I had the most outstanding experience and visit with Great Lakes Toyota, they are respectful and knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal for my first new car. Devron, Andre, and Kyle were some of the workers that were outstanding when assisting me and I wanted to shout them out to show my appreciation. 10/10 recommend to anyone who is in the market!

Ryan called Holman to let them know I was coming when he told me it s too dangerous to drive. He helped me navigate getting there too and made it possible for me to have an appt immediately even though same day service is NOT commonplace at Great Lakes! Thank you so much!!!

I am never disappointed with the quality of service at Great Lakes. Noah goes out of his way to make sure that all of our concerns are addressed. Not only that, but, the service itself is done in a timely and efficient manner. We travel about an hour to Findlay so that our Suburu are piece the best service possible.

Very easy to make the appointment. Everyone I encountered was very nice, friendly, professional, personable. They have nice, clean waiting area. My oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner, and I got a free car wash. Very satisfied with my whole visit. Thank you.

Great Lakes Toyota was amazing. Rylie, and Dan reached beyond the norm of expectation to take care of our car, and make sure we were able to have our car returned before we had to go out of town. They are kind and professional there. I truly leave Great Lakes Toyota feeling cared for. It s wonderful knowing that there are still people out there who do their job well and with pride.

I've bought every car I've ever owned here. This is the only place I will buy a vehicle. I've never had an issue and get all my maintenance items taken care of here as well. I love their Toyota Corolla cars, very reliable as well!

Basic service (oil & filter) and one minor check up (USB port). Easy to schedule, busy but got in within a week. Easy on-time check-in. All employees were efficient and friendly. Lobby area spartan but comfortable; Starbucks, hot chocolate, and various teas available (no longer offering snacks). Service completed on time and all areas were covered. Car washed and out the door. Good experience.

Pulled in service associate greeted me and asked my name and what I was there for. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes and I was in the free loaner vehicle on my way home. Car work completed was related to protection package and the car looks great. Will definitely use again. Thank you Great Lakes Toyota Service Findlay!

This is the third Forester that we have purchased from Andre Roache. We find that dealing with Andre is so easy. He makes it a pleasure to shop for a car. This time we came in to buy a headlight for our old Forester and ended up buying a whole new car. He s a great salesman;-)

Noah greeted me along with the drivers. Placed cover mat into my car. Noah came to me with a wiper blade that was worn and asked if I wanted them to replace or me. Thanks for being informative. Overall very friendly. Oh, and they washed my car for me!!!!

I highly recommend this dealership! We were greeted quickly and the car had its first maintenance done in a very timely manner. From the sale of the vehicle to our first service, all very professionally handled. Super clean, quick, and nice! Well done!!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was very quick and staff very friendly and helpful with all questions. Complimentary car wash is no longer offered? Bummer.

Making the appointment was very easy. The person on the phone was very nice and accommodating. On the day of service they were very timely at getting my vehicle in at my scheduled time. All the staff were super friendly and nice. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They completed the service in less time than I was told. When they were finished they went over everything they did for my service. I would recommend Great Lakes Toyota Service in Findlay, OH.

I came in for a dead battery. Got a same day appt. Greeted by name. Everyone was courteous & friendly. Unfortunately, the cost of their battery was $100 more than I could get it elsewhere. Sorry, I had to go with the cheaper place.

I had an oil change a tire rotation on my Avalon. I was late they got me in and out in about an hour. I had a coupon about half off. Every one was super friendly and polite. Will be back with it without a coupon. Make your appointment a few weeks before you need it they are booked.

Took my truck in early, called me and left a message when done, and informed me of some suggestions and things to keep an eye on. Gave me quotes for tires if I was interested, as well a a new battery. Easy in, easy out, and no hassles. Greatly appreciated the experience...as always!

My recent visit was an oil change, rotate the tires and I had a request for the shield that kept falling down and getting bent. My husband bought the correct clips and they took care of it saying the old clips had broken and cracked and with these new ones it is finally fixed!

I had an issue trying to start my 2014 Toyota Prius due to me removing the big orange plug to hybrid battery. Had car towed to dealership on a Thursday, appointment was for monday. I get a call on Friday that the car is ready. They checked for codes and any issues, found nothing. They got it started easily and test drove it and all was good they said. I had forgotten to assemble my wiper connector to the wiper motor and didn't put back on my wiper blades, they did it all for me. The car is back to normal and running great. Best part, the bill was appropriate to the work that was preformed. I greatly appreciate Lindsey and the great technical. Highly recommend this Toyota dealership for any work on your Toyota.

Every aspect of purchasing our new 2024 Prius at Great Lakes Toyota was wonderful. I also highly recommend working with Cathy Lawrence in sales. Although I have to add that everyone in the dealership was sincerely helpful and friendly...and fair. Eddie in Finance was very kind and Chris in Service got us squared away with the dizzying world of blue tooth possibilities. We are absolutely smitten with our new Prius Limited!!
