Extremely professional, courteous, experienced, and compassionate mechanic. I would recommend Heath Mcgrew of Mcgrews Auto Service to anyone for all your needs. He takes great care of his customers before, during, and after the services performed. He went out of his way to take care of my wife when she was broken down alongside the road and even gave her a lift home. He then towed our car to his shop in preparation for its repair.

Heath is a top notch honest guy! Gave an honest diagnosis and an honest opinion. Small town shop with top tier customer service. When things don't fall under insurance or warranty Heath is gonna be my go to shop!

I was referred to McGrew auto in Forest Ohio for some issues I had on my Dodge Durango. Heath was very knowledgeable as to what my vehicle needed. He noticed multiple problems from previous auto shops. He was fast and efficient and the price was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Very friendly an good People! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs done! Our box truck was broke down in this small town and he did not hesitate to walk down the street and help us out even though his shop was getting ready to close for the day and he doesn't usually work on box trucks! I was very pleased with the service I received. He knows what he is doing. I will take my vehicle to McGrew's from now on. Always friendly and he didn't gouge my pocket. He even knew what was wrong with my golf cart. He fixed it while I was there it did not take long so yes I would recommend McGrew's to everyone. Thank you for being there.

I have been very pleased with the expertise exibited by Heath McGrew on every issue that I've brought to him. His range of knowledge is remarkable. His ability to diagnose a problem and instantly develop a solution is uncanny. He has never gouged me on a repair bill. Additionally, he is a U.S. Veteran.

Above and beyond service. I broke down late in the afternoon expecting them to tell me they couldn't fix my truck until the next day. But they jumped right on the problem and had me up and running very quickly. Very fair price. I would take my vehicle back here anytime.

My old Ford truck has been to Heath a few times now, and both times he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it efficiently and with reasonable rates. Will definitely keep my vehicles coming to Mcgrews!

I sold the owner a car and I told him the same day after I had left that I forgot my garage door opener and if he wouldn't mind holding onto it for me until I could get there in the next couple days to get it. He agreed well I called him today and asked if I could come get it he said yes so I drive there to get it he gave me the keys to my old car and said nothing has been touched in there so whatever is in there is yours so I went to open the door to the car and it was obviously cleaned out and my garage door opener was missing I go back in to tell him he said the doors were unlocked like he was insinuating that stuff got stolen but the doors were locked and clearly he was not telling the truth so to be honest if he can lie about that I definitely wouldn't trust taking a car to be worked on

I was broke down in the morning and Heath dropped what he was working on to fix my problem and get me going in a short time. Very great service for an out of the area customer. I would recommend to anyone.
