I made an appointment for a front end alignment. He told me I had a power steering leak and it would affect the alignment. I told him to do it anyway. I waited them while he did 4 oil changes. He said oil changes come first. There were 3 other workers there. I told him to drop my truck and I left. Why make an appointment for some other service when they dont seem to want to do the work. I will never go there again. What a joke.

They always give quick and excellent service for my oil changes. Today I needed help replacing my battery, the auto store said they couldn't put it in because it's not located under the hood. These types of places usually have a bad reputation. But I will attest that this place has excellent service. The crew is professional and hard working. They are always nice and treat me like a person, not a number. I take all of my vehicles to them exclusively. I am too old to do oil changes, and I am certain they are taking the same care of my vehicle that I would. I am now sending my older children to them knowing that they will be respected and taken care of appropriately. **UPDATE** Purchased 4 tires with install---these guys are awesome!! I went there today to have a flat tire looked and left very happy with a fixed flat. The tech was VERY helpful and and quite pleasant, they will continue to get my business as they have for years.

My wife went in today for an oil change. She asked for synthetic, which caused a lube tech to go on a rant about not using it. He claimed it'll damage the engine. Even though the owner's manual clearly stats it can be used and is recommended. Even when asked by a co-worker to clam down. He continued to argue. The line was crossed when he pulled out his phone and took pictures of the computer screen, with information about my wife's vehicle and most likely her personal information. His reason was Incase the vehicle came back with problems. I had spent almost 20 years in the car dealership/parts business. Never have I heard of someone being so unprofessional. Over the years we always had a good experience at Precision. But after today, we won't be returning.Service: Oil change

I dont know why I stopped coming here. Had another place (I shall not name) service my car. Never again. This other place did me wrong at didn't replace a bad tire after taking it back to them a 2nd time to address the issue. Not once did they say anything was wrong. Came to have oil change at this quick lube and had the service tech look at the tire and they said the loud noise I had been hearing was the belt in tire. I was so upset the other place never said anything! Thankful for Precision Quick Lube techs for being amazing and getting a tire ordered and on the car the next morning! I knew I would be leaving that day safely on my road trip because of great techs at Precision Quick Lube & Tire!! Thank you!

I took my daughters car to get work done. Rick Taulker did the work in a very timely manner but also kept me informed on what needed done and also the price throughout the process so there were no surprises. It was a way lower price than the other estimates I had done. As a woman I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. Be careful if you have a newer car!! I had no clue that my Honda did not need an oil change until it hit 5% oil in my new car! I kept taking it to Quick Lube and they never said anything to me about not needing one! So every 5k miles i would go get oil change and pay $50+ every time. I put a lot of miles on my car so it was around every 2 months. Later to find out I was good for at least 6 months months!!! And if these guys didn t know that a Honda was supposed to follow the percent of oil then they shouldn t be changing oil in vehicles!!! So very disappointed. It s all about being honest. I felt like i was taken advantage! I recommend this place to no one after they did this to me for almost a year!!I didn t want to give any stars for this review but wouldn t allow me to post without at least giving 1.

I took my Aspen to them for a break pass all around to mysurprise the found out I needed .they called me and told me I also needed rotors as well. Thanks to them also for everything for a great price and how they let me now what I needed to get done on my car done right. Thanks a lot to the workers there. Theyare always friendly and nice.the were helpful to replace my rear windshield wiper.thanks alot again.

Went in for an oil change and after many issues with other things....they stayed after closing and made sure every issue was fixed!! Great service! Great place! Will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on!!!!!!

Went yesterday March 1 2021.Been a customer since it was opened. The man draining the oil complained about my vehicle F150. He spilled oil every where and when I got home it was dripping oil on my driveway. The my putting oil in the engine had oil all over the top of it. They never checked the air filter, didn't top off window washer fluid and never checked air pressure in the tires. It will be the last time they get my business. If I could find the owner I would tell him what I think to his face.Service: Oil change

Not more than 1000 feet after leaving, things started falling off my car. Turns out they didn't attach the skid plate correctly and it fell off. They reattached it with zip ties. My car is 6 months old and I really didn't spend all this money on my car to ride around with zip ties holding things together.

The business itself is outstanding however customers from the state of Ohio don't seem to recognize that when a line is started they like to cut in front of people and are very rude time and time again while sitting in line people have tried to drive past me like I was just sitting there
