Worst experience I ve had dealing with any service shop. Was rear ended and forced to take my vehicle here rather than waiting months for somewhere else. Dropped my vehicle off after being rear ended at 1-2mph the trailer hitch cover needed removed and replaced. When i got the car back there was paint missing from both the left and right rear quarter panels. I ve tried explaining that I m not asking for this to be made perfect as it s a 10 year old vehicle, i just want it to look the way it did when i dropped it off. Spoke to the manager who told me, even if i could help you, I m not going to This has been a month long process and i asked when my car was in the shop for an estimate to fix these issues and never received one. Overall just super frustrating situation dropping off your property somewhere and getting it back worse

I grateful for the service that I received while my SUV was being worked on. They did an excellent job on fixing my SUV. Hannah the super nice lady that works the front desk was awesome. She updated me multiple time a week on parts shortages and the progress of the repairs. I highly recommend this Liberty Collision Center.

Tried to get a basic idea of how long it would take to repair my bumper . Was told by Hannah that she couldn t do that or basically talk to me as they are a direct repair facility for my insurance company. Wouldn t even let me schedule. Hannah stated your adjuster needs to do all of that I was just trying to make it easier for everyone involved. Guess they are busy they don t need more business.

Had my car scratched in a parking lot and dented up pretty good. Insurance referred me to Buckeye Valley for the repair.My Experience with Buckeye so far has been great. The manager there, can't remember his name, made sure that i was happy with my experience before i ever left. They handled the rental and got all that setup for me without a hitch.Went in on Wednesday, got the car back on Friday as he said. It basically looked like the accident never even happened when i got the car back and its fantastic. I would recommend this place.

Excellent service.my car was hit.the great lady Hanna help me .I was dressed angry over details it was a mess.hanna took care of everything. My insurance company had an adjuster on site 3x a week.all repairs completed my car was 100 perfect. . Just take your car here speak with Hanna. I highly recommend this repair shop.car fixed return in a week.outstanding job..I think Hanna is beyond excellent. She know her information and how to get things done.if you need repai body work this is the place.thank you Hanna you are the best.

They made being in an accident not so bad. My car was rear-ended. This shop was on the list of recommendations from Progressive Insurance. They did a wonderful job fixing my car and working with the insurance. They were amazing at communicating with me the status of my car. I highly recommend them to anyone who might need collision repair.

Pretty much all of the shops said they couldn t work on my car for two to three months after I was in a car accident. I told my insurance agent to expand the search outside of Dayton and this is the GEM I came across. It hasn t been two weeks since I dropped it off at the shop and I will be picking my car up in two days! Customer service is great and the communication is the best I ve experienced! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done.Service: Body & Trim

This is my third time having Liberty Collision (formerly Buckeye Collision) fix my car (first time was in 2017). I love that I get my car back on the date they promise and I love the work they do. Hannah at the front desk is so polite and helpful. Chris was terrific at putting me at ease with the process. He let me know he would handle everything with the insurance and there was nothing I needed to do. I appreciate the work all of you do. Great place. Incredible customer service plus an excellent job on repairs! Kathleen did an amazing job of making sure we were taken care of and making sure the insurance company covered everything that needed repaired. Everyone there definitely goes above and beyond! One of the techs even made sure to buff both of our headlights when they were only required to do one. Great customer service. Kathleen was so helpful in the process and worked with the responsible party s insurance adjuster to resolve the claim. I was in a car wreck and they were doing my estimate for the insurance company. They were very nice and sympathetic to what I was going thru. Hanna the lady at the front desk is very sweet. Rick the gentleman who came out to help me get one of my favorite cds out of my stereo, was awesome and very nice.

Repaired my new car after someone backed into it. Repair took a week. The car is perfect again, crease in the back passenger door is gone. Paint matched amazingly. I highly recommend this shop!Buckeye was suggested to me through the claim process from All State. The employees that I spoke to were so friendly and kept me updated through the entire process. I got my suv back looking beautiful! Not only did they fix the damage, they washed the entire outside of my car and the wheels. Very happy with this experience!Service: Body & Trim

We have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler and were in an accident that damaged the front passenger side, to the point that the steel bumper was embedded in the front passenger tire. The car was towed to Buckeye Valley for repairs. The team there was very professional, and made sure we were always in the loop about how things were coming along with the parts on order and what would happen during every part of the process.We picked up our Jeep on 10/27/2022 and it was detailed and looked as good as new. All issues were fixed and the paint match was perfect. There are a couple of small parts on back order, but they were able to get us our Jeep back while they wait for them to be received. Buckeye Collision was recommended through my claim process with Allstate Insurance. My experience was terrible to say the least. A minor repair to replace a fuel lid turned into a 3 day event with minimal communication and limited explanation as to why. After the estimate took place, I was advised that the part would be ordered and I would be contacted about next steps. I had to call the facility to check to see that the part was even in. I was told that the estimator called me, but I had no missed calls or voicemails to confirm that. Again, this minor repair took over 3 days to perform and I had to call to check in on the status several times. During several of those phone calls I was given the run around as to why things were taking longer than expected. At first it was described as not satisfied with the paint job then the wrong paint color was applied . At this point, I m not certain what occurred. In addition, my car was left in manual upon pick up which leads me to believe that my car was not handled in proper form. I m honestly not one to write a bad review and I understand business is steady and employment is down, but there really is no excuse. The only positive to this experience was the female admin who provided good follow through despite the lead estimator and technician mishaps. The final result seems fine, but I m not crossing my fingers.Service: Body & Trim

***edit*** I am updating this tto be fair to the company. Inam changing this review from one star to 4 because of Nate. Nate called me after seeing my review and asked what happened. I explained the whole situation he was extremely apologetic and assured me there would be education on customer service. They have done body work for me in the past and they do really good work obviously if I would be a return customer and they have fair prices. Nate was so nice to me that I changed my mind and decided to go ahead and have them complete my body work. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I'm still a little bit irritated with the original man I spoke to. Their work and prices are 5 star worthy.Didn't even use them. I called trying to have body work done through my insurance company. I asked to make an appointment for an estimate and the guy that answered started arguing with me that they have a contract with progressive and that's not how they do it. I asked multiple times for an appointment and he didn't believe me I guess that the insurance company had me call so he wouldn't make the appointment. Oh well had several thousand dollars paid via insurance walk away to another shop.

After a large dog took out the front right off my lifted truck I wanted to ensure it would be fixed by someone who understood the work that had gone into building this one of a kind truck. My insurance company recommended them and after taking with Sherman on the phone if was confident my truck would be taking care of. After picking my truck up I was extremely happy with the work done and they explained how much they enjoyed working on it.Service: Body & Trim

Diane & Jennifer made such a great easy experience for what can be frustrating when you can t have your own car. They made the process so simple and took care of the extra details. If I ever need anymore work I will be back! I will also be telling anyone who needs work done to go see them!The QUALITY of the work they did was AMAZING! My husband had to get pint done at a different shop and he said he will not go back if he needs work done we will be going to Buckeye because they made my car look brand new!Overall very impressed and very satisfied with my Jeep!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Made appointment through progressive insurance company to drop off on 09/15. Body shop called said had cancellation bring in on 09/12.( doughtfull) got strung along when i called after two weeks claiming the vehicle was in different states of repair. Called again on 10/4, spoke to manager who said have to replace front cradle. So would have to release engine from mounts & raise to allow room to replace cradle. Went to shop next day 10/05 to inspect my vehicle. cradle was not damaged with exception of "crush brackets". Had removed left and right "crush brackets" that attatch to cradle and are there to absorb impact in front end impacts. Right one( pass. Side) was only one damaged. Confronted manager who said going to try to straighten bracket and weld back in place instead of what was most likely several hundred dollars repair if replaced cradle. Was their intention to charge insurance for Cradle and only straighten bracket ?( easy procedure with left one undamaged for use as "jig" and provide correct angles of part). Had vehicle 24 days and had removed front fenders, front bumper & grill & pass side headlight. Had not even began body work on damaged drivers door. This was less than 4 hours ( i believe) work.Have been a certified mechanic since my early 20s (63 now) schooled in atlanta Ga. and around vehicles in body & mechanical repair all my life. Certified in 4 wheel alighnments,AC Repair, brake's, tune up & electrical, custom exhaust, complete engine rebuilds, and replacements. General repair. Worked for several shops when younger. Most all encouraged un-needed repairs. Mostly industry wide today in my opinion. Aparently in body repair as well. Was decieved by this shop every conversation. The damage was mild severe. Frame true. Tracked as new. Claimed to busy to complete repair. Would not recomend this business. However, good luck finding a totally honest auto repair shop anywhere.(in my opinion) I am sure there are honest shops i have not encountered...Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I got in to a wreck and my insurance sent me there. The people were wonderful to talk to and did a wonderful job repairing my car. RUDE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL. (Now under Liberty Collison) Absolutely zero customer service skills! No communication. I had to call 4 times and still wasn't sure my car was actually there. GM was rude and told me they were scheduling out to November 2022. That there are 8 vehicles that were towed in prior to mine, that was assessed at tow yard on 8/30 by All State, but on 9/16/2022 Liberty/Buckeye gave me 3 dates (9th, 12th & 13th) it was towed to them. GM proceeded to tell me if I thought I could get it looked at faster to have it towed somewhere else. All State Insurance not happy and stated he spoke to her in same condescending manner and that never said anything about November. ( so I guess I lied)

Buckeye Valley did an excellent job on my car. It was a recovered stolen vehicle and they went above and beyond, the interior looked like it was ruined but they got it to look very nice and there was a scratch on the trunk lid that insurance said was not from it being stolen (yes it was) but they patched up and it's not even noticable anymore. Thank you Buckeye Valley Collision!

I had a 2016 Chevy Malibu with front end damage due to my own stupidity. Buckeye Valley Collision had my repairs done quickly and the work was done perfectly. When i picked up my car they had it cleaned both inside and out, looked better than delivery day at the dealership (purchased used). There are not many businesses these days that can wow customers any more, but this company did. They have earned my future business and my personal referral. That you guys.

Okay so it is a collision repair place. So your probably not stocked you going their. But my experience was amazing at Buckeye. Everyone was professional, and they did a great job. And really seemed to do a good job and fix it right!Everyone I dealt with did a good job, but Diana who worked a the front was my favourite. You could tell she was the tough mom of the group loves everyone, keeps thing running smoothly, but makes sure everyone stays in line too. She really help me out when the car rental place dropped the ball.
