Bought a drive shaft for my AWD Fusion, which to no fault of theirs nor mine turned out to be a bad part. They took it back without any problems.

I was thoroughly impressed with the promptness and professionalism they displayed. First rate equipment, helpful employees who obviously value customer service. In short: a pleasure to deal with in the middle of an entirely unpleasant experience (breaking down and needing a tow in a strange town on a Friday evening.) I am truly grateful for the thoughtful assistance they provided and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Im 40 and this is the first time that ive posted a review. They went right out and pulled multiple parts for me. I offered him $50 he said nah how about $40. That doesnt happen to much in this world we live in today. Great people do make a difference

As always very friendly staff swapped the part out for my mother because the first one had a bent pulley. Her air conditioner still does not work but I do not believe has anything to do with your air condition compressor that you sold her I believe there is a underlying issue with something else in the system. Thanks again guys.

Actually they were very pleasant which is not usual when you pick your car up out of in town so it was nice at the lady at the desk was very nice!! I took a friend there to pick his car up and they even jumped it for him cuz his battery dies so I definitely have positive things to say about them!!!

Sold me a motor that they claimed ran great, i even paid extra for the warranty. That motor was junk and burned oil from the start. Then refused to replace it and honor the warranty they sold me. Don't do business with them. They can not be trusted.

Came to pick up junk car, left 25 foot of 5 inch deep ruts in my yard, could have been avoided. Careless driver

If you want to have to pay 3 times a tow cost this is your company they will only take cash hummmm tells me they don t trust nobody. Don t take major credit cards these days really. Very rude on the phone I would avoid them

Nice ladies in the office but the dudes at the parts service counter are pretty dam lazy! Other than that nice doin business !
