Needed an emergency tow from Fostoria to Findlay. He was there in 15 mins and got us back in record time which was appreciated with 3 little ones. With gas prices as they are, we were thankful someone would tow us, let alone that quickly! Definitely appreciated.

Takes advantage of people and price gouges them. Charged $160.00 to tow a car 2 miles in the same town, absolutely ridiculous.

Was told it was one price to change a tire as long as it wasn't over a certain size. Got there and the man working was very rude and tried to make me pay more than what he told me on the phone. He continued to argue and hassle me the whole time, and even threatened to call the cops on me when I told him to just give me my rim back and I'd take it elsewhere, until he agreed to do it for the original price and telling me to never come back, which I am OK with!!! If you need tires swapped in Fostoria DO NOT come to Union Street Auto!!!

Not sure why all say this towing and auto-mechanic shop is "so bad". From what I see I can tell that all employees are very good people that get things done, and done right. I would give them a 100 % for their work and trustworthiness. They are not crooks btw. At least they showed up. Triple A takes a average of 3 hours just to show up to anyone's location. That and they can be pricey. Much more then a lousy $20 bucks. Also dude is not rude. I understand your concern as he did have a small tone with me. It is just personality. In which is the best for business because without personality like that, people would just boss you around. Called for a tow in the middle of pretty much NOWHERE. Union Street Auto came to the rescue in a split second and helped not just tow but fix my car, all for a fair price too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And many that say the hard workers are rude, really need a rain check because when it's 3:00 a.m. And your stuck in the middle of nowhere and get great support and help from someone that is enjoying their time. IS NOT RUDE AT ALL. Have a issue call this shop.

Dan was amazing. He came to Toledo to get my van for us and worked on it on a Sunday. He had it up and running Sunday for me. I have no idea what we would of done if he didnt come. When we lived in fostoria union street auto was always my go to place and will continue to be when anything happens to my vehicle when we visit family.

The place is open until 8 according to google I call at 5:15 to see about having a tire mounted and balanced and the price I was giving was $60. Idk about his other services but that price is a complete rip off.

This guy is a joke beware DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS as he is a crook. Said he would tow a vehicle for me no problem. Then he turned around When he got there and said he couldnt tow it because i did not have keys. I told him i did not have keys when we spoke on the phone. Then he demanded 20$ since he showed up but could not tow. This guy is a joke and needs to be put out of business. Use him if you want to be ripped off. Again CROOK ALERT!!!!!!!!!!

These people are overcharging everyone on there prices. towing bill for same town and one block away was $160 this is outrageous

This company is price gouging and it's pretty sad when I get a company from another town to come and get a vehicle and charge half the price of what this guy from the town I'm broke down in wanted to charge me and he was very rude on the phone do not recommend you use this company they are a rip off wanted to change $250 to $275 so i called John's towing out of tiffin they charged $128 to come to fostoria and towed my truck back to tiffin if you need a tow truck call johns towing in tiffin don't waste your time with union street auto that doubles or triples the price because the weather is bad

Honest, affordable, fast, and kind. Tire repair service was great! Would recommend Dan to anyone in need of tire repair.

Would rather push my car past his shop than take it there for repairs. In my case he did not complete repairs that he billed me for. Giving him 1 star is more than I wanted

Had a slow leak in a tire. First place tried to force me (a "dumb" woman) to buy a new tire. This guy pulled my tire, found the finishing nail, plugged it and I'm back on the road.

Called @5:40 on a Saturday to ask about having a tire mounted and was told $45 I will just wait until Monday and go to a shop in carey oh where I live and get it done for $12 he's prices are to high
