Since the change in upper management about a year ago (owner's son now in charge of operations) the stores have just gone downhill. Not enough support for stores to succeed, lousy benefits, commission not being paid, etc. Old owners treated employees with respect and value. That same courtesy is unfortunately not instilled in their son. Don't work here and don't buy from here. They're not giving back to the employees anymore like they once had. It's only about their bottom line.

Old school kind guy,Charlie. O'Reilly's 25 minutes to closing. Guy didn't want to help. AutoZone guy all he did was say Eeeee,Iiiiiiii, ooooooo. Was shock for trailer. Charlie said shocks have a number on them to match to get part.Autozone new motto should be, if I'm ZONED you don't need it. Associate tried to distract me, We got peanuts. Napa for real help ,got part ,and yes it worked. First time

First, let me say if you are having a difficult time finding a part then check with NAPA. They seem to always have a part that I can not find elsewhere. However, you pay for that convenience, and that is also why I only can give them 3 stars. Example....I needed an amber colored turn signal bulb. I check the other auto part chains, and they were out of stock. At the 2 locations I checked prior to NAPA I could buy two amber color turn signal bulbs for between $6-$6.50. However, they were out of stock. Off to NAPA I went. Sure enough NAPA had the bulbs. I received the one bulb I needed and was charged $6.50. I understand a slight markup, but that was a huge markup....oh, and yes...same brand of bulb that I saw at other stores. So, kudos to NAPA for always having parts in stock, but I can't seem to get above 3 stars for the extra high mark up for that convenience.

Workers looked at me through glass with 30 mins till they closed and wouldnt help me out. Ignorance. Should get fired not understanding its hard for me to make it in time being in a 3rd shift

Let me say this. I was having troubles with my Harley when i was getting off the freeway. Thank God they was right there. Had to buy some tools that i thought i had with me, i didnt get the gentleman name.he help me out as much he could. In 20 minutes i was back up on the road. Thank you for been close to the highway.

These guys went way out of their way to help me out. They are my only parts store. If they don't have it (I have never needed to wait) they get it quicklike. I rate them at 100%

Bit high on prices. Some discount if you have AAA. Knowledgeable staff.Little hard to get out of lot. Right turn only only since they built that damn Wal-Mart.

Needed a headlight bulb and they gave me the wrong bulb! My bad for not bringing the one I had taken out! Won't be going back!

Above and beyond service. They didn't have a part but drove to another to pick it up and have it ready for pick up same day.

Poor service. Poor salesmanship. I had fairly easy problems and needed a suggestion to make a purchase. The asst. Manager directed me to go to the middletown, oh store.
