I took my car in for an oil change. They were super fast with the routine inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. I would give them 5 stars but ( as a senior citizen) being on a fixed income I thought $82 was too much just for an oil change! I know things have gone up but I think there should be some kind of a break for the older customers that is limited and on a tight budget. Other than that the service was good.

I was very pleased that my car was washed along with the oil change. However I was unaware that since I have a Subaru the tires would be rotated with the oil change and that I was charged for the tire rotation. I had a coupon for tire rotation but was told that since I had a coupon for oil only one coupon could be used.

I went to Great Lakes to buy a Toyota and ended up with an Outback. Cathy in sales was informative, patient, pleasant and in the end successful in finding me the vehicle that best fit my needs. Then the service guys stepped in and scheduled my first service appointment before I ever left the lot. You can t get better service than that. If you want a new Toyota or Subaru, go to Great Lakes and see Cathy. PS, tell them Greg sent you, I m trying to get a free Subey hat.

Came is for routine maintenance and evaluation for a repair to a a damage mirror. Service handled expertly as usual. Eval resulted in parts being ordered for a repair 4 days later. Returning today for that item. Check of tires revealed a safety issue with one tire and it is also being addressed today. Very thankful for that, Noah, since this my daughter's car and she drives over 500 miles to college.

Scheduled an oil change and was informed I needed a new 9volt battery. Would have been nice if the worked had reset the clock when he was finished with the battery.

I would liked to give them a 5 but they didn't put the work order in my car after it was serviced so I had no idea what was done. Had to call to have them send it to me in the mail

Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They handled the mishap of not being able to find me and not showing I actually had an appointment for service. Apparently my appointment was under someone else s phone number and email, however they straightened it out and got my car serviced.

Great Lakes worked around my crazy schedule. I also appreciated the upfront notification that my particular repair had a large labor component. Better to know ahead of time than to be surprised at pickup.

On my way to work I suddenly had a loud noise in my front tire. I called the dealership who immediately said to bring it it. Within an hour it was looked at, diagnosed and I was on my way with a loaner in an hour. Fantastic job guys!Service: TiresService: Tires

Excellent help and courtesy in time of need. Blew a tire on I75. Pulled off road changed to spare and came to Great Lakes Toyota Subaru. Noah and the rest of the staff were very helpful. They fit me in their schedule and I was back on the road in an hour and half.
