Very friendly staff, made my family feel welcome and were amazing with the kids. Cathy was outstanding and even had my daughter asking her to come over for dinner! They explained everything in detail and went above and beyond. I would say the only downside was the detailer not doing so well (a bunch of dog hair and a dirty window in the back was missed). I didn t feel like I was pressured or rushed. Definitely going there for the next vehicle!

Today I got to take home this beautiful Toyota RAV4 Adventure from Great Lakes Toyota. This was my first time buying a car and the staff at Great Lakes made this process so smooth. I worked with Eric and he was outstanding. He helped me find a car that had everything I needed AND wanted that was within my price range. Eric was very knowledge, honest, helpful, and personable. Buying a car can be a stressful process, but Eric made it enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend Great Lakes Toyota and Eric to any of my family or friends.

We purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 for my husband. Drew was very nice. Very helpful. On the way home, after purchasing the truck, the tire pressure monitoring system faulted. We called and spoke with Drew, and he scheduled a time for us to bring it in to get it looked at. Since their diagnostic system was not compatible with a Ford, they agreed to send it to a Ford dealer to have it fixed and offered us a loaner vehicle in the meantime. We really appreciated that gesture. We bought the truck "as-is" with no warranties, so I thought it was really cool that they were willing to work with us. It reflects well on them that they are willing to help out their customers, even after the sale is finalized and we drove off of the lot. Everyone there is very nice and helpful.

The car is great. The people are friendly. The place I financed through requires a 5.00 fee to stay an account as the dealer has no ATM I had just given them all my cash for a down payment except a dollar. My finance manager gave me the other 4 dollars from his pocket. The only thing I didn't care for was how long the processes took. Which may be normal as I've never bought a car from a lot before.

We initially found Great Lakes Toyota Subaru when our teenager had an accident on an icy road and totaled her car. We were looking for a specific vehicle at a great deal and they had what we were hoping for. We made the hour drive to Findlay and they did not disappoint! We called, made an appointment and went to see the car. We had cash and were looking to purchase that day. Drew was our salesperson and you would not have known, from the way we were treated the minute we walked in the door, that we were there to purchase a $3000 car and not a brand new one! We were so impressed! When it came time to purchase ourselves another vehicle, we looked into ordering a brand new one but Toyota was not accepting personal orders. We again worked with Drew (because he s amazing!) and he worked with us in finding something close to what we wanted to order that would be coming into the dealership in the quickest amount of time. Drew was very thorough, from the time I placed the deposit to a phone call every Monday to update me on where the car was and give me an ETA to the dealership all the way through calling me to tell me it had arrived, setting up evaluation of our trade and our financing, Drew was on top of it! Our experience in buying our new Corolla Hybrid LE was phenomenal! Thank you Drew and Great Lakes Toyota Subaru, you ve earned a long-term customer for sure!

I brought our GR Corolla here for service for the first time and the experience was great! They completed the work in about 45 minutes, everyone was very friendly, and they even washed it! I would definitely recommend this dealership for Toyota service.

Although many years ago I had a terrible experience with the dealership, PRIOR to it becoming the Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru, and left their service department in anger. Took my business elsewhere! Yesterday, (3-4-24) I found a vehicle on their lot that I was interested in. The sales manager put me in touch with his "seasoned salesman" and promised he would take care of me so I made an appointment to test drive. I have to say the atmosphere with Great Lakes is very different and I not only purchased the vehicle (lightly used but new to me) I also bit the bullet and purchased the certified warranty the vehicle qualified for as well as their prepaid general maintenance service package to take care of my oil changes, tire rotations and even several car washes which afforded me 65% off all this service by prepaying at my purchase. Andre` Roach (my seasoned salesman) promised my service experience will be much better than in the past, he will see to it. I trusted him and I will hold him to his promise. He also was very patient and helped me to understand at least the basics of all the electronics (this nearly 70 yr old just "doesn't get"!). He did it with/for me to get me going instead of suggesting I read the owners manual or "just google it". It was very nice to find some actual and honest "customer service". This is my 4th Subaru Forester and I'm very happy with it so far. Many more bells and whistles! I'm a kind of a "keep it simple" type of gal, but I must say, I felt very luxurious on my drive home! Pulled the trigger on this on a whim, but I have worked hard all my life and I deserve it, so I did it! When I got home, even the other half (of the male type) agreed I found a gem. Even the painful part...writing that large cash check was buffered by a kind gentleman of the business type who kept spending my money.....LOL! No regrets, he was right. Big smile on my face!But, I will hold the group at Great Lakes to their promises! If you are looking for something new or different, I bet you will find the same warm welcome I received at Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru in Findlay, Ohio. (PS, I usually do not write reviews but keep my opinions to myself.....today I made an exception!)

Went from dealership to dealership and this was the only dealership to actually want to work with you not trying to force you to buy what they want to sell at the time. I will be going back when it s time for an upgrade. Great people and Great service.

One of the worst experiences from a sales team I have seen, we made decision to start car shopping after our Hyundai started having some mechanical issues(check engine light, still drove normal) the dealership we purchased from told us that the sensor was bad and in result needed a few other things. After talking to the mechanic that inspected the car we asked what selling value and they told us they would offer 5k since we were not interested in another Hyundai, decided to go to Great Lakes because I already own and love a Toyota and wanted my wife to have one as well. After 4 hours of back and forth, multiple test drives and not even running our credit or anything this dealership came out with rough numbers for a 2024 highlander at $950 per month. After examining the sheet Charley laid out in front of us, they offered 400 dollars for our Hyundai. They claimed that the engine was shot and we were lucky they offered us anything. The lack of information they provided for this offer was insulting and lazy. After this I was discouraged, stressed and angry, my wife convinced me to try again the next day(after calling off work because this dealership wasted our entire night) we took our car to a Taylor Kia and the dealership experience was night and day which was shocking to me. They offered us 9500 for the trade and worked with us tirelessly to get us the deal we wanted with what we wanted. I want to say again the 400 dollar car that Great Lakes claimed was ruined sold for 9500 dollars because they actually inspected the vehicle and wanted to make a sale. I will never work with a Toyota team again they are lazy and lack confidence.

The Salesperson although very friendly and polite, spent a few hours going back and forth and even taking a deposit only to turn around and tell me the car was already sold because another salesperson was working from home and he didn't know they had already sold it. Such a waste of time! Not to mention the exchange of money for no reason. Please work on the communication between sales people to prevent this type of situation.

And the Davron that helped Jose get me the best deal on my new car 2023 Toyota Tundra limited!!! Love it I have bought 3 cars from these guys so far THE BEST

After 34 days of car hunting stopped at Great Lakes Toyota. Drew Waxler in less than 2 hrs provided what I wanted. Drewwas honest patient had all worked out in less than two hours!!!!! He was wonderful. I will pass his name and number for sure!

I walked into service to see about having my Toyota Sienna looked at. It's throwing codes and is recommended that a genuine Toyota dealership look at it. Since this van is company owned they require a W9 be filled out and estimates be given before repairs are made and all are ok'd by the automotive department. Then payment is offered by CC or PO by phone immediately afterward. I was told by the service manager that they do not fill out paperwork. So I left it and asked him to check with the service director. The next day when I called back he said he needed to check with TJ and that he said NO. So I guess they don't want any new customers.WOW. I don't recommend this place at all. I will go elsewhere.Ms Pattonlook at it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never had any issues when this place was Lariche. I bought a used car. I know there can be issues with used cars. Fast forward a few months and now I find a HUGE issue with my car. I called service and was directed to call the Ford dealership (I drive a ford). I take it to Ford and they find that the radiator is bent signifying that the car had front end damage at one point and would not honor my extended warranty. I went back to toyota and explained the issue and was greeted with nothing but disrespect. The man I spoke to berated me and was over all just an awful human being. I did not go to toyota to be talked down to. They were not helpful at all and all this man did was shove the carfax in my face telling me that the carfax said nothing about any accidents and that his mechanics didn't see that issue and blamed me for it. Told me that I must've hit something and just don't remember. I paid for a warranty and now I can't use it and will have to foot the whole bill for repairs...IF it can even be repaired. Such a joke and I will never do business there again.
