I wish I didn't have to come here when I do. Sometimes I don't have a choice with my job. But the service is horrible. Only one person I have encountered here knows anything about how to do their job. I wish I knew their name I would recommend them

What a hustle not only do they give you a bad part and you loose out for labor cost because of it...they tell you that the code coming up is the same code you replaced.... When you bring the car back now they tell you three other parts would be the reason for that code... I LATER FOUND OUT THE PARTS THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME HAVE THEIR OWN CODE...Just lost out 100$ labor with bad part... GOING SOMEPLACE ELSE TO GET THE SENSOR NOW I DO NOT RECOMMEND O'REILLY'S OHIO PARTS IS THE PLACE TO GO

Parts didn't show up as stated. Wrong parts. Another customer opened the box he was given and the wheel bearing housing had already been installed...Both things aren't the local stores fault but it leaves a bad impression.

Been a customer at this O'Reilly's since it opened. Had never had issues with returning brake parts under thire "life Time Warranty" .This guy who claims to be the Manager says to me the part does not qualify as a Warranty return. So I had to repurchase the parts. So beware of this "Life time Warranty" policy. It only covers "manufacturers defects"..bot sure it is worth the extra cost..

Was able to get exactly what I needed to fix my truck every other place in town had to order the parts. It was literally just a plug socket for the front turn signal on a ford f-150

Can get parts they dont have the same day most of the time. I always make sure to call them when pricing out parts.

I have tried calling multiple times and nobody answers the phone, not even to ask me to hold. Guess they don't want my business.

Very friendly service,was so nice and caring when I was broke down and stranded, had the part I needed and delivered to me and my wife,service like this is so hard to find now days, the young lady who delivered us the part was very nice and friendly thanks again for your help getting home!!!

I was not too thrilled about my experience with O'Reilly's Auto Parts. The service was mediocre at best. The Two Star rating I issued O'Reilly's was mainly for the fact that they had the parts available that I was looking for. If I could issue a rating for service, it might be a Negative One Star. The CSR wasn't polite or seemingly interested in performing the functions of his job. I ended up purchasing a product twice and receiving it only once. Not a very good business model.

Ordered a part, in next day, good prices, The people at the counter helped customers get what they needed for their autos, some people didn't know exactly what they needed for their autos, but the guys figured it out, Great Job Guys
