The lot is always dirty, the flags hanging are completely destroyed. It's just an eye sore. You'd think this would be embarrassing to have your name associated with. If they can't maintain this little lot, I would question the maintenance of the vehicles themselves.

Although they have the Warner name, they do not act like a company that Warner would put their name on. I have always heard great things and witnessed one person buy a car from Warner Automotive. When it was time to purchase my first car, I looked at this place since it had the Warner name, but I was greatly disappointed. My story is below.I bought a vehicle from here in early June. I had to take a loan out for it since I really wanted a car soon but didn't have the money up front. (I went through my bank) I drove car and was satisfied and they even gave me the service record as far back as they could. The major issue with the car was that the tires were almost bald. Before I bought it, I checked and one tire's tread was past the point of replacement. This was discussed when I purchased the car and the price was dropped because of this. (It was a used car, can't be perfect) A week after, I took it to get brand new tires. When I picked it up, the mechanic told me that the wheel hub bearing needed replaced. I know some mechanics make issues bigger than they are to get more work so I had him show me: the wheel could move back and forth a whole 2". I checked the service records and this was the same one that Warner Economy Corner replaced while they owned it. Now a wheel hub bearing doesn't go bad in a week, especially this bad. This is a safety issue since the wheel could pop off at any point. I called them up and told them what I happened. I was told, "it must have been done while you were driving it." And, "since you didn't report a noise while you were driving it and the ABS light was not on, there is nothing we can do." A wheel hub bearing doesn't have to make a noise to be bad. Warner Economy Corner could have owned to their mistake, paid $200 for a safety issue and received a 5 star review. But they care about money more than customers. I have friends who have purchased vehicles from the real Warner Automotive and say that Warner would have paid for the whole thing on their car as goodwill. This business gives Warner a bad name and I no longer trust them with any vehicle.

Wow! Amazed at the lack of customer service. Should be noted throughout findlay that, this lot is a lemon factory. Getting by on customers looking for transportation. I seriously cringe everytime I pass this place regretting wasting my time on the junk they have there. BUYER BEWARE!!! You take a serious chance on this lot. Dont say you are forewarned. Seriously disgusted.

Bought a car there not even a week in it had it in the shop for a whole service, two months later electrical components start smoking and now not even a year later the transmission is going.. bought this car in October of 17 major lemon lot..
