The lady that works back there is kind of rude and snarky. I paid 600 bucks for four tires and one of them leaks right away. Call about it and they won't give me an appointment to have it fixed after just go up there and sit and wait. And the technicians weren't that great cuz they put 45 PSI in my tires that Clearly say on the door they should be inflated to 33. All in all not that great of an experience and the tires are some kind of Walmart brands they're not really great tires even though they say bf Goodrich

Had our car towed there because of a blown tire down that took it down to the rim. Left the car for 5 hours, talked to 4 different people who called to give different, conflicting updates and finally had the car towed to Belle tire where it was fixed in an hour. Incompetent at best.

Brought my vehicle to get a slow leak on my new tires fixed. Just one was leaking. I got there when they opened up so I could get in and out. Yet waited close to 3 hours for them to even look at the tire. The staff was slow as hell lackadaisical and acted like it was a burden to do their job. I now know why I go to the Bowling Green Walmart auto service center. Never had an issue there...thought I would give the Findlay store a chance....Big Mistake!! They never got to my car...I promptly got my keys and took the car elsewhere. I suggest to anyone to avoid this location. The bowling green staff seems to remember what customer service means!! Avoid the Findlay location like the plague....this isn't the first time their service sucked.Service: Tires

Didn't take too long to mount a tire, but definitely had an incorrect estimate on how long. Good price. Employees are okay but it definitely depends on who you deal with.

Excellent experience this evening. Had a flat tire and they fixed it in about 30 minutes. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and price is tolerable.

Avoid this place at all cost! Went in for what i thought was a leaking valve stem and they said the tires were getting dry rotted. So we decided to replace them anyways. 20 minutes into the change we get a call stating all 4 valve stems and sensors need done for an additional $120.00! I went right back and he could only show me 1 leaking valve stem (probably the one we originally pointed out) after a bold face lie that the state requires them to change them or we can t take our vehicle I told him to change them and I will never be back. 1/2 hour later the manager says now only 2 are bad not 4! We go out to get in the vehicle and notice a nice fresh chunk of missing paint. Look like somebody hit it with a wrench. Spend a little more and go to cooper! Most unprofessional guys I have ever dealt with.

I got my oil changed and tires rotated, and noticed that my car was vibrating strangely ever since the tire rotation. I took my car back in to see if something was wrong with the tire rotation. One employee told me that my tires were dry rotted and they needed replaced immediately. Another employee came out and said that new tires wouldn't do anything because my suspension was so terrible that it would ruin the new tires and to fix that immediately. I got a second opinion somewhere else, and while I did need new tires, nothing was as dire as the Walmart technicians made it seem. They both made a point to say things like "we aren't lying to you" and "we aren't just pulling your chain for money," which I thought was weird, since I did not accuse them of doing so. It just felt strange and belittling. I would recommend a second opinion if any of these technicians tell you that there's something horribly wrong with your car. This is the Findlay Ohio location.

I called on Tuesday they said they no longer take appointments for oil changes and had to call everyday and see if they could get me in. Finally got my car in on a Thursday for oil change and tire rotation around 3:10 pm they texted me at 3:58 said that they were just getting my car in to start on and it took until after 6:30pm over 3 hours. When I went to leave my check engine light was on. Which was not on before I took it there. They had no way of checking to see what was causing it to be on. Wouldn't even try to find out. I told them i was taking it auto zone to have it checked and will be back. They told me not to bother he was due to leave at 6 which was after that. He would be there. Needed to get this done before I'm to leave to go on vacation. Now another mechanic before I can leave. Poor work service and issues with my car and they take forever to do the work. I will never again take any of my vehicles to Walmart service center

My Car shakes worse after I got my tires done. And the woman who worked on my car argues with me that my tires are to be at 32 and "that's what your door sticker says"No ma'am. It says 33.I was there first thing in the morning and still sat for over 2 hours.

A worker bland headed lady ignored us would help the people in line but wouldn't take us she acted if she was racist then attude when got helped refused to treat us nice and 4 hrs to have a tire put on a rim they need better service

Fantastic service every time. I have used this Auto Center on several occasions and they are so very helpful with any questions I have, patient with any concerns and easily explain the entire process. And best of all - I am serviced THE SAME DAY. This is a miracle. To those writing terrible reviews, please understand, just like any business right now, they are understaffed. Would it be amazing if every single bay were running and open? Would it be incredible to get all customers in and out in the matter of an hour? Of course! While waiting for my service to be completed, I witnessed several grown men coming in and causing quite a scene because they felt like their vehicle was not getting serviced fast enough. I would suggest they try visiting Tireman, Midas, Tuffy or other local businesses. I called around to roughly 5 places in the area and all told me it would be at least 3 DAYS AT THE SOONEST before they could look at my tire. So I am very thankful for the Walmart Auto Center and their team members! Thank you for everything!

Tire needed a patch due to screw getting in the tire. Waited 2.5 hours for the service. Not the first time waiting more than 2 hours for service here. Took them almost 3 to switch out 4 new tires onto rims for me.Service: TiresService: Tires

I ordered my tires on line Walmart website due to NOT having what I needed in stock.The tire store is SEPARATE from Website (does NOT make $ on tires ordered). Employees of tire store were GREAT. helpful with bit of a bungled on line order. Price and installation for Goodyear tires was not over $550.00 with holiday sales!! (NW Ohio)

Seems everything I try to give these guys an opportunity to service my vehicles with tires, they tend to mess something up in one form or another. I had new tires put on so I didn't have an issue for a drive out of town for a wedding and not even 2 miles out I get a tire low pressure alarm, I stop at the gas station to find an almost flat tire, filled up and drove another 20 miles and low air again,, I filled up 4 or 5 times to get to Columbus once in Columbus went to another Walmart and the first question was did I get road Hazzard added on, why wouldn't they just see what happened then ask me or look at my bill and see if I did or didn't and not try to pass the buck right away? After getting into the issue of course it was our fault with a leaking valve stem (that was not leaking before the new tires) so another service charge and was on my way. I NOT EVER USE WALMART AUTO SERVICE EVER AGAIN, that was just my last issue, I have two others I am not spending time on. Poor poor customer service!

Scheduled an oil change and to mount and balance 4 tires I ordered from Walmart. Arrived 15 minutes early to check in. Associate at the counter informed me that the oil change was not going to happen as they were too busy even though there was one other vehicle in the shop. Pulled up to a bay and started unloading my tires when the tech asks where the rims were. Told them they were on the vehicle and there wasn t anything wrong with them. He then told me that the gentleman at the counter wrote up the ticket incorrectly and that i would have to go up and do it over. I asked if I should leave the vehicle at the bay since my appointment was set to begin and he told me to move it because there are appointments ahead of me. I knew right then to call another business and ended up finding a cheaper price. No way i d let that lazy employee jack up my tires simply because he doesn t want to deal with it. I ll never use or let anyone I know use this poor excuse for a business.Services: Tires, Oil change

I made my appointment with the Walmart tire center over a week ago with them having full knowledge that there were certain issues with my vehicle. When i got there I got signed in and went to get my sons hair cut, they called me in the middle of getting his hair cut telling me the guys refused to work on my vehicle bc of the issues. EVEN AFTER, I had told them a week ago when I made the appointment. So thanks for wasting my time and shout out to TIRE MAN OF FINDLAY for taking my car immediately. Shame on you walmart!Service: Tires

Got screw in tire and needed it plugged. Initially told 2 hour wait, been about 5 now still waiting to get in. Told 2 hours in over phone 2 cars ahead of us. Came back 2 hours after that and still keep saying we're next up but still saw them take another car in ahead of it.

Ordered 4 tires from Walmart.com that said they would fit my truck. I scheduled the appointment to replace tires as well as an oil change for 11am. I arrived 10 minutes early and they didn't have any record at first of the tires being delivered. On the sheet that tells them what was scheduled it was for an oil change and ONE tire replacement. After I assured the lady there were 4 tires ordered she finally found all 4. I was told the wait would be about 1.5 hours. There is no where to sit so I walked around walmart for an hour only to be told the tires walmart.com said would fit my truck would not. My truck they said takes a special tire and of course they didn't have any in stock. They asked if I still wanted my oil changed and I said yes considering they'd had my vehicle for an hour at this point. Another hour later it was done. What was supposed to be a 44$ oil change turned into a 64$ oil change. When I asked why I was told I needed 2 additional quarts of oil. So 20 extra dollars for 2 quarts of oil. The one lady Judy was either new or just lost in that department because she couldn't do anything without getting help and the other lady Tammy was extremely rude. Getting off the phone with a customer she said God I didn't think he'd ever shut up.I would not recommend this place at all for any service, not even a car wash if they provided it.

Customer service is a hit or miss. Had a hard time finding the tires I needed. Asked the gentleman a few questions thinking he would come out to sell me a set of tires. He didn't seem interested and it felt like I was bothering him. I about walked out and did my tire shopping elsewhere but I didn't. So after a half or so of walking up and down the racking to find a set, I only seen 3. Walked back up to the counter to see if they had more in stock Tammy (I think that was her name) was super friendly and very very helpful. I had called walmart customer service to give a shout out to Tammy...maybe her coworkers can learn a thing or two from her.Service: Tires

Slow - Slow - Slow! Don't waste your time. As other reviews have said, if you like watching you're car sit on a lift while no one works on it, then this is the place for you. The technician started mounting and balancing four tires on my car only to leave and go to break in the middle of the work. The entire process takes only takes about 30 minutes. The manager Melissa seemed to not care. I get the impression they get chewed regularly for their lack luster performance, as I wasn't the only person to voice my displeasure while there. Never again!

Bought 4 mew tires. Oil change. Disposal of old tires. Dropped over $550.We told cashier " theres something wro g with driver window so please dont roll it down"A mechanic was up front at the same time and with the worst attitude i have ever experienced at a store he said " that sure the hell is something you should tell us before we write the order up."I watched him co.e out from the bqck multie.times while we sat here, for 4 hours and each time he had an attitude ebetytime he talked to anyone.He shouldn't be talking to co workers that way or customers. Or talking that way in front of customers. We wont use walmart for service at this location again. Very unprofessional and very rude.mechanics name was Byron.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

Been coming to Walmart for my oil changes for yrs. and for my tires as well. I shall say they do a good job what they do. There are some days they are slow. But hey I get that when you are busy and all no complaints. What I am getting at they actually go over there work to make sure done right

Oh fantastic service I unfortunately had a truck battery die on me the 2nd time but it was still under a "piggy back" warranty from my first battery and Beth was able to get me all sorted out without any issues.

Made an appointment for 1 pm. I arrived 15 minutes early. Associates were all friendly. Took them 2.5 hours to mount 4 tires! No place to sit due to covid. When I got home I found a huge scratch on my hood. Will never get tires there again.

I was the third person waiting outside in the cold for the walmart tle to open it's doors at 8am, the doors open we all get in line. I wanted 5 new tires 4 on my car and one on my gitlfriends. I was shuffled between the two lines while people were being checked out in front of me and my spot in line was being pushed further and further back. By the time I was first in line the lady behind the counter disappeared and I was now #8 with a 2 hour wait time to be brought into the garage. At this point it's almost 8:45 And I still have not been helped, I took the tire quote I was given and wrote that the service I had received was a joke and promptly left the building never to return again. WALMART MAKE THIS RIGHT!!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart Auto Care center. I was traveling from Michigan to West Virginia when I ran over a drill bit on I-75 and punctured one of my tires. I stopped at Walmart to have them plug the tire so I could continue my trip. They told me they were to busy to help me! They suggested another tire store down the road. I went there, but they were closed. I found a Midas shop on Tiffan Ave who got me right in. Walmart needs to take a lesson from Midas on customer service!
