12 hours 5 days a week for 3-4 weeks back to back, all you have time for is working, eating and sleepin. Your social life revolves around the workplace, you are always tired and yet they still demand you function at your best and ignore the fact you are a human and not a machine.

The hiring agency there tells you you won t work any overtime until you re hired in, second week they had me on 12 hour days, not even ten hour days.... this isn t a place I d recommend and if there was zero stars they d get that.

Work there made great money but got told that wouldn't work over time first day there had to work 12s and got told I had to I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there.then my husband worked in the paint department and they bring him the wrong racks and yelled at him and blamed it on him when other employees grabbed the wrong racks when it wasn't there parts let alone let anyone have breaks half the time because they didn't want you to be behide.then the bosses talked down on you and blamed you for the other shifts mistakes

Molten has employees that care about you. There may be some bad apples but there always is. But never judge the whole company by the actions of a few.
