What an amazing experience. Well, not getting screws in both back tires lol but the experience of working with Chris and the team at Midas to get them repaired. I called when the other tire place in town couldn t fit me in until the next day. Chris said bring it down, we will take care of you. And he did. Great service, great prices. I will definitely be back. I can t thank you guys enough for saving the day (and my wallet). Appreciate you!!!

So this wasn't my 1st choice. I was going to go to the Subaru dealership where I bought my car, but that was a 3 week wait. WELL I couldn't wait that long. I needed to get it done. I was recommended to Midas. I've never been there before. So I set up an appointment. The next day ay 9:30am oh wow that soon?So the next day I woke up drove over. My car was in the shop within minutes of arrival. The people were nice and let me know every time they found something or just wanted to give an update on the service.I got an1. oil change2. Air filters3. tires rotated4. Fluid top offPrice was $133 and it was done within an hr.Not bad for next day service.I'll be back

Did an awesome job with the oil change and supplied pictures of other issues with my car without any pressure to get the service done. Rotated the tires and was a good price with the coupon in valpak. Also have coupons on their website.

driving through on the way to a concert when my tire explodes and NO WHERE can get me in. called midas in literal tears and they seemed super busy but could still get me in & as they were my only hope i gave up on the idea of making it to the concert and accepted that i would be spending my saturday stranded here but they took it back right away anyway and i was gone in time to still make it. this place absolutely saved my whole day and experience

My husband and I were on our way back home to Georgia from Michigan. My car must have sucked up some water and caused the check engine light to go off and my car to drive funny. They got my car in fast and talked us through the entire process. They could have overcharged us but they didn t and we ended up being out and back on the road within an hour and a half! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guy!

Got an oil change and alignment done in less than an hour. All the employees are very nice and professional! Also they have coffee and a restroom and very comfy seats while waiting. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I went to a location in SOUTHFIELD MICHIGAN for a oil change and was over charged, but I let it go since I needed it done quickly due to a last minute trip so I let that slide. Half way in between my trip to Cincinnati I realized my car was smoking I pulled over and the oil cap was left off and to the side, so I had to make a quick stop at this Finland location and the manager Chris was so caring and compassionate, and got me together in cleaned out all the leaking oil and got me a new oil change. For no cost! Best customer service !!Service: Oil change

I had a screw in my tire. I drive for a living so my car has to be in good working condition. Went to 2 other places and they were too busy to help me. Stopped at Midas, they got me right in! Very friendly staff! I will definitely be back!!

After becoming totally fed up with the lack of customer service @ Walmart, I called Midas and they fit me in for a tire repair. Shortly after I arrived, they got to work checking out what was wrong. While I needed a replacement tire, they had it in stock and quickly mounted the tire and got me on the road. I would most definitely use this Midas store again for my automotive repair needs kudos to the Midas team!! Service: Tires

I was getting ready to go back home after visiting family. My son had made me an appointment with Midas for a regular oil change the morning I was to leave. They discovered a major problem with my fluid levels. I was panicking because I didn't have the funds to get it fixed. Chris worked really hard to get the whole process to work with this senior lady.(me). I was able to borrow what I needed from my wonderful family. The crew got the problem fixed and I was on my way! I don't know what I would have done if Chris hadn't helped me! He (and the crew) really went above and beyond. You have a customer for life right here. Thank you!

We had a tire blowout on our camper on our way out of town. Bought the tire at the local Walmart but they said it would be 2-3 hours before they could mount it. Called this shop and they immediately said no problem come on in, we can take care of it. When we arrived they were obviously swamped, but Chris, the store manager, had us in/out in minutes. We really appreciated their quick and friendly service! Highly recommend this shop!!Service: Tires

We thought we having problem with our AC and power steering but after Midas looked at it they just determined that our car is getting older and all systems were good to go with no service needed. No charge for our visit! Wow! So far we used them 3 times as we are new to Findlay and all visits left us more than satisfied with the results.I highly recommend Midas on TiffinService: General repairs & maintenance

I came in for an alignment, the trainee was on his own and didn't do things properly. The manager said I needed some new parts and I could come back instead of giving me a refund. I will not go back, it was money wasted. The manager will also tell you to give a 5 star review so he will give his employees a pizza party even though they don't know what they're doing.

My family was heading out of town for vacation, and 100 miles from home our car started to fail. We made several phone calls and Midas was more than willing to help us out to replace our alternator. Unplanned car trouble and expense is never in the plans, but without these guys we would have been stranded. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road in a timely manner. The guys today (8/9) at Midas were great! From the time I pulled into the lot with a flat tire in my trunk, to the time I pulled away it was only 20 minutes! I was on a crunch for time this afternoon, so I called prior about tire size , cost, and time frame in which it could be repaired. These guys did not disappoint! I won't go anywhere else :)Service: Tires
