We have been going to Muffler Brothers for many years. They are honest, Christian people who you can trust. My friend was given a quote of $2,000 for a repair at another shop. Muffler Brothers in Franklin quoted her $500 for the same repair. Reasonable and work well done!

I have been going to muffler brothers for years and I highly recommend them.They are very thorough and get the repairs done quickly. The staff is very knowledgeable and I trust them to do the job right. Christina and Holly are always very helpful and kind. I will continue to go there for all of my repairs and oil changes.

Great when I came there had my exhaust done there told the guy I wanted sound for my Cadillac and he told me how to do it and did it my Cadillac sounds good now highly recommended if you want your car or truck to sound good going down the road and give ya a rush when you hit the padel come here

Awful customer service when asked about their battery warranty, got extremely rude and defensive. The battery died at one year we took at back and they said the car had not gained enough miles for the warranty to apply. Essentially a scam there is no warranties with these people, never come here. They also told us that there was a bad rack and pension when it was just a pressure power steering line.

We were told my 2020 car needed 4 new tires and the shocks replaced because our car was shaking going over 60 mph. We took it for a second opinion at another place and they patched the hole in our tire and said the shocks and tires looked great. Saved us $1340 by taking it to another place. Don t trust everything they say that needs done. We didn t feel right about what muffler bros said needed done and I m so glad we took it elsewhere.

Charge my wife almost $2400 for all four wheel bearings. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be finding a new mechanic. For sureAnd also charged her almost $70 for a oil change!!!!! And the crazy thing is one of the wheelbearings already need replaced.

I got an estimate at another muffler shop. And it was ridiculous almost 800.00 for an extention pipe and a muffler. I came to muffler brothers and the charged me 300.00 for the same parts and work. Don't go anywhere else come to muffler brothers.

Brought my vehicle in for a quote, as I knew there was an issue with the flex pipe. The guy quoted me $900 and said the resonator needed fixing as well. Went across the highway and was quoted less than $200 for the flex pipe repair at Big Al's, who ended up fixing my issue and told me NOTHING was wrong with the resonator, and they said that's usually not a problem. How ridiculous for this place to try to scam me like that.

I do not enjoy writing this review because I have been treated well and fairly in the past. I brought my vehicle in yesterday knowing I needed a new flex pipe. Turns out I also needed a new resonator muffler and I was told the total would be $736 plus tax. I thought that seemed high but I do not know enough to question so I said to proceed with the repair. When I received my invoice is when I noticed that they charged me $330 for the flex pipe alone. A part that can be bought for $20-$50. I asked why the insane mark up and his reply was, "the flex pipes we carry are way better than those cheapies you buy at Smyth." What upsets me is that I was never given options in different parts. I would have chosen the $20 "cheapie" considering that is the kind they removed which was a factory part and lasted over 8 years. How much better can this $330 flex pipe be? I am just disgusted for them not giving me any choices or options. Unfortunately, this experience will keep me from returning or recommending them.Service: Exhaust

Great place for auto repairs!I LOVE this shop! The owners act like they've known you since"heck wasa pup!!!" In other words, like you are THEIR family. Such a sweet family atmosphere yet very professional. They're good honest people! I drive from Dayton, Ohio for those reasons. The service there is outstanding! They call/say when to expect your car and by golly! Sho nuff it's done! The receptionist don't just read their findings off the bill, she goes and get the mechanic that actually worked on your vehicle to talk to you!! I pray good health and blessings on Mr. & Ms. Doyle; his family and his business!

Doyle and his crew are highly recommended! This family owned repair shop is top notch and packs a small town personal touch with waiting room decorations and memorabilia to make you feel at home and welcome. I spent over 20+ working in automotive dealerships and fleet shops as a mechanic. Since taking a position in supervision, I prefer to take my personal vehicle issues to Doyle and his team when I don't have the time to do my own work and I trust I will be taken care of and treated fairly! If you feel like you haven't been able to find a trustworthy shop, give this place a try next time you need some work done on your vehicles! As a side note, they also play the best music I've heard coming from a shop anywhere! Country rocks, but Bluegrass Rules!!

Great place with a family like atmosphere. Doyle runs a tight ship the whole crew is absolutely phenomenal to work with. They are fair and probably some of the most knowledgeable folks in the business! Love this shop!

I would recommend this place to anyone for any service. Great price & Great work. I came in needing a whole new exhaust and they quoted me $408. Me being the person I am said "ill find the parts and do it myself" for half the cost. I could not have been more wrong. I called the Top 4 Auto Parts in the area. The parts alone would have cost me $375. All the staff was great but I can personally say working with Doyle was excellent. No BS straight forward type, that's the best to work with.

I'll be a returning customer. They did a good job. They were thorough in the work, upfront on the reasonable costs, and addressed upcoming future potential problems. What I really appreciated is the availabe time they had and manner in which my vehicle was handled.

I go to Muffler Bros. For all my exhaust work. Doyle has installed aftermarket exhaust on about 4 of my vehicles. Ive never had any issues after installation. Very professional and very fair prices. I'm always going to go here to get work done on any vehicle I own.

I used this shop to replace a muffler on my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. They did the work in a timely fashion and it was reasonably priced and it was done correctly. A year later I began noticing my vehicle was showing signs of an exhaust manifold leak ( ticking and minor loss of power). I took it to them for a quote since they had treated me fairly in the past. I was told not one but both sides were bad ( I m not disputing this because I know that year and make is known for manifold leaks). Going into this I had pre quoted parts for $150 per side through Autozone. I was given a quote for parts and labor of $2400. I have never had major exhaust work done before so I was unsure if this was a fair price but it seemed very expensive. After calling around and checking online almost all sources said this job could be completed for just under $1000. The shop did good work but seemed way over priced.

BEST SHOP IN THE AREA!! We take our cars here for everything. They have good prices and don't try to screw you over and sell you something you don't need. Plus, we've never had to take our cars back because they messed up the first time. They get it right the first time.

I had a muffler issue, and was a walk-in client. They got my car in, fixed, and I was on my way within an hour. (It was a simple fix, apparently.) They didn't try to sell me work that didn't necessarily need to be done, at least not right away. They were also affordable. I'll be a returning customer.

AWESOME SERVICE! This shop is full of hard working guys that care about your safety and bottom dollar. I've been going here for more than 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! If you want a custom affordable muffler job just ask for Doyle. He'll get you set up right the first time. Over the years I've had all my vehicles serviced here for oil changes, AC unit replaced, new tires, shocks, engine work, just about everything but bodywork, this shop will fix it. If you work late, you can call in and drop your car off for service the next day. I recommend all my family and friends to go here.
