Thank you, Reineke Honda Service Department! My 2019 Honda HR-V had an unfortunate incident and needed an emergency repair job until I could get it back home. A little duct tape magic and I felt safe that my car wasn t a road hazard.

Oliva was great and very easy to work with. Even with juggling multiple customers she was able to help us find the right vehicle, give us plenty of time to make a decision, and eventually walk us through the process of buying the vehicle.All of the staff there we interacted with made it a much better experience as well!

Buying a new car is not always a fun process but the team at Reineke made the experience easy and hassle free! We already loved their service department as they have always taken care of our needs but had not made a purchase through the dealer. We were able to test drive the model we wanted but were interested in a different color and an upgrade. Eddie was able to find the model and color and work with us on the upgrade we requested with a quick turnaround. His assistance and knowledge and much appreciated. Also, we appreciated all the information provided by Rachel in the finance office. Both Eddie and Rachel were professional and so fun to work with...we appreciate all you did to help us get our perfect car!

I am not from Findlay, and had to stop in their service department unexpectedly for a repair to get my car home. I was met by Heath, who was honest, friendly, helpful, and took great care of me. It turns out the issue I was having with my car was covered under my warranty. He took care of me as quickly as he could, called the warranty company, explained everything to me, and had me out and in a loaner within a short period of time. He kept me updated through the process, and I am from out of town, so he had my car brought back to me. Customer service goes a LONG way, especially these days, and if I lived in the area, this would be my new trusted Honda dealership. Would highly recommend. Hands down the BEST service experience I've had in years! Heath was knowledgeable & provided great customer service when scheduling, & Justin was so helpful, pleasant to work with, and took great care of me at the time of service! I even was greeted by Brad with a smile when I got there! Highly recommend!!!

Such a great dealership! Very professional and courteous!! The dealer we worked with, Jim Laird, worked very hard to find us the pilot we wanted in the color we were wanting. Was a pleasant experience through the whole process! Thank you Reineke Honda!!!

Our van would not start after stopping for 20 minutes at Walmart. The dealer was not open at 7:30 pm on Friday evening so we had it towed there. First thing on Monday morning they contacted me. Asked them to identify the problem and let me know. They quickly determined the battery was the problem. I gave them permission to replace it and asked them to pick me up after it was fixed. Service was prompt and I was picked up for return to dealership to get the van. Justin Lovell was the excellent employee handling the detailes.

I recently purchased a new car from Olivia at Reineke Honda. She was extremely helpful and she shown a keen sense of urgency with helping to finalize my deal. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle to work with Olivia for your next purchase!Prior to the new purchase I had been using the Reineke Honda service department for my vehicles preventative maintenance needs. Heath and Justin do a phenomenal job of both working with my schedule and getting me in and out of there in a timely manner.Thank you all for the high quality service!

I cannot express how much I appreciate the Reineke Honda team. Olivia helped answer every single question I had and trust me it was a lot. She was so helpful and friendly I couldn t have asked for a better person to do my sale. Next was Rachael who absolutely killed it in helping me choose which packages to add on and was so informative and friendly when finishing my paperwork. Finally I d love to recognize the gentleman that delivered my car I believe his name is Don. He was so friendly and just all around a sweet guy. I am beyond satisfied with my service and would definitely buy there again.

Honda service is excellent! They're very efficient, reliable, and easy to deal with. They have always got my vehicles right in and never try selling me any service that I don't need. I've been dealing with them for a few years and look forward to many more. I highly recommend them. I, also, highly recommend getting your vehicle from them.

While Olivia and Alec did a great job of explaining everything and selling us the car, the service people called at 725am to schedule the new cars service........no I'm sorry I woke you out of a dead sleep, no remorse at all. She just berated me with questions in my sleepy stupor. Must say would have gotten 5 stars but that call waking me up with no ounce of apologetic tone really is not sitting right. Still would recommend the sales team! Olivia was wonderful!

They took my CRV in right away because it needed a new battery. Steve welcomed me by name.on arrival and added my regular service at the same time. The service was thorough and prompt plus Steve advised what other things were needed and the costs. Steve is an asset to your service department.

Jim Laird and Kaitlen Sutherly were awesome. It was a cold, windy day and Jim stayed outside answering questions and helping out while I found the car I wanted. Kaitlen did a great job with the financial piece being very thorough and answering questions. Both stayed after closing to get everything finalized and my car cleaned and ready.

Heath and the Honda service team are amazing. I have been bringing my Hondas there since 2008. He always cares about the customers and is very good with offering advice in regards of the type of service that is needed to keep your Honda running. My last Honda had 300,000 + miles on it.

Reineke Honda of Findlay is an excellent dealership to have your Honda vehicles serviced. I have had my CRV now for 7 years and will only bring it here for service. They are prompt and professional and keep you informed about the service of your car while you are there.

Eddie in sales sold me a 24 civic SI today, i asked for it Saturday at no more than the out the door price he'd given me, and he made sure it stayed that way, had the sold sticker on it on Sunday before the process was even over. anytime there was a lapse in communication because it was all done online, he hopped on it right away. This was my first car purchase, and if i choose to stay with Honda for my next car ill definitely be talking to him first.

The service took longer than expected, and another part needed to be ordered. They sent me home in a loaner shortly after they realized it. Everything worked out well. Overall very happy with the experience.
