Frank was very helpful and nice. He wasn't pushy and he was to the point. I was in and out in a little over 2hrs. He stayed until after closing to make sure I got all my stuff out of my car and was on my way. He dealt with another couple while working with me. From what I seen the other guy was not very nice, but Frank stayed professional and calm. Note to others looking for a car, It is not the Sales persons fault if your credit score sucks or what the bank decides to do. I would recommend Findlay Chrysler.Thanks

I bought this beautiful 2022 Dodge Charger. I had Gary as my sales representative. He was absolutely awesome. He answered all my questions, he reassured me with all my questions and concerns, and just an overall great salesman. I will definitely be coming back and recommending friends and family here!

Luke Kinser helped me with my purchase of a used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. For what would normally be an extremely complicated sale, as I am active duty military stationed in Australia, requiring the vehicle shipped to California but registered in Florida, Luke made this process seamless and efficient. He worked with the 15 hour time difference, even taking the time to answer my calls on his day off to help answer and questions I ve had. He was almost immediate with responses and sent me two video walkthrough of the Jeep as I couldn t be present. My friend came to test drive the Jeep for me and he had the keys waiting and ready to go. I highly recommend Findlay Jeep and Luke Kisner especially, he was patient, friendly, not pushy at all and all dealerships in the US should look up Findlay Jeep and Luke to see how efficient and customer oriented their business practice is. Very good experience buying a used truck. The website is informative and the Staff are very helpful over the phone. I am an out of state buyer and the staff was very informative with the registration process. Pricing is fair and the vehicles on the lot are good quality. I was looking around for a 2022 gladiator or newer, and found one that had everything that I wanted but with less money than other places had. The salesman was great and helped me out a lot. I would highly recommend this Jeep dealership regardless if you re from South Carolina, like me or if you re buying because you live near there.

The salesman, Kevin was great. Made the test drive process easy. There was no pressure throughout the entire process which can be intimidating to some. The formal signing of papers was quick and easy. I had one minor issue that the service department was more than accommodating to help remedy the issue. Doug and Jerome were great to work with. They went out of their way to help and would recommend their services.

Our salesperson was Phenomenal. Our Finance person was as well. We were leery coming to look at the vehicle as the window sticker- seen before coming- clearly stated that it came from Canada and was "Not meant for sale or registration in US". Researching vehicles coming from Canada turned up that the manufacture warranty may be voided in US. We found that very concerning. I am attaching photos of actual window sticker and the form handed to us at this dealer that clearly states "Spoken promises are difficult to enforce. Ask the dealer to put all promises in writing". So when asked to sign a form marked "Sold AS IS-No Dealer Warranty we asked for in writing that the manufacture warranty was valid in US. Our awesome salesman went back to ask for us. The person that came out to our table that had a scowling face simply tossed the car fax on the table. He was VERY RUDE and unfriendly and would NOT give us anything in writing as his very contract (attached) told us to do. Also, if you are with someone privately discussing the deal, be aware that you are being recorded and they may be listening to everything you are saying in the other room. I found the whole ordeal very terrifyng.

Pretty fast. Made the details obvious. Let me do a test drive. I even had to reschedule it to an earlier time and they allowed it. Had i not, i wouldnt have got the car as it was a tremendous deal on such a nice new car. The papers were quick to process. I was able to leave with the car about 30 minutes after arriving. Very professional, very open, very welcoming.

From the very start, this dealership was outstanding! They re customer service, sales the whole team! They kept me informed, but not pushy! I did a lot of research beforehand and they were hands down the best deal, by over $6,000 and a lot less miles on my 2021 GMC 2500 Denali not too mention the more rare color blue. The financing was so smooth, painless and quick never has buying a vehicle been such a great experience! I will definitely be back and send others your way!!!Thanks so much!!!

I bought a used vehicle from the dealership, I was told that the vehicle passes inspection when I tried to get the vehicle inspected it would not pass because of wear on the rear tires that were initially up front and had a toe issue and were moved to the back of the vehicle and now have bald spots on the outside of the tire. The dealership would not make good on the issue and told me that it can have bald spots on the outside of the tire per Ohio law. The manager I spoke to had a bad attitude right from the beginning and then when he called me back He said he talked to the tech that looked at the tires and said they pass.

Was at the end of my lease. My credit wasn't in good shape and thought all was lost, but they still let me buy out my leased vehicle . No over mileage fees , no money down. I'd recommend them to everyone. Rick the sales manager is awesome!

I read several reviews stating vehicles were sold while potential buyers were coming from out of town to look at them but that wasn't my case. The salesman Frank called to make sure I was still heading that way and when I got there the truck was out front ready for a test drive. My salesman Frank made the car buying experience non stressful and did not have to jump in the vehicle and ride with me lol. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars is after you spend thousands of dollars at the dealership they only give you a half tank of gas. The vehicle had a quarter tank of gas on the test drive and after the purchased it was at a half tank . P.S. I had a hour fifty minute ride home!!! All in all it was a great car buying experience!!

I was in short notice need of a new car due to a total loss of my last. Jeremy was more than helpful and made the entire process extremely fast and really listened to my needs. He and the team really went above and beyond to help as much as possible. Absolutely ecstatic about my purchase and felt completely comfortable the whole way through. Findlay Chrysler with Jeremy C. and the team are who you should buy your next car from. 10/10.

Went in to get a new key fob connected to my jeep. After checking in and giving one of the employees the key fob, we were directed to go sit in the waiting room. Over an hour goes by and the manager comes out to explain the key fob doesn t work and we will have to buy a new one. Of course it s a couple hundred of dollars so we decide to think on it and just go home. Come to find out, that whole time they weren t even trying to connect the key fob because they lost it . Which I believe is a flat out lie because i personally handed the employee the key fob. Then the manager apologizes and sends us back to wait as they actually start connecting the key fob. So after another like 30 minutes passed we can finally leave after paying.Now the key fob is not starting my car and they refuse to fix it because we can t prove the key fob wasn t faulty to begin with. From everything that happened I think they took my original key fob I brought in and gave us a faulty one. So all in all a big waste of my time and money. Do not recommend coming here unless you want to get scammed out of several hundred dollars.

Watch out for their sneaky tactics. One is that they buy some of their vehicles from Canada. This means that the standard manufacturer warranty of 36k miles and three years is not applicable. Seems like they do this so they can sell you a warranty. If the manufacturer GIVES one away, then the dealership cannot SELL you one. If you are going to buy a vehicle that doesn t have a manufacturer warranty, you should not pay the same amount as you would for an otherwise equivalent vehicle that does have one. If you really want a warranty, then I recommend you do your research before you get to the dealership, because they only have one warranty provider which is the one they likely earn some sort of commission on. You can find a better one. But if this warranty is really important to you and you are getting it, DO NOT accept their first offer. They are ripping you off there. After I said no, the finance manager (this guy will lie to your face without even breaking a sweat) came out and offered me the same warranty for $1000 less. In trying convince me that I need a warranty, he told me he had to replace the radio in his car 5 times LOL!! He must have the absolute worst luck in the world.It s funny that when you are buying the vehicle, they ll tell you how reliable it is, but when selling the warranty, they ll tell you how unreliable it is. Which is it??

I drove 1.5 hours from out of state to look at a GMC Terrain. There were a few issues with how they accept payment in full. However, they worked with me and I was able to do a bank wire. Everything turned out great and I love my new SUV! Thank you!

Drove almost 4 hours to pick up the vehicle and didn t feel like I was wanted there after already paying the vehicle off before taking it home. Usually salespeople are cordial, don t feel that way about this place. They ve already got my money and it s water under the bridge now. Hopefully someone else has a better experience.

Overall the purchase was a smooth experience.Note -my transaction was a cash transaction thus I did not use their in-house financing which you required to use if you're not paying by cash.There is no negotiation. But the price that you see listed is close to what you're going to pay baring- taxes,the title and registration fees. So Factor those fees from above into your out the door price.Dealerships in my area always give you a full tank of gas on them regardless of what vehicle you buy. This dealership gives you a $25 credit. Not a deal breaker just be aware of it.At my request they did remove their dealer branding from the vehicle before purchase. Once I had the vehicle the salesperson did not really show me the ins and outs of the vehicle how to set up my phone for the Bluetooth or the my key. there was none of that. Now granted this is a Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership not a Ford just something to be aware of if you're looking for some help to set everything up.They also provided the wheel lock key as well.Overall if they had a vehicle that I was interested in I would probably buy from them again.

I purchased a 4Runner online from them and within a week I have to replace the battery, buy new tires because the ones on it rubbed. I also had to add a tailpipe because the muffler didn t have one on it. $2000 dollars later I m not feeling like I got such a great deal.

If there was a way for me to give zero stars I definitely would. Cory, is who I spoke with. He was very very aggressive and impolite. When I asked to speak with the general manager over the store he refused and told me he would hang up on me. He is very unprofessional and I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this lot. Terrible service!!!Someone name James called to do a follow-up call from the incident that transpired. He came off as rude because he did not like the review I left initially. I told him to have a nice day and hung up since he was being very argumentative. He then called my phone 5 more times after the first call. This is what your salesman s are trained to do? Harass people?Update: You never got hostility! I have never dealt with a dealership this unprofessional. I can upload my call log where I got 5 calls from James. Even after I hung up, and still was getting harassed even with dishonesty.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!

My truck purchase with Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was extremely smooth. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful experience, but not with Rayne and the team at this dealership. I purchased a Ram 1500 Rebel and everything went as discussed. Paperwork was done digital and when I went in to pick my truck up, Marena was very efficient in finalizing all of the paperwork. I was in and out driving my truck home in 15 minutes.

We live states away and talked with a sales person that we would take the truck Friday morning. After discussing that outside financing was not an option we filled out their application and never heard back. I called multiple times that night. The next day and again Monday only to find out they sold it the first day we talked even though we said we would buy the vehicle first. We were never told anyone else was looking at it nor did we receive a call it sold until after the third day of calling and they played dumb. Extremely disappointed in the service here.

Inquired on a truck online. Showed up to look at it. It had bald tires. One tire had a nail in the sidewall. They told me they would not replace the tires or take money off the truck. They said if they replace the tires they are raising the price. They wanted to patch the nail hole. You can not patch the sidewall. That is a blow out waiting to happen. I did a trade in estimate online. There was a $3000 range. They offered me the lowest of the range even though my trade in was absolutely flawless. The salesman greg was acting like i was stupid when i told him the tires were shot. I bet he felt stupid when the service guy came out to look at the nail and said the tires were shot! Who would spend $40,000 on a truck that needs new tires?! There was something shady going on with the brakes as well. I asked the salesman everything their service department did and he said they only did oil change and replaced wiper blades yet the brake pad life on the dash was reset to 100%. Im sure they were the original brakes with 77k miles on them ready to replace and they are trying to cover it up. This was one of the worst experiences at a dealership ever and i will never return. They are very shady and try to rip people off

Jeremy is great, I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2 months ago no issues at all to this day. It was the one and only vehicle I looked at bc he took the specifications of what I was looking for all into consideration and found me a vehicle that was perfect. No upselling or pressure whatsoever. 10/10 recommend Jeremy at Findlay Chrysler!
