Impeccable customer service. Their work is outstanding! If you ever need anything bodyshop related, go to this location. I was updated timely regarding the progress including specific details regarding supplemental work needed. Lennie is amazing and the technicians are outstanding

Recently had some paint chipped off and several dents put into my car while it was parked. These guys got the dents out and the paint looks brand new all around. Can't even tell it happened. Absolutely top notch job, would highly recommend them. Jim and Rob both were both excellent to work with from the quoting process to picking it up. Thank you guys for making my car look great again and making me feel proud of it once more!

Scot Macy was a pleasure to deal with. From booking a time to come in to keeping us informed about the repairs and estimated time of completion. He made dealing with insurance a lot easier and the repairs done to our car were high quality. I would highly recommend if you need repairs to your vehicle.

Paint peeling off of everything they painted. Liberty says it's the cheap aftermarket parts Progressive makes them use. Progressive says that Liberty didn't prep the parts correctly for paint. I'm stuck in the middle with paint peeling off in large chunks all over the front end of my vehicle. I'm trying to avoid going back if possible, but Progressive says that Liberty is the only place I can take it back to have it fixed. I guess Liberty will not refund Progressive the money for the botched job they did on my car so I can take it somewhere else.If you're in an accident, request that the insurance company takes your car to the dealership and that they use OEM parts. Don't let the insurance company direct you to their preferred collision center. There is a reason they want to send you there, and I can assure you that it's not because they do an amazing job. It's because it saves the insurance company money.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had an unexpected issue with my car on the way to work and it got towed to Liberty Collision (chose them because of their good reviews since I m not from the area). Heather was great and kept me updated through the process, answered all my questions, and the car was finished very quickly. The whole process was efficient and easy! Thank you again!

Great and friendly staff. Amazing body shop. Repaired and painted my vehicle and it looks better than the day I bought it brand new off the lot. Only two downsides, I had to keep calling for an update. But they were busy and it was right before thanksgiving. So I can understand. And the parts took forever to come in, which is not their fault at all. So that s why I didn t dock any stars. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here going forward. First of all, the team at Liberty Collision is probably the best I have dealt with across many different industries. The shop manager, Nate Burt knows his business and his customer care is phenomenal. Brandon is the tech who did the work and his craftsmanship is the best I ve seen in the business. My parts were ordered ahead of time because I needed to wait on my car and it was in and out. Super happy with the service here. Good communication, great work, and amazing detailing...my car is very lived in and has never been so clean!! Also, very honest: I had some random stuff under my seats, extra cash in my glove box that I had forgotten to remove and it was all there when I picked it up. Highly recommend!

I was recently rear ended and used them to fix my car. I dealt with Heather who coordinated the repair and rental car. She is absolutely amazing and made the whole process much .ore simple for me. They did an amazing job on the vehicle and her cother service skills are absolutely amazing. Wonderful experience with the Liberty Collision Center in Franklin. Couldn t be more happy with my results, there were a few hang ups which made the repairs longer than intended but the staff handled the situation with extreme professionalism and care. Scot Macy, the Estimator at this location was incredibly helpful and professional. Helped me understand each situation that arose, my options, and possible costs tied to them. We have used them twice and they have performed great! Color match on wife s Durango was spot on, the trim and body parts replaced were all oem manufacturer parts. We had some damage that happened at our home. It was just an accident. These newer cars have some expensive parts with all the sensors and such. Even with current supply chain issues and even finding more damage once taking the car apart we didn t have to wait too long to get the car back and like new!! Thank you!!!! Nate, Scott and Travis at Liberty Collision was the best!! My daughter had her first car accident and they made a stressful time very easy. They worked around my schedule and my daughters college schedule and had great communication throughout. My car looks great! I received text message updates as well as a few phone calls while everything was being fixed. Everything was done pretty fast and it looks so good! They even cleaned the dirty floor! I think the person that handled everything with my car was Seth, he was very professional and did a great job!

Liberty Collision repaired our very damaged car after hitting a deer. They were wonderful with communication and working with our insurance. We knew what was going on the whole time. They completed a very big job right on time. The end result was excellent. The car looked brand new. HORRIBLE estimation for completion of work given. Told us car would be ready this week for 8 weeks!!!! Completely unprofessional to mislead people, especially ones that have their car there because of a TikTok challenge damage from theft and are without any vehicle while they take their time fixing it. They had our car for just shy of 3 MONTHS!!! Will never use this place or recommend them!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Outstanding performance by all! I damaged my new Murano just short of totaling it. Within weeks the car came back, I believe, better than new. Then I gave them my Chevy truck with several dents. Again, it came out in short order looking like new. Hats off to the management and mechanics working at this establishment; professional, caring, and timely. You won t be disappointed.......

GOOD! I worked with a man named Nate. He was very helpful and upfront with me. Everyone that I talked to was considerate and helpful. They fixed my damaged Impala like new and did it very quickly. Highly recommended
