A+ I brought my vehicle in because the muffler became detached. While asking the clerk, Teresa, how long. The mechanic stopped what he was doing came right out. Put it on a lift. Gave me a quote and fixed the flex pipe in about 30 minutes! Awesome service!

We took our car in to have a hitch installed. It only took them a couple hours and they charged us way less than I was expecting. I went back to them a couple days later for help with our cargo carrier. Again, he got to work on it right away and called theft day to let us know it was compete and we could.pick it up and again, charged less than I was expecting. I don't have a negative thing to say at all. Very friendly, fast, helpful, and very reasonable rates.

Got a price quote from a big name chain store and they said they would have to replace catalytic converter and it would be really expensive. Brought it here and they said there is nothing wrong with it, there was just a part of the exhaust that needed cut out and replaced, done in under an hour and for 1/20th of what the big store wanted to charge me. Very fair, very fast, very kind and friendly staff! Will recommend to everyone I can!

We've been to Big Bear a few times over the years. Tires twice and an exhaust. Great service. Friendly people. We will definitely continue to do business with them! We highly recommend them.

My family and I have been doing business here for decades. There is a reason for this. It's called honesty and integrity.Work is VERY reasonably priced, and you will never leave their shop wondering if things were done right. These guys are straight shooters, and will take the time to explain everything to you just as it should be.I would recommend them to everyone. Feel free to do business here with confidence !

This past weekend my tailpipe broke off. I was working near Big Bear so I made an appointment with them for a repair because last fall I had a break seize up on my way camping and one of the nice young men there helped me get it unstuck for free.The day of the appointment the exhaust broke between the catalytic converter and the muffler and I thought dang this is going to be expensive.When I went to pick it up I was floored by how low the cost was!! I mean really low!! They were able to fix everything without replacing any major parts.Although I live 20 minutes away from me, I will be returning to them for any mechanical needs for all 3 of my vehicles.Thank you guys so much!Service: Exhaust

Big Bear muffler is indeed a great local mechanic shop in fostoria ohio. Not very expensive, they do the customer right as if you were family. They are also very detailed and quick to get your vehicle right....
