If you are wondering what could be wrong with a truck stop, this truck stop hits so many points:- Only a few fuel pumps. Most if not all installed the wrong side.- Some pumps don t have DEF.- Only 5 showers, one out of order.- Western Union Kiosk - OFF.- Pilot Service Kiosk - it s on but unusable.- Transflo Kiosk - OFF.I wonder why Pilot continues to allow them to use their name. I know money are sweet but still, have some respect for your costumers. Or, I don t know why it was licensed under Pilot flagship in the first place.

Poor behavior from manager. Seems to be more interested in standing around than addressing obvious issues here. I read some of the reviews and agree with everything. Problem is still here. If this place wants to bring in real customer traffic...I highly advise replacing this manager.

Horrible customer service especially 3rd shift. The 3rd shift manager seems like she doesn't like black people. All workers on 3rd shift are rude. They're lazy, always away from the register. On multiple occasions had to wait 20 minutes just to pump gas. They're going to lose alot of business if they don't hire new workers. Try hiring young adults that actually want to work and not mouth off like those 3rd shift workers do

Friendly customer service and a quick check out. Easy access with showers, truck parking and two restaurants inside. Clean restrooms and your standard hot and cold food cases.

Nice little flying J right off the highway. Bobtail parks anywhere. No one bothers you just to sleep. Bathrooms are clean. Review Long overdue. No issues here. Perfect flying J right off the highway.

One of the dirtiest pilots I've ever seen. The parking lot is full of trash and smells like piss. Bathrooms need attention.

11-24-2023 time is 01:11 AM.I waited at the counter for 16 minutes to pay for my expenses.Clerks were so busy to smoke outside.Never back here again.Other customers ask for a shower .The pilot crew annoyed just answered no shower. What a truck stop is it?

If u are a pro driver who's driving 11 long hrs don't coming to this place it's bad. No showers, no laundry. The only u can do in this place it's get fuel and continue your way.

This is the worst truck shop if you want to jave shower you have to wait for 1 hour. Not because this is busiest truck but because they clean 1 shower in 1 hour

No wait for shower at noon. Shower got cold so fast though. Staff was friendly. Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was stuff on the floor and in one of the sinks. Surprisingly there were several truck parking spots at 10pm but parking is so tight so it's very difficult. Husband attempted with several before we successfully parked. Staff in subway was really friendly. Food at taco Bell was a little cold.

We had a flat tire and no one could help us here. Our lug wrench broke and we limped our car here only to find that they had none for sale and the garage could help us either. They couldn t even tell us who around would. We where on a road trip and thank goodness for google and some nice people that would help us.

When you're too lazy to park up front in the bobtail section you go ahead and take the easiest spot for a truck with trailer. When I have to park bobtail I try my hardest to park somewhere a full truck can't park or would be real difficult to get into. Dudes probably inside urinating all over the wall splattering onto his nasty bare feet and flip flops.The store is decent and although the lot is small there's at least 15 spots left at 2030 on Friday. Adult store across the street with parking if the lots full and a huge petro and loves a few miles north.

Subway and Taco Bell I ate in Taco Bell and guys were nice and normal Taco Bell food. Clean place just 4 bathrooms so hopefully you are not in a rush for a shower I waited for more than 1:30h and just 4 guys in the line 6 pm reserved spots for trucks available not too much free ones available. Today may 31/2023 3 pm a lot of free spots available.

Store side is great but subway side is terrible. I watched a worker messing with the food on front line and not wearing gloves. They dont wash their hands when coming in from the back they just grab gloves and make your food. It's very unsanitary.

Gas pumps cheated me. I chose unleaded and the pump decided to give me unleaded plus.BUYER BEWARE DONT GO HHERE

Warning for truckers. I parked here this pilot last night and someone cut the steal as I red in the comments that some truckers experienced the same before. But luckily i locked the trailer and I wonder why this pilot is half empty all the time in this good location .

Small clean Pilot. Limited parking. Super friendly employees, great customer service. It is a rather low budget store though. Only 5 showers ensure a constant line. The people that work here are definitely quality over quantity. Frequent trouble with card readers on the fuel island. Several pumps don't have DEF. Great place but long lines.

Very suspicious activity outside the gas station. It made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe that I asked my husband to walk inside with me. There were suspicious looking men standing outside the gas station and suspicious looking vans. Just be careful if you re stopping to use the bathroom here.

Well it's kind of a small truck stop right by interstate 75 close to the DOT scale house its easy to get in and out ofkind of a old upgraded type pilotThey got one of those new fancy grinders for the coffee that almost makes it worth stopping for just for a good cup of coffeeall in all not a bad truck stopthey have a Subway which I hate Subway and they have a Taco Bell so at least something that looks a little bit like food if you're really hungry

I came and parked my truck after almost 10 hours of driving at 12:15 am on Jan 06,2023.What I need is take shower and rest. I went to the office and ask the first staff. She said she is not working on that section. Then asked the second lady. I guess she was the supervisor. She was very rude and told me almost yelling "The showers are off for 1.5 hour and all the staff will do some other work"I kept quite and turned backed to my truck. I will not come to this pilot location again..

I am getting a little tired of showers not being available. As someone who loves on the road a shower in the morning is real nice. I know the people who work here have one at least twice a day. How about doing your job so we as trick drivers can have at least one a day.
