First time customer of Laubes Transmission and we had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and the service was excellent! Laubes went above and beyond my expectations on making sure the majority of my transmission repair was covered under the extended warranty I had. Thank you Laubes Transmission

My daughter's car was not shifting great and another shop suggested that the transmission might be ready to fail. We took it to Laubes for a second opinion and they got us in right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad transmission mount. They replaced the mount and did a transmission service in one business day and got the car back to us. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment on 10/11/23. Dropped the truck off at Laubes on that date. They said they'd call me with an estimate. I called them on 10/12/23 at 4:50 p.m. They told me they knew what the problem with my transmission was and estimated it would cost approximately $300.00. They hadn't put the truck on the hoist to diagnose and repair. I called them at 8:00 a.m. 10/13/23 and told them not to work on it, because I needed my truck for weekend work and an appointment on Monday. Picked up the truck at 8:45 a.m. I can't recommend their facility. They made no apology for my inconvenience.

rebuilt my transmission and woke my Silverado up. The best it's ever ran. Did it for the price they quoted and done when they said it would be. Definitely recommend them for transmission work. Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Update - in retrospect it's still annoying but I've come to realize they're good folks and it boils down to a miscommunication. I'll adjust review to 4 of 5.Price was pretty fair on transmission rebuild, give them credit for checking my car over a couple times for free and giving advice. Also I asked if I should get the extended warranty and they told me probably wasn't necessary which is honest.But, they test drove my car and I was having some throttle cut out issues which I mistook for transmission issues. (Trans had issues but was drivable and I would have waited to rebuild) The mechanic assumed that I would just know that that wasn't the transmission. Well if I knew that I would be fixing my own stuff you know... you can't test drive my car and notice a huge problem and pretend I should have known the difference when you're the professional. Just makes it seem like you wanted my money. Not to mention they were a week past due in fixing it. Overall not super impressed even though they seemed nice but my first time working with transmission repair so who knows maybe this is normal.

Needed emergency work during my trip. They sent a tow truck for my vehicle, started to work on it immediately. They were able to repair my vehicle. Due to the problem, which was more than expected, they were able to get the needed parts and repaired it in 2 days. They are friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, professional, skilled and care about their customers.Very happy, satisfied customer.

Had a clutch and flywheel replaced. Best price in town and done in a reasonable amount of time. Friendly service. Would go here again.Update: had a part that was replaced go bad. They got it back in the shop right away and fixed it free of charge, no questions asked. Needless to say, they back their work. Would go here again without question.

This place is one of the most honest businesses I've ever work with. Local Dealer in Bowling Green ohio said they couldn't fix it and wanted $5000 to put in a new one. I called Laube and they quoted $2500 to rebuild.i dropped it off and two days later they called and said it was the trans cooler that was leaking. Could've been dishonest and not done the rebuild and just fix what was wrong but didn't. Saved me over $2000. STAND UP people and business..Service: Transmission

Did very good work. Fixed my car within a day, and the price was fair. They even fixed something that would have caused a future issue. Will go back if I ever need transmission work again

They were fantastic. I will tell others about how good they are. And the fella Chris even came out and filled up my tire with air I sure appreciated it. Chris has been great the whole time

My dad had his transmission rebuilt in his truck there and it's been good so far. Thought the transmission went out in our 03 Accord so we had it towed there. Turns out the passenger half shaft broke. They were bad about getting back with us on the problem. Told us nobody in town had the part so it would be put off. Called part stores in town and just about everyone in town had a new one on self for $69.99. They charged $281 for one half shaft, unreal!! Something I'd usually fix myself if my foot wasn't broke. Called ASA and they said they would of done it for $120 including new part. Would of had it towed there and installed for less than $281....

Prices were reasonable, everyone was pleasant and work was done quickly. If in need of transmission or differential work they are recommend
