miscellaneous tasks. The scope of work was completed in one day as I dropped the 5th wheel off late Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon (talk about prompt and efficient service at a reasonable price). The RV Clinic is now "my rv clinic of choice" and they have a new customer for life. I strongly recommend you contact The RV Clinic if you need any type of RV service. They are wonderful!

RV Clinic is the place in the Miami Valley to get your RV work done. Josh is very good at what he does and he is great guy. My RV needed insurance work done and a new roof he did a really good job. Notice how many stars they have on thier reviews. It is all on repairing RV's. Not on selling RV. I am definitely using RV Clinic for future repairs.

We came in for a small repair and actually had fun. The guy that assisted us was the cutest ever! We laughed and had a good time. He was very kind and professional and helped us with a few other things and didn't charge extra for that. Thank you for sending us to the road with a smile!! . Even if my camper works fine I'll throw a stone on it just to return back

My camper's air conditioner was popping the circuit breaker because the compressor was not shutting off. The guys at the RV clinic identified the problem quickly and put a new circuit board and controller in, and had me on my way in about an hour and a half. Friendly quick service from nice people.
