They recently fixed my vehicle that my son has at school in Findlay. Great experience. Worked with Vinny and Doug. Only surprise was the 4% credit card charge which offset my AAA discount (which isn't the same as what is advertised on the AAA website, but better than nothing), otherwise, very happy with them.

Had to have AAA tow it here, it has been a month and I don't know when I'll have my car back, how much it might cost, and only get updates if I call them. I hate to complain if you're short staffed but this is ridiculous.Update: On 1/16 I had car trouble and had it towed to the nearest location. I was told they'd get to my car early next week and sure enough I was called first thing Monday morning to discuss next steps with my car. Since then it has been five weeks and I don't have my car or know when it will be completed, or the final cost. While I'm able to borrow vehicles others aren't as lucky and would have spend a large amount renting a vehicle or gotten into attendance trouble with their employer. The business also has a BBB placard on their front door despite no longer being accredited.

I have used Findlay Auto Plus multiple times for big issues and smaller ones. No matter the issue they have always treated me like my business with them matters. Always answer all of my questions and never seem bothered no matter how many questions I have. The most recent time they repaired my vehicle I had several things for them to address one of which required them to figure out the issue and I could not be happier. They did ALOT of work on my vehicle and finished it in a day dropped it off late one morning and picked it up first thing the next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is great! Strongly recommend using Findlay Auto Plus!! I always do :)Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes, Auto battery maintenance

I initially was shopping around town, and Findlay Auto Plus was able to get me in quickest with a good price. They weren't the best price in town (best price in town had a 3 day wait), but they were second best on price, and could get the car in same day.I decided to go with them, and drove my car down. I met with the manager, Doug, who had a mechanic look over the car. Initially I thought a strut needed replaced, and that's what they quoted me for, but then it turned out to be a strut mount. This drove the price up because they did not have as easy access to better priced strut mounts.I wasn't thrilled about this, but figured these things happen.They then kindly offered to drive me back to my house since I didn't have a ride, and then I wouldn't have to wait which was great.I got a call later on in the day that they had fixed the strut mounts, but ran over a nail, and it damaged the tire.I arrived the next day to pick up the car and they had fixed the tire, but added it to the bill.I asked them about the situation asking why they wouldn't cover the repair of a problem they caused, and they mentioned that it was an oversight and mistake on their part, and they apologized.They clarified that they do add any work to the bill, but then they also discount it when it's something they caused (this helps them track the work they do, and their labor time so they can have it for properly documenting taxes and other tracking). They fixed the charge, and I was on my way. The car seems to be working great.Overall, I felt everyone I interacted with was very helpful, and I had an overall good impression of the place. I would definitely recommend trying them out.

Was not happy with my experience here overall. Promised work could be done in house. Promised they were comfortable working on BMW's and could get an estimate same day or next morning. Next morning turned into next evening and I had to call before they closed to even get the estimate or I'm sure they wouldn't have contacted me until the next day. Ended up telling me they couldn't do the work on the BMW in house because they didn't have the parts/equipment and it would take too long for them to do it themselves. On the one hand okay thanks? We need the repairs done quickly obviously to go to work.. But on the other hand you assured me it could be done here and I picked this place for it's good reviews and the assurance the repairs could be done quickly. Not only that but now the car is being sent somewhere we don't know and had no choice in the matter or have the car towed to another place and wait another 2 days for an estimate. Was told the car would be worked on and repairs completed by the "other"mechanic shop the next day. 4pm and hadn't heard from anyone the next day. Yet again called and asked for information and was told oh yeah they're supposed to pick it up at 5pm from the other place and get it back here. Okay you couldn't call and let us know the car would be ready so we could come and get it? We go to pick up the car and "since the work was done by another place" they couldn't give us any information on where the total $ came from (what was labor, what was parts etc). Okay? To me that's sketchy but what can we do? They did promise to uphold their two year warranty on the work even though it "wasn't done by them". So I guess that's something. Driving home my husband realized one of his headlights is out. Would have been nice if they would have at least told us the bulb went out while the car was with them...

I took the car in on a Friday and they said it would be done on Tuesday so a four day wait which made perfect sense two weeks later they still haven t started working on my car I called them four times throughout the process each time with them saying that it would be done the following day. I still have yet to receive my car it s taken over three times how long they said it should take and they have yet to begin working on it.

They make you feel like a seriously valued customer when you come here! I have never had a bad experience here and will always continue to bring my vehicles here to get things done! From simple oil changes to aftermarket electrical work and engine replacements, they are awesome.

This is really first class service. The staff here will let you know when you legitimately need service and when you can wait.I am sure tires are an easy sell for shops, but they have twice told me that the tread wear does not warrant new tires. I trust what they do and the honest feedback they give in regards to our vehicles. I use them for my personal vehicles as well as our business vehicle.

My Jeep broke down 400 miles into a 700 mile trip. Luckily it broke about 2 miles from this place. The guys there did everything possible to get me back on the road. Great customer service and extremely low prices.

Was looking at buying a truck and wanted to have engine diagnosed. Was tefered to this business by the local Autozone as the codes were not coming up on their reader butvthe check engine light was on still. Cody was exceptional and professional. Answered my questions which helped me with my decision. Would totally use this business if ever in Findlay again.

I have used Findlay Fleet Plus several times since June of 2014. They have provided me honest opinions with fair prices for needed services with no problems/rework to date. I will definitely use them again!

Stuck in Findlay when my car wouldn't start. Fixed the problem in 2 days when others had 2 to 3 week wait times so I could get back home to Tennessee
