Bryce & Michael are great. Bryce was very helpful & polite. Those two are nice to see after work when cars do what they do. I know I will get superior customer service & parts I need. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job.

The manager Jonathan and Co worker Michael really helped me with a new starter to a rear view mirror. I def suggest going there. I know where I will get my car help/parts from!

AutoZone it's a good place to get Auto parts I guess but couple of the well not employees but one of the managers are dumber than a box of rocks I don't get it why they hired somebody that don't even know nothing about cars to be a managerBut we bought a duralast coil 70 80 bucks whatever was you know pretty expensive put it in the car drove it up the road 5 minutes and went out so how would you rate that I would say poor but the customer service it's great they got good people

Herb from Fostoria Auto Zone is always so helpful! He is willing to go above and beyond for great customer service. Multiple times he has assisted me in getting what I need. I think he is a great asset to Auto Zone. I feel like people don't usually get positive things said about them enough and I just wanted to thank him for his exceptional customer service today and always.

Most of the time they have exactly what I'm looking for, just have to find it myself. I just wish the staff was more knowledgeable, most of them only know how to go by the system in front of them even for basic universal parts. I do always get a laugh when I go in asking about something for a small black 350 and the kid asks if that's a Ford. It is a well stocked store and odds are they have what you need, it'd just make it easier if they had a general knowledge of what they sell.

Yesterday I went to buy some brake pads for all fourth sizes for my Cadillac srx in the employee was there he didn't know anything about brakes because he give me the same sizes for all fourth sizes if you know the rear brakes for Cadillac srx are smaller than the front size and he said the all fourth sizes was the same so I have to go to the other place to get my brake pads and to get treat better service was disappointed

Other Auto Parts Stores will install windshield whipers, and ask if they can. Auto zone did not install mine don't advertise they do or ask if they can install them. Thank god I'm mechanically inclined they were very easy to install.

Two star cause we got a rotor that was warped cost my nephew q days work and a second trip to get the new part .... I know its not thier fault but bad parts hurt thier image so 2 stars today.

Despite the altinator testing fine they still exchanged it and tested that one for me before I left the store.

This is another typical, competitive auto parts store. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty much the same as Advance Auto Parts. They do price match too.

We had the worst service but the food when it finally arrived it was good. When we spoke with the manager he was not helpful. Overall it was very disappointing.

i needed a new licence plate light for my 03 caddi i was helped by a very smart young man there at autozone named andrew long he did a very good job im glade to see at 23 yrs old there is still people out there with a great pride in there work thank you andrew thank you

had enough space to park my tractor trailer Bob tail on side of facility great friendly staff didn't give me a problem about fixing a few thing on my truck prices are good.
