Reineke ford made my latest vehicle transaction very smooth and enjoyable! We live 7 hrs from them and it can be very stressful buying a vehicle without laying eyes on it, but they made sure to send photos and videos from every angle and show me everything on/in/could possibly determine my opinion of the truck! These people don t just hire anyone to work for them they hire people that care; all the way from the financial services team & salesman all the way to the service department!! Anthony, Sean, JB and Ryan are all so amazing to work with we will absolutely will be returning in the future!! 10/10 recommend!!

I bought a car from Kirkland before and he made it so easy in the process and didn t pressure me into the extras like most salesman do. The first time we did business he had an awesome connective personality. My wife was recently injured in a car accident and the car was totaled. I thought, man Kirkland could help us find a car within the price range we wanted. Kirkland did just that, once again he has proved his self as a trustworthy salesman. I will continue to business with Kirkland in the future with our teenagers entering the driving world. Thank you once again Kirkland for helping provide us with the right vehicle.

The service department was great. I had bought my dad s car in Michigan and put new tires on at Discount tire. Then O started the drive to Florida the next day. The tires had not been balanced properly. I stopped at Reineke to have them re-balance the tires. They were way out. They got them balanced and I got back on the road to Florida two hours later.

I really enjoyed my experience at Reineke. My sales guy, Kirkland, was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I purchased a new car at the end of December and I have enjoyed it. Every time I ve had a question and reached out to Reineke or Kirkland they have always been responsive and helpful!

Joey is always quick and convenient with drop off and pick up of my vehicle. I had my first full service oil change in my new Bronco today and I m all set for another 5000 miles! I was also able to pay using all Ford rewards points which was even better! They even delivered it to me at work when they were done. So courteous and efficient.

I came from Michigan on a Saturday to buy a 2021 Navigator that I found at Reineke online. The salesperson Melissa was great and everything went smooth. I would make the 2-1/2" drive from Michigan to buy a vehicle from them again!

We had to make a trip to Findlay so I decided to stop and car shop. We were welcomed by Sean Pfister. I told him what I was looking for, what I had as a trade in and we were able to make a deal. He was very thorough in showing me all the new details. If you are shopping for a new car, stop in and see Sean. I am very happy with my new ride.

So I have had 2 experiences with the service dept at this dealership. Let me tell you they go above and beyond to help their customers. Patti Wallace is amazing at her job and will make sure you are taken care of and keeps you informed of the process. I can't say enough! My service appt with Joseph was awesome. He handled my recall and warranty work with the utmost professionalism and knowledge. His pleasant and positive personality made the entire experience both satisfying and unforgettable. My repairs were made quickly and my car runs like new again. Thank You for all of your assistance. I have driven F-150s for 38 years and have never been disappointed until my experience with my truck being repaired. Had a extended recall but was offered no assistance and had to pay the full amount of 2,000 dollars to fix my truck. Ford would not work with me at all on the repairs. First bad experience in 38 years and if this is what Ford has become I m done and moving on.This review is directed to ford corporate. The people at the dealership were professional and very nice to deal with. Maybe corporate should spend some time with them and learn how to take care of dedicated customers.

I got 4 new tires on my Mustang. They kept me informed of how long and if any problems. They were also very wanting me to call if I thought something was wrong after I had driven it. Very happy with the service

Patti was so very helpful and I had excellent customer service and communication with her . I had to have my car in for service and she was very helpful in getting me a vehicle to use during this time. She kept me updated through the days. I will definitely be making my next car purchase at Reinke. I would highly recommend Reinke in Findlay and Patti.

I bought 2 cars from Ryan a few years ago. We needed a car now for my son. I couldn't remember his name and wondered if he still worked there. I just walked in and was assisted by another associate who was very nice. He pulled up my information. He stated he saw I bought 2 cars a few years ago. He said Ryan was the person who helped Me. I told him yes, I just couldn't remember his name is why I didn't ask for him.He said they like to keep you with the same sales associate and turned my sale over to Ryan. I thought this was a great integrity move and beyond what any of us think of pushy car salesmans.Ryan assisted me with a few cars and we narrowed it down to two. My son and I had to leave for an appointment. I told Ryan what I could afford and asked that he call me if he could make it happen.He called within an hour and I agreed to purchase our favorite. They compared the best finance rates and the sale was transacted over the phone with me signing everything electronically. They are even delivering the car to me today.Everyone was so nice and helpful. This was the shortest time it has ever taken to purchase a car and the best experience yet. It takes a lot for me to recommend someone but Ryan and the team definitely have my vote.

My Lincoln was not purchased here, but I moved to the area and my car had a recall. They got me in the shop quickly, offered me a ride that day while I had work done. I asked Patti(Lincoln Rep)if they would do some more service to the car while it was in the shop. She handled everything I asked for, and didn t push any sort of extra sales on me. I thanked Patti for her professionalism and politeness. Thanks again!

Went to Reineke Ford with a parking brake malfunction, Joseph got me a loaner car and in right away! I asked for an oil change as well. Although the price to repair the parking brake was sky high it was all fixed and my car was returned before noon the next day. I then got an oil change discount flyer in the mail so I went back out and he was extremely kind and refunded me the $20 difference! $20 is $20! Thank you for your prompt service!

Our sales rep, Brian, got us exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle in an affordable price range. The dealership took every step needed to make sure our vehicle was in top shape before we picked it up. Very good experience and Jeff, in financing, was very friendly and helpful.
