Fast , quality service as its finest. Went in for estimate, got scheduled. Was done before I expected. Payments were made available over the phone line. I jus expected the repairs to get done, but I received a fixed truck and a wash down. Unexpected and extremely satisfied! Will refer any chance I get! Thank you for a job well done and fixing my Truck!!

Do NOT go here unless you want to wait 3+months to be told you will have to wait longer. Had an estimate in early November, was put on the books for middle of January for some front end damage to my SUV. Called a week prior to make sure everything was good to go for my appointment. Only to an hour later receive a call telling me that they just ordered parts and it would be ANOTHER month before the parts can even come in. I called another shop and they're able to get me in early next week WITH the parts. This shop is not helpful and only created more stress and hassle for me.

The friendliest people are at this repair shop! I was traveling to Findlay from out of town and had been rear ended along the way. My sister, who lives in Findlay, called this repair shop to see if they could look at my car the next morning to help determine if enough damage was done that might prevent me from being able to drive the car back home after the weekend. I went this morning and the gentleman who helped me was the same one who spoke with my sister the previous day. He promptly looked at my car and got on the ground to ensure what was leaking from underneath was truly just condensation. He was incredibly friendly, competent, and confident. He reassured that the car had only cosmetic damage and would be safe to drive back to my home state.Since I do not live here, I m hopeful I will not be in need of a repair in this town, but if I ever did I d absolutely visit this place. My sister and her family will be using this body shop as well. It s refreshing to see such friendly and helpful individuals these days. Thank you so much!

I knew I would be without my car for a week!! They called me on a Friday and said all my car needed was touched up on window tint and it would be good to go on Monday morning , asked if I needed my car that weekend and thankfully we have more than one car at home so I didn t need it that weekend ,, Monday about 10am they called and my car was ready for pick up!! So happy with their work , it s like a brand new car again!!! Thank you for your hard work with my car, I really appreciate it!!Service: Body & Trim

My Volkswagen had some damage from hitting a curb, and i thought I might have to replace some of the plastic panel under the body. I stopped in for an estimate, and the kind gentleman at the desk came out to take a look. He was able to snap it back in place and tighten a few bolts, and didn't charge me anything. I'll definitely be coming back next time!Service: Body & Trim

Waited 5 weeks for parts, my car was drivable, so I left it on Monday morning and picked it up on Wednesday afternoon! 2 days!!! Polite and very nice!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I stopped to get an estimate after someone ran a shopping cart into my truck door and the gentleman I spoke to instantly earned my trust and respect. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation and wrote his own paycheck but he was very honest and referred me to a paintless dent repair shop in town since it was more of a minor dent. I was extremely happy with how I was treated and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I would give a zero star rating but that is not an option. I had over $2,000 of work done. They replaced new parts over damaged paint. The repair looks like garbage. Now it is up to me to remove the new parts, fix the damaged paint, and put it back together.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I chose this shop after reading reviews for many of their competitors. I am new in town so and after reading the great customer service comments I felt safe having my car get $2,000+ in body work done with them. The repairs too over a week and additional parts hard to be ordered that were not on my initial quote (through my insurance). Over this time I did not receive one call or update on the progress, and had to inquire on my own when I could pick it up. When I finally did get it back, the man I dealt with offered no information, did not say thanks for your business or even offer a business card or friendly smile. I was also in need of an oil & brack change at the same time but because I drive a BMW, they were unable to service those things. When I asked for a local recommendation for someone who could, the mechanic was obviously annoyed and could not name one shop (my rental car drive WAS able to and actually called the place on the spot!). The body work was okay, but the car came back dirty on the inside and out. I was VERY dissatisfied with the communication and coustomer service overall and they work done is best describe ad acceptable. If your in need of friendly service or like to stay in the loop on your repair I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Would never recommend this repair shop. I requested that the rust be removed and the surface repaired on the bottom of my tailgate. The did the metal work and painted the area. Never did the sanding and buffing leaving it flat black. Total hack job. I recommend you find another repair shop as this company can not be trusted to do the job correctly.

Great experience! Took a chance as I was not reffered to Findlay Body Repair. What a wise decision. Mike was completely open and honest about what my vehicle might need. Previously, I had take my vehicle to a local dealership body shop and was given one option at a cost of $2200. Not satisfied with this diagnosis i went to FBR. Again, a wise decision. Mike presented multiple options, first suggesting that we try the least costly option first. It was a winner! Minimal cost, only $102 and problem completely rectified. Can't thank Mike and his guys enough for the work they did but especially their honesty. It is nice to experience honest people especially in today's world. Keep up the good work guys! Again, sincerest thanks to you and your guys.

Have to be weary these days of shifty work, but they did a great job on my Jeep. Can't even tell 2 panels were replaced. Took their time, did it right, and I am happy.

Findlay Body Repair did great work in a reasonable amount of time. Dave was friendly and kept me up-to-date in the process. Overall good experience.

5 star. Unable to fix my problem, but they where honest and up front about it. Including recommending who could fix it. Wish more business where this honest. If and when I need body work this is where I'll go. Thank you again for your honesty.

I went in just to ask about an estimate and the gentleman was able to fix my issue right then and there, no charge! I'll definitely be going back when and if I need some real work done!

Dave was great. Gave a temporary fix to my car and was friendly and very efficient. I recommend you take your car here first.
