I took my classic car to Jim because I was a friend of his brother, Mark and I thought I would be treated fairly and with integrity. They made a mess out of a tiny little spot on my car and then jacked up the price when I went to pick it up. After being bullied by Jim, I just paid the ridiculous bill and took my car to a professional and they did it right. Foreman is a crook and a bully, just like he was in school. Don't use this place.

I highly recommend Car Craft Collision for any of your auto body repair and painting needs! I was in a small fender bender and stopped in one day for a quote- not only did I not have to wait, they were very knowledgeable and I had a quote within minutes. They are also reasonably priced and very passionate about what they do, as well as super friendly.

My car was looked at by them early this summer I was told that the parts would come in within the next 4 to 6 weeks. It is now December every time I call to speak with the manager to get some sort of answer on what s going on with my car no one has gotten back with me then they have the nerve to tell me that they re gonna call me back although it s been more than four months. I ve never in my entire life had to deal with such unprofessionalism. If you need your car fixed, you re better off going to AutoZone and get in the parts yourself.

Do not use this place!!! Our insurance had us go to them and the owner, Jim, is nothing but a snake and has a filthy mouth. When I received my car back from getting fixed, which took forever, another issue came up when I got it home and Jim did nothing but yell and make excuses for his shop. The tech even knew of the issue when fixing my car and nothing was told to me. Had to spend more money and no car for 3 more days cause it was back in a different shop all because of incompetent people. Keep up the "good" work Car Craft Collision!!!

The staff was extremely professional. Delivered in 4 days as promised. Ensured the Range Rover Sports body work was completed as confirmed with top quality work. Received regular updates on receipt of Range Rover parts as and when they arrived.Recommend this shop to everyone.

I had 1938 Ford sheetmetal media blasted and cleaned up. All really good work and finished when they said it would be. Great Owner and staff. Recommend highly.

From start to finish Hannah took care of everything. From setting up a rental car to pick me up to completing the repairs, they were a pleasure to work with. Thank you all and our van looks amazing!

My husband and I have used this shop on a few times now. Sometimes serious repairs, once minor but rather emergent. They have always been extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. This last time I truly believe they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.M. & S. Heldman
