I came in to get a power jumper for my car. The battery was not starting my car and I need a power jumper to help charge it. A gentleman named Derek helped me get what I needed and was very polite. I would definitely return here for anything I needed for my cars.

Joshua is amazing!!! I took my car to Grismer Tire for an oil change and my engine light came on shortly after I picked it up from Grismer Tire (Springboro location) I panicked and happened to be driving by Autozone. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by Joshua. I told him my issue and he said do you mind if I check a few things for you He ran a test on my car at no charge. He checked my air filter and noticed it was not put back in place. It was just laying there He fixed it for me and my check engine light went away.. I highly recommend this store. Joshua definitely went above and beyond.

AutoZone in like it used to be, because back in the day they would help you put on a windshield wiper put in a light bulb in your car but for some reason they don't do that no more but I still give him five stars because I like AutoZone

I was on my way home from a reds game when i realized I was leaking oil pretty bad. The employee named Frank was so kind and very willing to help to see what he could do. I will never forget franks help and the time he took to inspect the problem. Thank you Frank!

I went in to buy a key fob battery. When it was replaced my fob didn't work at all. I went back in and the manager told me that " with Nissans you have to reprogram the key fob when you change the battert" when I said this did t make sense I have replaced multiple Nissan key fob batteries, the "manager" snapped at me that "I didn't have to be an attitude and I could look to on YouTube how to reprogram it. - they didn't have to help me. - turns out they put in the battery backwards.

Anthony and Dereck were awesome. My wife called in when our battery died unexpectedly. Dereck had the battery waiting when we pulled in. Anthony helped us out by changing it for us. Great service guys!

Parts were in stock and the price was competitive. What separates this store from other parts stores is the friendly and knowledgeable service staff. My questions were answered in a helpful way, with a spirit of solving my car's mechanical problem, not making me feel foolish for my lack of knowledge on the subject.The store itself is clean and well organized, with plenty of stock on hand. I'll start my parts search here the next time I need to work on my car!

I wouldn t say to go on a Sunday afternoon, but even when they re busy they do their best to help as much as they can. I ve only had one bad experience out of the hundreds of times I ve been over the years. I always ask for jerry when I go, he really likes to help get you what you need

Unfortunately I don t remember the amazing guy that helped us, we left around 2:20PM today(06/05) so y all can see who was there at that time. But let me just say he went above & beyond! I was gifted a virtual Mastercard gift card & checking out the traditional way was just not working at all. So instead of turning us away, he said he wanted to try something else, he did it as an online pick up order & we were finally able to purchase our items. Thank you sir for your kindness & your patience with us! Autozone give him a raise!

Went there for a fuel pump relay. Had the old one, he just looked up on his computer and got part. Was fast. Went outside to truck to install wrong part,again. Took old one in and told him to get number off old part. He never asked if was for 2.3 or 3.0. Finally got right part. Autozone is not the place it used to be

Just bought a car battery from Auto Zone in Franklin, OH from Ashley. She was fantastic! She took the old battery off for me and installed the new battery, even took the time to clean off the corrosion and let me know what size socket wrench she was using. She also explained how the warranty worked and when to come back in next. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend coming here to everyone I know.

Came in and I had a female who went above and beyond for me. She was fantastic. I had no clue at what I was doing and by the time I walked out of that store not only did I feel more confident on my own path I set out to do, but I felt appreciated by her advice and knowledge

I purchased a battery at this location just less than 1 year ago the silver. It went completely dead and is not rechargeable. They were so professional and courteous check the battery immediately saw there was an issue and gave me a new one I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Great service!

This AutoZone is the worse place they just don't want to help you the girl was more worried about eating her nasty Ramen noodles then helping me plus she needs to have a little bit of auto knowledge . I WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE AGAIN. I didn't even want to put a star but it wouldn't let me post it until I did

The people here are so nice and helpful. Jerry K was a lifesaver today though. My license plate bolts were rusted and stuck so I went here to get new ones and ask for suggestions for getting the old ones out. Jerry asked which car was mine and went out and got them out himself! Super nice of him to do.

I was looking for paint for my car and they told me they could match it with my paint number from the glove compartment. It wasn't there. I found out later it was in the trunk by the spare tire. They were a very helpful staff and I will return if I need to

Called in ahead of time to put spark plug wires on hold. Got to the store and they were brought out very quickly. Joe was helping me the whole time. Got me set up with the wires, spark plugs, oil, oil filter and was more than happy to diagnose my misfire while raining. Great customer service and even though it's a decent drive from my house I'll be making the trip here instead of the competitors.

I stopped in because I got a check engine light. The woman behind the counter handed me the equipment to check and said "it plugs in under the dash turn the car on and plug it in and bring it back in and I'll tell you what's wrong". I'm older and couldn't find the port under the dash and after 5 minutes I brought the equipment back and said " I couldn't find it" She said ok, picked up the equipment and walked away. I was just shocked that she didn't even offer to help. I went to O'Reilly's on the way home, they went out with me plugged in the equipment and told me what was wrong within 1 minute. I simply won't use Auto Zone again. They have competition that cares about their customers.

Very clean, organized, easy to find!But it's half the battle to checkout. It doesn't seem to matter how many people are working.... it's a minimum of 10mins before you'll be walking out the door! Lastly, the staff always seems so stressed out. There'll be 3 workers, & 3 customers & ALL 3 workers will be rubbing their foreheads & huffing. Lol.

Called ahead and asked if they are able to install a new battery if I purchased it from their store. The woman said yes. We took my car to the store. The man said he probably cant do it bc he hurt his shoulder. Then asks another man if he can with his hurt foot. That man says it depends on the battery. The original man comes out to look at the battery and says he cant do it. Took the car to O'Reilly's and they did it no problem. Shouldve went there in the first place and will from now on. You guys definitely lost a customer today bc of staff laziness.
