This carwash might possibly be the best one I ve ever been to (and I m kind of a carwash snob)! Lizzy and her team could not have been any more kind, friendly, and helpful the day I came through. I don t live in Findlay, but you better believe when I m back in town I will stop for a wash. Thank you Lizzy and Take 5 Car Wash Team!!!!

Had the best service! I used to use valvoline instant oil change but after coming here, I won t go back there. We were greeted by Jesse with two bottles of ice cold water and a big smile. The other guys that took care of us were very friendly, explained everything in detail and extremely professional! I would recommend to anyone that truly appreciates great customer service. Great job, guys! Job well done!

Great car wash. It is awesome to have it close to my house on this side of town. The machines leave my car looking great and they provide towels and cleaners so that I can get it nicely detailed. Excellent place!

Take 5? No, they take more than that. Who in their right mind would want a $26 single car wash? Does it fold laundry, shovel my driveway, and mow my grass for that price? Get the heck outta here. I got an $8 wash, only because they had one of their vultures looming over me telling me "okay now put your credit card in and then pull it out again" as though your average citizen has never seen a credit card reader before. LEAVE ME ALONE, IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING THEN I'LL FIGURE IT OUT BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEAN OVER THE KIOSK AND ARMCHAIR QUARTERBACK A GLORIFIED ATM.Already irritated, I drive to the vacuums. They took 6-7min to turn on, and when they did I'm going "man this thing does NOT suck" (no pun intended). Take a look and they have 8 hoses on the ground just pulling air. I figure that's the obvious reason why the vacuums are weaker than Joe Bidens staircase skills, so I walk around like I'm employed there and stick them all where they go. I figure "that's got to help", and it did. They went from a D- to a C+. For $8 I just want to get my dang car cleaned without being hassled and trying to Jimmy rig the place up just to function properly.A.) Let people go about their business. Leave them alone.B.) You charge too much. Heck no.C.) Your vacuums are high-grade garbage. Turn them suckers up.D.) Your employees are so concerned with who's driving in the self checkout that they aren't paying attention to why people aren't coming back.

The worst car wash , They were not even have towels , i spoke to the person who was operating and hes like we don t have them today , come tomorrow morningAnd their vacuum sucks and the water machines are messWater is not dried up and entire foam on car body

Great facility and great people. I come here probably 5 days a week and love it. The towels and detail center are a huge part of helping keep my ride looking good

The people here are always very friendly and car wash does a wonderful job washing. Wish the dryers did a little better, but I still come exclusively to this car wash every time!

Heidi went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience when I got my truck washed. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and even helped me at the vacuums. The place itself was clean, and I would highly recommend!

I went in for a basic car wash with my fast pass & apparently my card associated with it had expired. Because of that, I had to give a new card and conveniently they couldn t give me the lower monthly price that I was paying & started charging me $7.00 more per month for the fast pass. They did however give me the previous price for the first month via a $7.00 discount. Overall, even with the new higher price, it is still a good deal. Staff was very friendly. It s a good car wash, bottom line.

I work at Findlay truck and RV along with my dad the owner, Jim may and my uncle Thomas. This car wash has a great staff. Great people and great personalities. They have a top notch facility with great car washes and vacuums and also give you towels and air fresheners for your vehicle. They do a 10 out of 10 job every single time they go above and beyond.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

We really love this Carwash because of the location and the workers give excellent customer service. Unfortunately, we are considering moving our business to another car wash due to the functionality of the car wash. We pay for a monthly top service on 2 vehicles and our vehicles are not clean, the air pressure at the end still leaves them wet and the vacuums need serviced. There are several vacuums that do not have hoses on them. It is sad to say, but it really has gone downhill since it originally opened. I hope these issues are fixed soon so that we do not need to switch services. Thank you!

My car was extremely dusty/dirty. Upon my first wash, exterior of car wasn't completely clean. Hood still had dirt on it and corners of windows, bumper and front valence. I went to vacuum car after wash and vacuums were not on. Staff was very friendly. I like the towel option for end of wash. After 2nd wash, car was looking better. Still had dirt on hood and dust residue on window corners by mirrors. Vacuums were on this time but I did not have time to use them. Staff was extremely nice.Service: Car waxing

Convenient location! The wash never gets the bugs off my car and the back is never clean, but that is the same at all car washes. Hand wash is better, but this works in a pinch. Today is was a struggle to find a working vacuum. Workers are always friendly and helpful!

After more than a year I canceled my auto renewal plan. 3 main reasons:1) numerous times the left main brush that cleans the front and driver's side has been sitting idle as my truck has been pulled through leaving an unclean wash.2) in recent months several days of it being closed during normal business hours with no explanation3) arrived today Tuesday at 4:55 to a closed entrance with a 8x11 sign "due to low staff our hours are 9-5 Saturday and Sunday".Was bragging this place up to all my co-workers, Disappointed Based on other user reviews I will notify my bank to be sure the billing stops April 20th. (Which it did stop).Update 7/6/2021 thought of the day:I purchase fuel at Walmat twice a week. It's unfortunate that I rarely see customers in this car wash. (Oh currently closed is why )When the day comes a new owner takes over they will have to advertise "Under New Management" in order for this place to be what it once was.Checkers down the street is my weekly wash and they are busy every time I visit. I haven't been disappointed by Checkers price and services!

I just purchased an unlimited monthly car wash membership here in Findlay, Ohio. Both of the locations do not clean my truck rims very well at all. Pull out of the car wash and there is dirt remaining on the rims. Tire shine splashes on the side of the truck and is hard to get off (now I just ask the attendant to turn this option off). One location has pot holes as you exit the wash which obviously means if the potholes have water in them, it splashes up on your vehicle that you just had washed. The most expensive wash here is over $20. If I was to pay that much money for a car wash, I would expect EVERYTHING to be clean, including the wheel rims! Two locations in one town is nice to have, but am really close to going back to the original place I had a monthly membership at, which is Checkers. Best car wash in Findlay is at Flag City Car Wash, but they don t offer a monthly unlimited car wash option.Service: Auto detailing

DON'T fall for there so called free wash. I went up to pick the service I wanted. The machine said if you buy the $25 wash you get 1 free. Didnt happen the young man said that's an old promotion. Lol then get it shouldn't been an option.

Worked there when it first opened, things are alot different now. We stood out side and watched the cars all the way through the wash to make sure nothing happened. Etc not so much anymore. But I do think its the best wash in town. The last brush needs to me changed more often it gets hard and can scratch your car

Brought in our Toyota Camry had it washed. Twice. Period. And it was still dirty on the front grill , the rear bumper and the rocker panels. But they did wash it the second time for free. But it was $15 for the first wash.

Owner/manager kept facility open when having problems with movement track. Employees on duty cannot be blamed for the decision to close. However, it is their fault for waving us into the car wash when they were aware of problems. We became stuck and the only solution provided was to drive over about 15 rollers to get out. This all could have been avoided by a) not keeping the facility opening and b) asking drivers already in line to turn around before entering.

The guy was rude I paid $10 for car wash and half half of it didn't work and he said he knew that and he took a picture of my car for some reason
