Pete Margliotti. Where to start? He was late to our appointment. He didn t know what to do with my paperwork and he kept walking away from his desk.BECAUSE: He was in a professional career building meeting (only 5 minutes late). I was prepared with my own paperwork and he didn t have to search all over the place and create his own (not my first rodeo). He continually checked with finance and his manager he was getting me the best deal (new vs used and financing rates).5 stars all the way. I made it easy on him and he made it easy on us! We ll be back!

12/10 Jeff is the best! We have a baby on the way & needed to get into a larger car quick, he helped us out quickly & got us into the perfect car for our growing family! He made the car buying process a breeze & even fun! His fiance Taylor was very helpful as well. I had the pleasure of buying my dream car with Pete s help and now get to say I m 2/2 on helping others get their dream car as well by sending them to Pete. He was able to talk to me about my continuing car goals as an individual with my car going forward and as a couple with my future wife as we upgraded her vehicle today. I seriously cannot say enough things about how easy and comfortable he makes the process from the beginning to the end, the thousands of questions in between. I'm very happy to say that Jerry Gerken is an awesome man. After talking to my husband and finding out what I was looking for, he came through and got me the car that I wanted. It's not the blue one that I wanted but I fell in love with the silver beauty instead and I won't trade it for anything. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a great car to go to Jerry.

Jerry and Jen was able to not only help me get the car of my dreams, but also showed excellent customer service. Don t give these guys a damn pizza party for their efforts. They both deserve a raise or a bonus, as their hard work and customer service is hard to find now a days. I respect and very much appreciate their business. Great place and great people! Jerry is the Best!!! But had an issue with my car being pre-owned for a 1,100 miles and said it had 7 miles on it the previous owners left there paperwork and other items in the car! Not only that but the car had light scratches for being New and found the trunk was dirty and other items in the inside of the vehicle. Have asked the dealership if they would make it right with me and have the car gone over and a good detailing with a good waxing but Mr. Rich Taylor said that he didn't have a detailer and had to okay It with his GM which I still haven't heard from but I guess I will pay the $ to get it detailed like it should have been in the first place! Doubt that I will buy another vehicle from this Kia Steeler Place! But don't get me wrong Jerry are salesman was Awesome! Just not the Service! I wouldn't do someone like they did Me!

Very unprofessional and will be lied to my dad went in to get a car they said he was approved with 1k down well then we got told the bank denied the loan and wanted 4k more down we got the 4k went back to give it to them and yea we were lied to again just to hear the bank wanted 9k on top of the already 1k my dad had put down well when we decided we weren t giving no more money they wanted to charge us 3190 for driving over the mileage since giving the car back the fine print in the paper work they don t tell you about if you drive over 100 miles they charge you .50 cents per mile that you drive over the 100 miles was also told they would take DoorDash as an income well when it came down to it they wouldn t my dad is a senior citizen and they seen that and wanted to take advantage of it but I wouldn t let that happen we walked away and lost 1k and gave them the car back but it s okay because we have two nice Nissans that are paid off

Originally, I wasn t going to leave a review because I never leave bad reviews. But what they did was so ethically wrong and illegal. Do not go here!!! They are mad sketchy. A lot happened in my one visit so I'm not including everything.I went for a recall that was completely covered by Kia, and asked them if they would reprogram my keys while I was there. Kia's have a unique programming tool and my normal mechanic doesn't have it. On top of overpricing me, they told me I needed to replace my brand new windshield wipes and get an oil change (it was 500 miles since I d last gotten it done). They also tried to tack on a bunch of warranties that, after lots of prying and then catching a glance at the paper with all the work they were going to do, they finally admitted would ve cost me thousands of dollars. When I questioned them about all of the stuff they said I needed, they couldn t give me any actual reason.After leaving, my check engine light came on. Ironic. At my next oil change, I had my mechanic (a good family friend) check it out. Turns out someone intentionally unplugged a bunch of stuff from my car. Yes, it was intentional. My car sits so low to the ground that it s impossible to do anything underneath without a lift. Trust me, I ve tried ramps, jacks, etc. All of the things that were disconnected led to the same part. Whoever did it needed a lift, knew about cars, and the timeline matched up to Kia.This will be my last Kia because frankly, I don t want to deal with any of their dealerships after this. You people are disgusting and I can t believe someone would do that just to get more money. Especially after, through trying to get to know me, found out I drive 10 hours every week for college and am poor from how high my lab fees are. This could have been an extremely expensive and dangerous situation if I didn't find out. Didn t your mommas teach y all not to take advantage of women? If I could, I d give 0 stars.
