We hit a deer and messed up the front and driver side fender pretty bad. Reinhart was wonderful. They were able to get the truck fixed within 2 weeks. They kept us notified on progress and even helped with our rental car. They took a stressful situation for us and made us comfortable. The communication with us the whole time was outstanding.

The best ever ! All work done under $1100 compared to Reineke Ford in Tiffin estimated $4500 !!!! What a difference!

My car got towed and impounded by/at rienhards. Before I had no issues with my car. Upon getting it out ot immediately started having issues. It started making a woerd noise then the tire fell off of it we put the tire back on it continued making the noise we went to check the oil when we popped the hood the cap to the oil was completely off and and set on aside. do not trust this place with your car If you have a choice.

Got car out of impound, inside seemed wet must of kept a window open or something mold started growing on the floor. Also did a walk around after it was released driver side rear bumper has big scrape mark down the side rear driver rim has many gashes and chucks taken out of it. And to top it all off after noticing it being louder then usual looked underneath to find that THEY TOOK MY MUFFLER LIKE WHY!!!!

My car was tboned up by Toledo hospital and the police did nothing to get me towed or that so I called as a long shot but they were like it's 645 so give me like 15 mins to shower n dress new will be right up to grab your car they came up and got the cat then worked with insurance company to not get it totaled but fixed and they did they returned it to like show room quality as this was my dress car so was super happy wish could show pics of the amazing work go on Mark Coupe page and you will see it wreaked in like summer then see pics of it on itsdetail page too mint condition best work ever done they also added some OEM accessories to trick it out nicer as well as have done to my Jeep Rubicon's decals that needed replaced replaced and looked like straight off the floor room installed

I needed my car towed paid 80$ before they even towed it. Took them 4 hours to tow my car to the shop I needed it to go to. Worst place ever!!
