What a great experience buying my first Ram1500! I worked with Brad and he made sure I was taken care of in all aspects. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I ve had. This place is absolutely worth the drive (live in Cincinnati) to do business with. I will be back!

After having a terrible experience at another dealership, I was skeptical I d find a decent car salesman. This place restored my faith! It was small, the staff was friendly, accommodating and better yet, they were honest. They didn t waste my time. They didn t have to speak to a finance guy in his high end office. They gave me their best price and we came to an agreement much quicker than I anticipated. Additionally, I had some warranty work done which they gladly handled with a smile! They even found a nail in my tire, which the fixed for free with my warranty work! I d recommend anyone to patronize this establishment.

Fixed my kid s car so well you can t tell the lady hit him. Had a nice selection of trucks for sale as I was walking around waiting for him.

After dealing with my insurance and finally getting it covered under uninsured motorists Gaier's was able to save my car from being totaled and did an absolutely amazing job on the repairs. Looks better than new! Great place. So thankful for them.

They were able to replace my air compressor and put 2 new bolts in my resonator assemble. Very nice and friendly. They also programmed 2 new key fps for my husbands ram. Thank you for helping me get my Escape back in no time.

Window motor froze in the cold weather and the window would not stay closed. They were able to get me in same day and repair the window. It was very appreciated!

I thought we had bought a solid car that had been checked over but I find myself with a $700-$800 total brake job after having the car for 3 months and the owner wont respond
